Trauma's Negative Changes: A Conceptual Review of its Literature

The research purpose is to carry out a conceptual review of trauma and to differentiate it from similar concepts, and its traumatic effects with regard to bio psychosocial aspects. Post-traumatic stress disorder along with its psychological theories and etiology has proved to be the focus of attention and debate among the equivalent concepts in the literature of trauma. Here, the methodological problems regarding the studies done in the realm of PTSD have been brought to the light.
