Abstract:
The aim of this study is to investigate the adaptive and non- adaptive aspects Humor and subjective well-Being in job burnout among nurse. The study descriptive-correlation was conducted on190 nurses (78 male nurses and 112 female nurses) who were sampled randomly in order to answer the humor styles Questionnaire (HSQ) Ryff’s Psychological Wellbeing Scales and Tedim job burnout inventory. Data analysis was done using Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and regression analysis and results showed job burnout with aspects adaptive Humor and component subjective well-Being was had a negative and significant correlation but with non- adaptive aspects Humor had a positive and significant correlation. Regression analysis showed level of job burnout predicted by adaptive and non- adaptive aspects Humor and subjective well-Being. According with finding this study Investigation role aspects Humor and subjective well-Being in job burnout can have valuable guideline in field mental health nurses.
