Review of Imam Hussein University staff's training needs relying on professional needs (winter 1389 study running years)

Since the original investment for any organization, the organization is its staff. Accordingly, staff training according to their abilities with job requirements is vital. So the main objective of these researches is to identify training needs and training staff officer guarding the University of Imam Hussein based on their job requirements. This research was a descriptive study - a survey. All staff trained to protect officers and the University of Imam Hussein, the statistical research community make up to 278 personnel for this purpose with a simple random sampling method chosen. Lobbying for data collection questionnaire was used for two-dimensional. Validity of the tool was verified by experts and by Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients for the employment needs for the required amount of 0.95 and 0.94 levels of education was determined. Data from descriptive and inferential statistical methods is analyzed by SPSS software.
