Treatment of accused with regard to articles 14 and 15 of international covenant on civil and political rights

Abstract:
Fair Trail and accessing of the people to this right is one of the inalienable rights of citizens that have been confirmed in international documents and constitution and domestic laws of most of the countries.One of the most important related human rights document is the international covenant on civil and political rights that articles 14 and 15 of which is arguing about fair trial. Human rights committee is as observer committee for good performance of this document.The articles 28 to 45 are about the structure and duties of this committee. One of the additional protocols of this document is about right of citizens in light of complaining against violating of this document.Iran is one of the countries witch has ratified this covenant. According to the article 9 of civil law; the agreement between Iran and other countries which are being contracted base on constitution must be considered as law.These writing is about surveying of the human rights committee in terms of received complains on behalf the citizens of the states party to protocol about articles 14 and 15 of the covenant.
