چکیده: |
مقدمه و هدف
مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل مشارکت فرهنگی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در استان هرمزگان انجام شده است.روش شناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه یک پژوهش آمیخته است که در بخش کیفی با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون و برمبنای مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان به ارائه مدل کیفی پرداخته شده است؛ هم چنین در بخش کمی با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، بر اساس نظرات ۳۹۰ نفر از دانشجویان در واحدهای مختلف دانشگاه آزاد استان هرمزگان، به بررسی اعتبار مدل کیفی پیشنهادی پرداخته شده است. یافته ها
در بخش تحلیل مضمون، ۵۱ مضمون پایه، ۱۲ مضمون سازمان دهنده و ۱ مضمون فراگیر شناسایی گردید. هم چنین نتایج تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز برازش هر چهار مدل (مضامین فراگیر) پیشنهادی را تایید کرد. بحث و نتیجه گیری
یافته های این مطالعه می تواند ضمن ارائه بینش عمیق به تصمیم گیران ارشد و مدیران فرهنگی، زمینه ساز مشارکت فرهنگی هرچه بیشتر دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد (و سایر دانشگاه ها) گردد. |

Abstract: |
Introduction
The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of cultural participation of Islamic Azad University students in Hormozgan province.Research methodology
This study is a mixed research, in the qualitative section, using thematic analysis technique and based on semi-structured interviews with 20 experts, a qualitative model was presented. Also, in the quantitative section, using confirmatory factor analysis, based on the opinions of 390 students in different units of Hormozgan Azad University, the proposed qualitative model has been investigated. Findings
In the theme analysis section, 51 basic themes, 12 organizing themes and 1 overarching themes were identified. The same results of the factor analysis technique also confirmed the fit of all four proposed models (overarching themes) Conclusion
The findings of this study can provide insight to senior decision-makers and cultural managers, and become the basis for more cultural participation of Azad University (and other universities) students. |
