Choosing Suitable Procedure for Production of Long Beam in Aluminum Marine Vehicles

Different design factor as quantity, complexity of form, nature of material, size of part, section thickness, dimensional accuracy, cost of raw materials, scrap rate, subsequent processes, are the factor which play the main role in choosing the procedure of production. In production of long beam of the marine vehicle different method as welding and extrusion are used. In this document the design factors are take in to account and this subject is investigated and evaluated and a suitable production method is chosen. In the prototype of vehicle the 5083-H321 alloy is used and welding process, in mass production of marine vehicle the 6061-T5 alloy and the extrusion method is used. In this article the proof and the method of choosing the production procedure is investigated.
