Limitation of Women Occupation according to the Author of Urwah

One of the instances of "women occupation" is hiring them in accord to the Contract of Hire. The present article discusses and analyzes this subject and limitation of the wives occupation with an approach to the juridical ideas of al-Ijarat al-'urwat al-wuthqa. At first, a brief report is made of the details of the issue and its rules as well as factors influencing the verdicts according to the rational principle and juridical rules governing the issue. It will be said that Contract of marriage in a particular time will change rules governing employment of women. This is based on the requirement of rules governing women's transactions including hiring of women and wives. Also, it will be discussed that how marriage will disturb the requirement of the rule governing this issue; and it will be explained that whether or not such a limitation is of a sexual nature. On this basis, it will be explained that whether or not "hiring" may be spoken here and whether its rules may be generalized to other issues.
