The Relationship between marital satisfaction & happiness with working women

The aim of study was investigation to relationship between marriage satisfaction and happiness with type employment among working women in Isfahan city. In this study, 90 women working in one of three occupational groups of Medical Sciences, Art and engineering among all employed married women 44-24 years with at least 2 years of marital life and at least one common child, one of three groups to learn job cluster sampling and were selected randomly. Research tools was includes enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire and Oxford scale. analysis method one way analysis of variance, Student t test and Pearson correlation test was used. Analyze results show that marital satisfaction and happiness in three occupational groups of Medical Sciences, Engineering - Engineering and art is a significant difference in happiness groups (Medicine, Engineering - Engineering) and (technical - engineering, art) is significant: but in groups (Medical Science, art) is Meaningful: The difference in marital satisfaction groups (Medicine, Engineering - Engineering), (Medical Science, art) is significant as active groups (Technical - Engineering - Art) is significant and positive correlation between marital happiness there.
