In order to study the relationship between suitable job traits of the conductors of information gathering and their efficiency, 84 conductors were selected through multi-stage sampling method and, studied using NEO’s five-factor personality test with 60 questions (1985) and annual evaluation scores. Using correlation method, the results showed that the personality trait variable affects the prediction of conductors’ efficiencysignificantly and their relationship is linear one. Testing the hypotheses of the present study indicated that Neo’s four personality traits (extraversion, ,openness to experience conscientiousness, agreeableness) have positive and meaningful correlations with the efficiency of the conductors, but there is a negative correlation between irritating and the efficiency of the conductors of information gathering; therefor the supposed hypotheses are all confirmed. It could be stated that regarding personality traits, the more a person is adapted to his job traits, the more efficiency and satisfaction he would receive; the aforementioned findings confirm the importance of paying attention to differences and personality traits in order to promote the production rate or in the improvement of efficiency quality and job satisfaction. The more the correlation between individuals personality traits and job satisfaction, the more the quality and quantity of performance, and the more positive job viewpoint will be.

Employment prevents the community from many of the social anomaly and also provides a relatively safe and secure area for community. However, current studies indicate that labor market development, such as creating jobs, is highly influenced by geographical location. Hence, it is expected that labor market development in the border provinces does not differ from non-border provinces. Furthermore, the security has influenced by this distinctions .Accordingly, this paper tries to investigate the possible differences between labor market development and its impact on security measures in the border provinces. Using data from border and non-border provinces in Iran during the Forth Development Plan, the results of this study indicated a significant correlation between the levels of labor market development and the security measures.
