The Analyses of Family Rights Course of Study

The present study aims to analyze the course of family studies in universities. The method used in this research is library and descriptive. The results of the paper indicate that present planning and educational framework is proper and complete but the executive phase is confronted by obstacles such as: to employ qualified university professors according to university criteria and goals of the mentioned course of study – to find suitable educational resources. It is necessary to plan a research project on educational resources rather than just preparing lessons schedule. At the end of the paper, the author of the article suggests developing criteria to evaluate educational schedule-cooperation with other universities, having the same field of study- developing PhD in family rights and ….
