Organizational Development by Creating Coordination in Supply Chain, an Efficient Necessity in Industries (Case Study: Mazandaran Wood and Paper Industries)

Our world is changing rapidly and the management methodology in processes are inevitably affected as well. To be successful in today's world, we have to a transformed world and it is necessary to review the managerial measures and its literature. The supply chain is a vital subject in organizations and includes related sets of internal and external organizational units. The high speed of global development and the necessity of flexibility in the direction of business competitions, with an approach toward creating a trustful trend for supply chain systems, it is inevitable to change the traditional management methods and coordination of chain's components. In the present research, we shall review the different parts of this chain affected by this change and by studying the subject's literature we shall describe the actions taken during the case study performed in MWPI and present a final algorithm for this coordination to specify the transformational effects of supply chain from different aspects in a practical case.
