The Rate of Marriage Among Youth in Iran

The author of the research aims to study and analyze the rate of marriage and divorce and describe the obstacles and problems confronting marriage process. The method of the research is documentary analysis and ultra analysis. The results of the study show the more impact of cultural problems in comparison with economical. The author of the article then declares his concern on decrease in the number of marriage and increasing divorce in Iran and explains that the average age of marriage –particularly girls –has grown up. The paper suggests the following out ways to help above - mentioned critical situation: marriage among the same age girls and boys – developing life skills in all levels- developing effective plans and programs.
