The Khawarij’s appearance was one of the most destructive Phenomenon for Islam, Muslims and Islamic civilization. Although the first Khawarij were defeated but this phenomenon has remained and continued its destruction in various figures so far. The main reason for Khawarij appearance was the common characteristics which collected some kind of people with distinguished beliefs in a definite category which never have happened before. Imprudence, blindness, stubbornness, violence, prejudice, stiffness, brainlessness, misinterpretation, ignorance, foolishness, narrow mindedness, superficiality, brutality, sacrificing, braveness, worship orienteers, selfishness, narcissism, extremism, and … were some of the charactristics that made khawarij such dangerous and careless so that nothing could stop them from achieving their goals and their sacrifices for their misguided beliefs. Also because of their stupidity, ignorance, foolishness and blindness they saw the wrong as right. Therefore they insisted on it and they were not afraid to stick to their extreme measures. The current article has reviewed this characteristics based of nahjol balaqe teachings as the best resource for them and analyzed them with the method of categorizing of “nahjol balaqe”s hadiths (quotes and verses)

The great position of culture as one of the most fundamental basis of assignment of policies, has convinced scholars for compilation of cultural policy making knowledge but because of the separation of cultural policy making from the existing realities of society would lead to an unsuccessful end, so all basis oriented cultural planners and policy makers keep themselves committed to some principals so that their policy making strategies won’t be in opposition with the defensive approaches of various classes of society. On one hand the historical module of imam Ali (A.S) successful leadership and on the other it’s hand the capability of legitimization, plus the popularity of his ideas in Islamic society, are considered as the reasonable understanding of cultural policy making necessities from the view point of the first Shia’s Imam, therefore under designing this subject, at first understanding the concept of policy making, and then through cross referencing of sociologic studies with “Malek Ashtar”s covenant, the following eight principals for cultural policy makings have been obtained: Obligation to religious identity of the society, consideration of the different social classes and societies sub-cultures, classification applying of the policies in facing activists and society members, adjusting a suitable punishment and reward system in policy making, considering the social relations of the society members in policy making, hesitating from unfitting heresy with society’s culture, necessity of supervision and evaluation of the employee’s and paying attention to intangible cultural heritages. And then considering of the calculative necessities kinds, policy making approach based on “Malek Ashtar”s covenant, a macro-oriented approach of objectivism kind based on humanistic and Islamic ideals has been defined.

Nation and Ommat are two important words in social and political literature, and have numerous meaning in humanities and different cultures. In committed approach to just city, these concepts have some extremely roles. The concept of movement to future and purpose are hidden in these words. Nations are shaped through Ommat’s revolving, and the leaders are their leader and guider to future and the road to this end. So, shaping the Ommat requires the leader who is obligor to shared purpose and mobilize the society for proving the purpose every nations requires some characteristics which empower the nation for obtaining of its end. This article is representing the requirements for nation building in light of savior believing based on qualitative content analysis of Nahjul Balaaghah.

After various studies over “Nahjol balaqe” book, the welfare measure throughout the content of this book was divided into nine categories: 1-Poverty 2-charity 3-knowlegd and education 4-justic 5-right and wrong 6-consultation 7-intellection 8-contentment and greed 9-allience, friendship and trust And then the quantity of each category was taken into account for analyzing “nahjol balaqe” in this field

Our religious school full of valuable lessons about the right way of living, economic activities and business. Coaches also joined the religion of the Muslims to try to encourage and even have it. In this paper we look at the life of Imam Ali (PBUH), we find that despite their great efforts in the era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah PBUH) as well as the efforts of the political, social and scientific position of the Imamate and caliphate, to live and support yourself and family as well as the arrest and helping others, their craft labor. Among these actions, we can create a political opening and closing the gap of the nation and the state, trying to sound economic infrastructure and financial fairness, and judicial supervision of the processes mentioned.
