Abstract:
In this research we used a strategic approach to find appropriate mixed strategies for the development and survival of the Islamic Azad University Damghan branch. After concurrent assessment of present and likely future of internal and external environment, an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied considering structure of the problem. Participants of the study (Including faculty members, staff members and undergraduate students) were filled the researcher made questionnaires (Alpha=0.85), and heads, assistants and administrators of the university were interviewed for. Additional information was also gathered from other resources (the Examination Center of Azad University, the Management and Planning Organization of Semnan province and the Education of the Semnan province. A Team Expert Choice (TEC) technique was revealed that ‘A Scientific Strategy for Fostering Expert Base on IT’ is the most important strategy for survival and development of Islamic Azad University Damghan branch. Results were also suggested 8 strategies to achieving this purpose.
