    Any imbalance between benefits and expectations, arising from inappropriate spatial planning, leads to social inequality, poverty, social deprivation and abnormal changes. On the other hand, justice and security with the intimate connection are fundamental concepts in the Islamic political thought. The present study investigated the consequences of social changes caused by spatial planning and their impact on national security of IRI. Spatial planning includes a fairly balanced development of the regions that comprise the territory. This study seeks to determine the security impact of social changes arising from spatial planning on national security. The research hypothesis is that social inequalities arising from inappropriate spatial planning in the social environment disrupt natural stability and cause social changes that lead to human insecurities. This is an applied developmental research done through correlation. Data were collected by library and field works.

    This is a developmental research done by descriptive, analytical method. Doing theoretical studies and environmental study of Turkish geopolitics, the researchers used a questionnaire to collect experts (53 people) viewpoints on the topic. Geopolitical factors affecting defense strategy formulation were determined in deferent dimensions such as natural, human, economic, internal and external policies, and military. Using statistical methods, the environmental functions of these dimensions were analyzed to determine the threats. Based on the analysis and findings, defensive strategies of IRI were formulated and prioritized to face the Turkish geopolitical threats.

    Social changes are the signs of continuous social mobility and complexity of the environment. From the strategic management perspective, these changes, caused by internal and external environments, include a range of planned or unplanned activities inspired by natural trends and processes of human intelligent factors. This paper, a future-oriented approach, attempts to present a model for strategic management of social changes, using techniques of futures studies (environmental scanning and trend analysis) to envisage a clear picture of the realities and interactions of the strategic management processes and cycles which managers and decision makers encounter with. This study is based on a mixed model of individualism and collectivism methodology and survey to obtain and utilize elite's viewpoints by means of interviews and questionnaires to determine the direction and effectiveness of each factors and indicators affecting social changes in the next decade as well as strategic priorities and appropriate management approach for dealing with the social changes of the environment. The result of this study, based on local analysis of dynamic models and dynamic mechanisms of strategic management, elaborates on the importance of strategic thinking supremacy, focus on velayate- faghih, in strategic management of social changes in future.

    Theory of transformational leadership can excel in all contemporary theories of leadership in the management of knowledge based organizations. So it can be employed for the management of IRI army research and self- sufficiency center. This study is an attempt, using grounded theory for the analysis of his excellencie's speech, to analyze the discourse of Imam Khamenie (may God extend his life), in order to present a transformational leadership model. Employing open, axial and selective coding, 410 propositions were classified into 2103 codes, 151 concepts and 22 categories. Although the model presented in this study has similarities with other models, it is a more complete and developed one which resolves the flaws of those models.

    Human resource because of its importance and role in meeting the organization's goal is considered one of the assets of the organization and human factor as an important element to maintain the essence of the organization and key point in being effective play a vital role in this issue. Islam also has introduced human beings as the pivot of the world and by designing human dignity as the representative of God in the world has made service their human right and their service a kind of worship. Having this in mind Islamic Police that is going to serve such creatures should possess some features to do its mission in a desirable way. Therefore having suitable qualifications according to Supreme Leader's point of view has been set as the purpose of this paper. Concerning the essence and the purpose, the question in this study is as follows: what are the qualifications of human resource in Islamic police from Supreme Leader's point of view. In order to collect the data and answer the questions, grounded theory method or conceptualization method has been applied. In order to d so by getting use of perspectives and instructions of Supreme Leader, the relevant reports have been selected and according to different phases of grounded theory method, i.e. open encoding, 1124 reports from supreme leader's speeches, letters, messages, addressing the commanders, managers and the staff of army and police force, 2089 concepts have been evaluated and proved. Then after analyzing the evaluated concepts and their relations, finally 92 concepts in five categories: belief, moral, behavioral, professional have been organized.

  • Explanation of Knowledge based Organizations Using Learning Organizations Model

    Organizations, nowadays, are considered integrated, evolutionary, flexible , and dynamic in nature. The explanation of knowledge based organization's features, being new in management science, is of great importance. This article presents new concepts of knowledge based organizations to better explain their features. This is a survey research done through documentary and field study using a five category Likert scale questionnaire with appropriate validity and reliability to collect data. As the scale is nominal, X2 is used to analyze the data. According to the results, 31 features allocated to knowledge based organizations are classified into pro cesses, structures, environment, culture, and technology.
