The international trade of goods and materials is mainly conducted by sea at the present. Marine power efficiency depends on four main areas of organization, supply chain, human resources, information and operation out of which the supply chain is of the highest significance. Meanwhile, the main issue the present study deals with is the lack of a structuralinterpretative model by which the main factors of agility for marine supply chain are defined and then the manner and extent of relation between and among the factors are analysed. Therefore, the main factors of agility for the marine supply chain are first defined through the literature of the study, Delphi Method and SPSS; then, through the algorithm of structural- interpretative modeling based on MATLAB software, the interaction of the mentioned factors are surveyed. Accordingly, the agility factors with high influence and low dependence were placed at the premier level and the ones with low influence and high dependence were placed at the last. As well, the factors which were placed between the two mentioned are of high influence and high dependence which this shows the dynamics of the factors as the outcome of the study. It is worth noting the outcome of the study could be effective in marine logistics and in improving the performance of supply chain.

Enter into foreign policy requires perception of rules and principles dominant over this field. In 21st century, attempt to forge stable and peaceful relations is considered a fundamental principle in foreign policy both in practice and theory. On the other hand, any bellicosity and war conducted by superpowers under the pretext for sustaining peace and security is also regarded as a principle in foreign policy. By the same token, configuration of the UN is one of the attempts for establishment of peace which owes its survival to the incidents of the World War II and the previous events. Elsewhere, the interaction of countries with the UN and its subsections is important. Meanwhile, in the IRI's foreign policy, it has been practically proved that the change of cabinet leads to change in attitude, pragmatism and thought in terms .of the UN Elsewhere, this study mainly deals with the question: What is the stance of the UN and its resolutions in the foreign policies of Ahmadinejad and Rouhani? Based on the conducted examinations, it is hypothesized that the main principle of Ahmadinejad's foreign policy was counteraction, exercise of unplanned policies and disinclination to deterrent strategies based on heroic suppleness concerned to the UN and also ignorance of its segments. However, Rouhani's foreign policy moves around moderation and seeks to meet national interests through putting dialogue to the fore and constructive interaction with the UN and its segments and counteraction in specific and rare conditions in the framework of the leader's directives. It is worth noting this study applies description- analysis as a method and gathers data on desk and on the internet.

The present study deals with chaos symbols in various domains of logistics by introducing historical developments and reviewing the characteristics of chaotic systems (butterfly effect, dynamic adaptation, strange attractors, self-similarity). Following, upon explaining chaos tests in nonlinear domain such as BDS, artificial neural networks, Kaplan, etc, and in chaos like Liapunov Exponent, Entropy Kolmogorov, Profile of Hurst Exponent, etc, it is determined that the chaos process is possible to be explored in temporal series and if there exists a chaos process in some series, it will be possible to change the situation and establish order with executing some policies and strategies and then managing the related complex conditions . In the same vein, the methodology to estimate the chaos process is designed and explained to determine, assess and embed chaos in logistic and commercial spheres. Given the existing needs, the process of monthly changes in sale price of strategic defensive good is reviewed in relation to the previous years and then tested in this study. Hence, it is determined that the proposed price for purchase of the mentioned product owns an apparently random but chaotic process. As if it is possible to conduct the reconnaissance process of variables more objectively and administer a better logistic management on the chaotic commercial activities.

The present study analyses the fundamental hypotheses and variables of the two important paradigms in social sciences, economics and politics, and the route of historical development through recognizing the mindset of specialists in the two sciences and also in the paradigm shift of sociology and psychology of Thomas Kuhn and its impact on the homeland security. The hypotheses of the two paradigms are set in 39 propositions of Q and in 9 pivots (inequality and poverty, politico-economic instability, economic growth, distribution of revenue and resources, inflation, joblessness, personal and collective interest, socio- economic anomia, government and economic paradigms); the sample is set in four categories upon Q Methodology, and the data analysis, variance and Pearson Correlation was conducted with SPSS. The outcome of the study suggests that the propositions of political economy bear a positive meaningful relation from the perspective of politics in homeland security; however, from economic perspective, the propositions bear no meaningful relation with homeland security. The two pivots including government and economic paradigms-growth are of the utmost difference (19/210 to 19/509) in the two groups and in other groups, the difference hits 5/019 to 13/240. Accordingly, it is inferred that the groups of economics and politics possess different mindsets in pure economic or politico-economic models.

The Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) faces various threats in his security environment. Accordingly, the cognition of threat and the manner for how to counter and manage is reckoned as a principle in strategic management. Given the Islamic nature of the system, operation of revelation teachings could be a reliable method for cognition of threat, the focus of its generation as well as development of a strategy for counteraction. Meanwhile, the question the present study deals with is: How is threat reproduced from the perspective of the holy Quran? Hence, the main hypothesis of the study is that human and society are never relieved from threat and after the end of any threat, the next intimidation will be reproduced from emerging focuses. The current paper aims to cognize and prove the reproduction of threat against Moses (peace be upon him) in the period of post-Pharaoh's system. Using a keyword model encompassing Moses, Aaron, Pharaoh, Sameri and Bani-Israel, the study extracts 60 verses. Following, it extracts the meaningful packages of the verses through software, interpretation books and historical and hermeneutic methods, and ranks them based on threat typology in related tables. The collected data are analysed and proved by means of descriptive-deductive statistical methods and it is confirmed that the threat against his Excellency is of a cycling process, i.e. after Pharaoh's system, the threat is reproduced by the civil experts and from the context of Bani-Israel.

As the most effective, critical and widespread media in the Islamic Republic of Iran, national media plays a key part in protecting the sublime values of Islam and Islamic Revolution. The national media is not only trusted by people and government, but it invigorates and protects the fundamental values that the Islamic Revolution has been shaped to implement them. From these principles, it could be pointed to "Religious Democracy" which was inserted into political discourse by the Supreme Leader in recent decades. Meanwhile, the current paper aims to examine the role of national media in invigorating religious democracy as the soft power of the Islamic Republic to protect and sustain the Islamic Revolution in political format. It is worth noting this study has been conducted upon descriptivepredictory method and it gathers data on desk and presents the necessary strategies.
