Nowadays, the Islamic groups are considered as the activist political streams worldwide These groups believe that globe and globalization have close relations with religion. So, growing importance and influence of religious thinkings and bodies are seen clearly worldwide, to such degree that the year of 1992 has been called as the year of Islamic awakening, while in 1964 Westerners as well as Easterners believed that Islam was fully defenseless in confrontation with modernization or modernity. Also, in 1979, United States government called the Islamic awakening as an element for destruction the world and the Muslim activists were introduced as participating fighters of such a war that according to then U.S. secretary of state Cyrus Vance, in case of outbreak, it could endanger the U.S. interests at high level. He called such war as the war of Islam and West. EX-Soviet Union officials also never denied their fear from revolutionary Islamic awakening and its risks for their country. The West and East experts consider these so such arguments about Islamic awakening as emergence and continuation of engineering phenomenon of Islamic revolution.

Numerous movements of the world of Islam have created such situations nowadays that everybody keeps eyes on the results and yielding to fruit the results of this movement as well as Islamic uprising. But this Islamic movement and uprising is facing problems and obstacles which could dark its future and defeat it. At this paper it is attempted these obstacles be explained to some degree and be seen in various angles. Because this world of Islam which has been blossomed in the communities, faces with special problems in any single community. The significance of this issue is so high that if these obstacles are not taken into consideration and efforts are not made to remove them, then the interests and rights of Muslim nations would be subjected to risk. At this paper, it has been explored that what are the obstacles of Jihadi Streams and the world of Islam and both home as well as abroad vulnerabilities have been discussed. Library methodology has been used. In the end, by using the statements of our supreme leader, ten suggestions have been offered for prevention of risks of Islamic world.

Given the political and cultural relations ruling in world and the conditions in which awakenings and uprisings of Islamic world emerged, at current paper, in addition to discussing the literature of subject and referring to the confrontational methods of Western world including influence and disability makings mechanisms for confrontation with Islamic world have been debated. In continuation, besides passing from precise phases of research, by providing initial predicates and their processings as well as improving by research group in environmental components at home and abroad (power, weakness, opportunity and threat), with guidance of advisor professors, different questionnaires were prepared at three phases and then were distributed, gathered and analysed among expert as well as elite statistical community. According to case, the SPACE, SWOT, QSPM and TOPSIS techniques were used in present research. At the end, effective strategies in confrontation with disability makings of West in the field of Islamic world which are the results of this research have been introduced. Also, suggestions have been made for continuation of research by next researchers in this field.

Given the upheavals of several Islamic countries in the Middle East and North Africa, having followed the glorious revolution of Iranian nation, as if the type of government in these countries turns to change. The eye-catching presence of people and chanting Islamic slogans in the countries demonstrate the heartfelt aspiration of people for "Islam" and "Democracy". The present article, having cited the verses in holy Quran in light of specificity of government to God and generalization of sovereignty from the view of Islam, reviews the types of government in Islamic countries and presents an emerging category upon democratic and divinity indicators. Following, this article, according to the category, examines the status of Islamic countries in both precedence and subsequence of the initial stage of Islamic awakening.

With circulation of Takfiri and Salafi currents in the bedrock ofIslamic Awakening and emergence of difference and obscurity in roots, processes and nature, the prospect of regional developments has immerged into ambiguity in such a way that it could not be predicted what the consequences of the upheavals for countries specially for the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) national security will be. The westoxicated front of Arab region seeks orders in West civilization, but the IRI searches for local security orders in light of Islamic culture. Therefore, if the IRI is seeking local and Islamic orders, it should not lag in understanding the process and nature of regional developments. Emerging tendencies and rise of possible instability in the region will directly affect the IRI national security. Accordingly, the present study aims to clarify the nature of awakening developments in Arab region and their impacts on the IRI national security.

Since the late 20th century, contemporary to stability in revolutionary status, Iran, after a rather long period in solitude and stagnation, has reappeared in international scene and seeks to play an effective role in the global system. After the triumph of Islamic revolution and topple of the regime dependent on the West, the Iranian high-ranking officials have turned away from taking effect to system-building, stability and effectiveness and even to shaping structure of global power. Meanwhile, the present analytical study deals with the effectiveness constituents in the global power structure. It is worth noting that any type of system-building devoid of recognizing the domain and the constituents in question is impossible; if not existing, the prediction of political behavior by Iran in future structuring of the global power could be inconceivable.
