Evaluation the quality of different mineral- vitamin premixes in performance of laying hens

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of different mineral- vitamin premixes in performance of laying hens. This experiment was conducted with two hundred and fifty six laying hens from 24 to 34 weeks in a completely randomized design. Mineral- vitamin premixes were include mineral- vitamin recommended by Hy- line company for commercial production of laying hens (control)، Darosazan mineral- vitamin premixes، Tolidaru mineral- vitamin premixes and Aras Bazar mineral- vitamin premixes for 10 week. Results of this experiment showed that the performance of laying hens was significantly affected in different experimental groups (P<0. 05). Using of mineral- vitamins that recommended by Hy- line company for commercial production of laying hens caused significantly increasing in egg mass and decreasing in amounts of feed consumption and feed conversion (P<0. 05). The highest amount of egg mass (50. 82 g) was observed in control group. There were significantly difference between experimental groups in eggshell thickness (P<0. 05). The highest amount of eggshell thickness (0. 331 mm) was observed in control group and the lowest of that (0. 300 mm) was observed with using Tolidaru mineral- vitamin premixes. The Haugh unit was significantly different between treatments (P<0. 05). The highest amount of Haugh unit (91. 68) was observed in control group and the lowest of that (80. 67) was in Tolidaru mineral- vitamin premixes. The overall results are that using of mineral- vitamin recommended by Hy- line company for commercial production of laying hens can cause improvement of performance and eggshell quality in laying hens.
