Relationship between Knowledge Management and Team Learning in Selected Hospitals of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences

Introduction
knowledge is a valuable property that is the basis for constant growth and is a key to sustainable competitive advantage of an organization. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and team learning among staffs in selected hospitals of Isfahan University of medical sciences. Methods
This is a descriptive analytic survey. 196 staff working in selected hospitals of Isfahan University of medical sciences was selected through stratified random sampling. Data gathering was done via team learning (TL) and knowledge management (KM) questionnaires which its validity and reliability were confirmed. Data analysis was done through descriptive and inferential statistics. Results
The mean score of Team Learning (TM) was 41.2 ±20.7 and Knowledge Management (KM) was 39.9 ±20.1. In general there was a significant relationship between KM and TM (p<0.05). Conclusion
Since KM and TL scores were low, hospital managers should plan for production, dissemination, and transmission of knowledge and team learning culture.Language:
