Standards of competence in management from the perspective presented in Nahj-Al-Balaghe

Abstract:
After taking the lead of the Islamic community, Ali Ibn Abi Talib" started to run its own management precedure - which was different from those of the previous caliphs'. This kind of unique management style is reflected in his Nahj-Al-Balaghei that is the basis and foundation of adherence to Islamic values. A director of an Islamic community must be of some quality to take a managing position. This study tries to show some of the criteria by which the director of an Islamic community can be measured. Most of these criteria are different from Estern and Western criteria of competence in the management. From the Nahj-Al-Balaghei's perspective, Some of these criteria for competence in management are these principles to be observed: the principle of "purpose does not justify the means" principle "supervising and controlling managers " principle "organizing forces", the principle of "reconstructing forces" principle "civil and state development", principle of " hindering opportunities to the enemy ", the principle of " good experience ", the principle of "obeying the leader "principle of "leading a life in a simple way" principle "attention to people", the principle of "Knowledge", principle of "to consult "principle of "unity", the principle of "justice" principle of "determination", the principle of "eradication of poverty and the poor hospitality, and more attention to majority of people and taking the great and the good in secondary attention focus.
