Abstract:
Compensation of losses caused by delay in or abandonment of cure of intentional injuries is one of the important issues. This issue has been discussed in the present writing from juridical and legal viewpoints. This writing is aimed to specify person(s) who is (are) responsible for such losses. Analysis of the issue will make clear that whether delay in or abandonment of cure of intentional injuries, by the one who is faulty for the injury or victim or the third party, is intentional or because of failure. Failure may be caused by omission or wrongful deed. Loss may be of the form of cutting of a limb or injury. Thus, compensation, which should be made by the one who has caused injury or victim or the third party, is in some cases in the form of retaliation and in some other cases in the form of blood-money.
