Analysis of Multiple Relationships of Intellectual Capital and Organizational Innovation in Higher Education

Abstract:
In the present research surveyed the multiple relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation be reviewed. In this research, intellectual capital and organizational innovation questionnaires was distributed academic among 492 members of State University in Isfahan province, that were randomly selected as a class, and after collecting more than 97% was extracted from questionnaire data. Validity of both questionnaires confirmed the Educational Administration professors and reliability of questionnaires intellectual capital and organizational innovation by using Cronbach alpha coefficient. 95 and was determined. In this research, was used single-variable test to check Kalmvgrvf Smirnof normal scores, Pearson correlation coefficient for the relationship between variables, multiple regression, ANOVA, analysis of covariance and Benforoni to check assumptions were used. According to research scores of human capital, structural capital and relational capital was less than average in the public universities of province. Meanwhile, scores of administrative innovation and technical innovation was less thane average in the public universities of province was less than average. Multivariable regression results showed that the relationship between human capital, structural capital and relational capital, with the administrative innovation is significant. Also, it was significant the relationship between human capital, structural capital and relational capital with technical innovation was significant. On the other hand, there was a significant difference among members comments on the relation about the human capital, structural capital and relational capital with technical innovation and administrative innovation in terms of their demographic characteristics.
