Situational Crime Prevention of VictimizingAtRisk Children; Emphasizing UK Regulations

Due to their specific physical, mental, and emotional situation, children are in the danger of being victimized. However, because of some dangerous situations and circumstances, some children are more in danger; they may be called at risk children and juveniles or vulnerable children. In fact, the act 1173 of Iran Civil Law may be an example of that. In this article, first, the essential concepts related to children at risk and the ways to protect them and prevent them of being victimized are defined. Then, the existing regulations in Iran and England are discussed. Eventually, it will be discussed that although the wideness of these measures in both of the countries, we cannot find the united and structured regulations like the law of protecting at risk children and juveniles.
