    The aim of this study was to design the strategic orientations model of market, brand and entrepreneurship in the food industry in Iran. The organizational decisions are not formed in a vacuum but in the economic and cultural environmental context of each country, they are much influenced by many different factors. This study is of applied type and was conducted in two stages. First after an extensive literature review a model was designed and second this conceptual model by using the Delphi technique was completed and approved by experts. The population of the study consists of a combination of academic and industrial experts in the field of food industry. The sampling methods were Judgmental and snowballing and 33expert were selected. Finally, the dimensions and indicators for each orientation were identified through data analysis with student T test, U Mann-Whitney and Friedman ranking test. Then the company 's strategic orientation model in the food industry was designed with Spearman correlation coefficient. The findings show that there are five factors which are important to evaluate the rate of company market orientation. these factors include: Customer orientation, competitor orientation, interfunctional coordination, market intelligence and responsiveness, as well as five highly important factors to measure the rate of brand-oriented company which include attitude to brand, brand behavior, internal and external interaction and brand capacity.The most important indicators to measure entrepreneurial orientation are innovation, proactiveness and risk taking.

    Bryson is the first government agencies to consider the system specific planning and design model for measuring strategic planning in government agencies. Bryson has studied different models of strategic planning and operating conditions in the public sector and private analyzed them and finally offers its own version. This research seeks to answer the question of strategic planning with key features planned Bryson HoshinConnery to what extent the Institute of Scientific Information and Documentation Iran is otherwise applicable to the non-compliance is? The study consisted of 131 managers and experts of the Institute for Scientific Information and Documentation where the method of survey and census methods were used. The results showed that the population is poor compliance with the model Bryson.

    In this study, IRIB regarding to the position and its functions of as a medium of communication has been analyzed and tried to identify the national and global key factors, in the next ten years to 1404, influencing it in political, social, economic and technological environment and then found out the organizational capabilities. Therefore The future situation of a very large and very complex organization will be modeled that could help the policy makers to plan and choose a right strategy. In the media Industry three part: competition, audience and position of government and regulatory have been reviewed.in macro all the STEEPV environment was analyzed. Therefore we found 1368 variables. These variables are then refined through several stages and were categorized by 43 experts to prepare the Delphi method questionnaire. In the first round of Delphi, 138 selected variables, was asked. At the end 27 key trends and 29 driving forces recognized.

    Nowadays organizations seriously search for their overall improvements with the aim of achieving to the organizational excellence. Organizations can’t manage their programs efficiently without using comprehensive model due to examine and reform their programs. Because of these needs and problems, in this thesis we are analyzing the performance management system at the department of the assessment and acceptance of Islamic Azad University using EFQM model. After analyzing the conditions our aim is to presenting an efficient and conforming model for this department. For achieving to the research’s aim, data of the statistical population containing 60 persons of managers and experts at the department were collected occasionally. Then for analyzing data and calculating statistical indicators such as frequency, percentage, mean and drawing charts in the context of descriptive statistics and doing t-test, SPSS and Excel was used.In this research we investigate the amount of sovereignty of organizational excellence aspects with the respect to the managers, experts and employees ideas. For doing this, first we gave a score to every aspect and then differences at the empowerments and results were studied. The results those came from analyzing the data with statistical methods showed a big distance between today’s condition of the department and desired conditions. In the other word the amount of sovereignty of organizational excellence aspects at the department wasn’t desired one.

    The volume and speed of change in today’s world has made the necessity of change in management systems inevitable. This obligation in governmental section of country has been understood and been put in the agenda of planners from some years ago, which its result is displayed in the plans of administrative change. This paper is the result a filed research in 45 governmental organizations in Kermanshah providence, in which success in practicing change programs in strategic management has been studied. To accomplish this aim the strategic management with four main variables: “utilizing modern management systems”, “establishing meritocratic system”, “establishing system of checking and accepting suggestions”, “establishing performance evaluation system”, have been evaluated, and in brief, the result suggests that total realization of change programs in strategic management index is 58%. Between the four variables, “utilizing modern management systems” with the rate of 40% has the least change degree. “Establishing performance evaluation system” with the rate of 72% has the highest amount of success. Of other findings of this research is affirmation of correlation between these four variables as the relation between most of the variables is confirmed.

    One of the big issues in strategic planning is program’s failure that happens at performance stage which is the result of inaccuracy at preparation stage. SOWT matrix with an interactive view between internal and external environment prepares the strategies of the organization; but the outputs of this model in QSPM matrix are evaluated without considering the interactive relations in a linear way that may cause problems for the organization. In this study, it has been tried to investigate the interactive relations among strategies’ components of Semnan Islamic Azad University as a sample organization by the use of phase DIMATEL technique, and the focus is on strategy ranking based on new concept such as effectiveness power and interactions’ rate. The result indicated on hundred percent agreement about the importance of strategy “creation and extension of development and technology centers toward gaining income through research activities and selling scientific patents” at Semnan Islamic Azad University. Moreover the output of the new model had more accordance with activity environment of the organization from its experts view.
