The Analyses of Family Courses of Study in Iran Higher Education

The author of the article intends to analyze the aims and necessities of courses related to family. The method of the research is library and analyzing the documents of the related courses. The results of the study indicate that the common goal of all courses relating to family is training consulters and experts in this field and training instructors and teachers are just considered in courses like jurisprudence of family and family conference. The most common part of the lessons of such courses is jurisprudence, theology, and other Islamic matters of family. On the other hand, comparative studies of family are at the least of priorities in common part of the lessons. In addition, the courses like family management and family rights are well considered, and the courses such as jurisprudence of family and family conference are neglected in the educative syllabus. The author of the paper concludes that, training experts, consulters and researchers is in a high level of attention and foundation of related centers and management of the related centers is not at the centre of concentration. The most comprehensive courses of family are related to the course of family rights and courses like jurisprudence of family are not priority targets.
