Consequences of Neglecting the Political and Social Thoughts of Koran, from Imam Khomeini and Religious Reformers Viewpoint

Neglecting the teachings and thoughts of Koran means not giving enough attention to the lessons and teachings of the holy book. Religious reformers particularly great Imam Khomeini believing the universality of holly Koran، express that muslims have neglected different political and social aspects of Islam. The present paper aims at defining Imam Khomeini and other religious reformers viewpoint on the consequences of neglecting the political and social thoughts of Koran. The method of the study is analytical- describing method. The outcomes of the research are the most important consequences of neglecting the political and social teachings of Koran، which are included: holly prophet and Koran accuse those neglecting holly Koran-rogation of invalid thoughts- political and social corruption outspread in community –separation among Muslims-cultural attack of strangers against islamic community، failure of muslims confronting tyrants. Defining the political and social thoughts of Koran by theologies and scholars، implementation of bidding to honor and probiding to devil، promoting the unity of Muslims، developing the political and social thoughts of Koran by mass media، considering political principles of Islam in governmental and economical affairs، cultural independence.
