Jurisprudence of Family Course of Study in a Glance

The present study aims to evaluate jurisprudence of family course in universities. The mentioned course was established in M.A. level of " almostafa alalamiah" school in 1386 for the first time. It is axiomatic that family is the most important institute in training and education of people. The author of the article intends to analyze the subject from viewpoint of jurisprudence and islamic rules and legislative system {shariah}. The method is analyzing documents of the jurisprudence of family course, aims, educative units, programs and recourses. Through analyzing the jurisprudence of family course, some problems and shortages were observed. The problems are observed in the number of educative units, lessons and even definitions. It is obligatory to add some educative units such as philosophy of family rights, juridical method in family rights and jurisprudence and to omit some none related units like jurisprudence of dealing, jurisprudence of business…
