    The goal of this study was design Sport Marketing Model for NationalUniversity Sport Federation of Islamic Republic of Iran. This study is correlation, and, in view of research goal, it is practical. A questionnaire, which was made by the researcher, is based on Likert 5 option scale, and its justifiability is confirmed by professionals and professors; moreover, its stability is examined by Coronbakh α test with coefficient of 0/981. Among 230 distributed questionnaires, 202 ones were filled out and returned. Populations consist of previous and present executive committee, administers of provincial committees, experts and employers of National Federation of University Sports, headmen and experts of Sport administration and Sports directors of Iranian universities. In regard to limitation of populations, the number of a sample equals to populations and sampling method is all-counting. Descriptive statistics are utilized for describing of demography situation of respondents and their responses to research questions as well, and confirmed factor analysis test and structural equation modeling test are used in inferential statistics. The results of this study showed, sport marketing model that designed for National University Sport Federation of Ir Iran have necessary fitting(P=0.000, RMSEA=0/045¡ GFI= 0.90). In this model, the six dimensions of marketing significantly are able ro predict marketing capabilities and marketing capabilities has a significant and positive effect on performance of the Marketing in National University Sport Federation.

    The present study examined the employment situation of graduates of physical education and sport sciences. The research method was descriptive survey and data collection was performed through field study. Statistical sample included 275 persons of the physical education and sports science graduate and students across the country. To collect information needed was used researcher made questionnaire. In order to measure questionnaire validity was used as from the content validity method and for the reliability of the questionnaire from the cronbach's alpha which was confirmed reliability and validity of the questionnaire using comments of sport management professor and conducted a pilot study. The findings showed that over 60% of physical education and sport sciences students and graduates are interested in continuing their education to enter the labor market. Also, about 41 % of the students and graduates consciousness and hope not clear immediately after graduating from future employment. The results showed that 41/8% of students and graduates believed that enter the labor market less than a year after graduation. Also, more than 50% of samples appropriate assessments have acquired knowledge and skills to respond your career needs. Given the importance of proper training of scientific and practical needs of the sports sector workforce empowerment, students and graduates should be prepared during the study in order to obtain good jobs.

    The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between coaching behaviors and team cohesion of Successful Boys Students’ Handball and Basketball Teams in in the 11th sport Olympiad of male students (summer 2012). 87 players from four handball and basketball teams that reached the final stage of the competition completed Coaching Behavior Questionnaire (CBQ) of Martin and Barnes (1999) and the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) of Carron, Brawley and Widmeyer (1985). Data were analyzed with Pearson Correlation coefficient and One-Way ANOVA. Results showed reinforcement (r=0.389, r=222), mistake contingent encouragement (r=0.516, r=0.279), mistake Contingent technical instruction (r=0.509, r=0.274), general technical instruction (r=0.369, r=0.265), general encouragement (r=0.376, r=0.219), were positively correlated to task cohesion and social cohesion; and non-reinforcement (r=-0.295, r=-496), punishment (r=-411, r=-455), punitive technical instruction (r=-0.215, r=- 0.393), ignoring mistakes (r=-0.295, r=-0.495) were negatively correlated to task cohesion and social cohesion. Also results showed organization (r=0.476), general communication (r=0.346), keeping control (r=0.345) were positively correlated to task cohesion; while social cohesion was not significantly associated with these items. The comparisons of coaching behaviors demonstrated that coaches exhibited higher reinforcement (M=3.73), and lower ignore mistake behavior (M=2.49). Thus, it seems that athlete’ perceptions of their coaches’ behaviors is related with group cohesion (task cohesion and social cohesion) and coaches’ behaviors are one of the important factors that influence group cohesion.

    Motivation to participate in sports activities can be traced back to individual differences, and nature of various type of sport. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that motivate students to participate in intramural sport activities in university. Methodology of this research was descriptive analytical, which was done by field study. Statistical population was all of under graduate male and female students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in the academic year 1391-1392 (N= 11290), statistical sample was determined via Morgan table with random strified method (n= 375). Measuring instruments was individual characteristics and a researcher made questionnaire of motivation of sports participation included 22 item, that were designed with a Likert scale of five values. Content validity was calculated by exploratory factor analysis (KMO= 0.89), as well as reliability was calculated 0.80 by Alpha Cronbach. Statistical methods including (Pearson correlation, univariate t tests, one way ANOVA test and Friedman ranking test was used. Results of prioritize internal factors motivating showed consequently health, interaction and social cognition, sports competition, enjoyment and happiness motives were important for student’s participation in intramural activities. According to research findings recommend the sports programs at the university based on their interests, needs and opportunities to provide incentives for students so they can study in addition to the physical benefits, mental and social benefits of recreational sports activities in the university.

    This study has Identifying and prioritized physical education students tendency barriers to use Federation of Sports Medicine Insurance services. The research method is a survey and its target is applicable. The population studied was the students of physical education colleges across the country, (N =5538), which 426 students were selected using stratified random sampling. The required data were gathered by a researcher designed questionnaire. The face validity of the questionnaire is verified based on 10 sports management and insurance professionals and content validity was calculated based on Lavshy (CVI =0/90). exploratory factor analysis is used for factor identification and verification investigation. the overall internal reliability of the questionnaire is calculated using Cornbrash’s alpha factor (α=0/82). one-sample t test and repeated measures ANOVA and post hoc Bonferroni was used For data analysis . Factor analysis showed that %51 of the total variance relate to the six factors. A one-sample t test results showed that among all the obstacles of sports insurance except insurance process with the criteria There were significant differences. The results of barriers ranking that how the services are delivered is the most important factor and the least important factor is the insurance process in physical education students’ tendency barriers to use Sport Insurance. Therefore to improve sport students tendency to use Federation of Sports Medicine Insurance Services it is necessary to improve the quality of service by their priority.

    The purpose of this research was to design and codify a development strategy for university sport in Payame Noor University. The statistical sample of this research consisted of 23 ex General Managers and General Manager and experts of administration of Physical Education and Members of physical education academic board in Sciences and sport management PhD students Payame Noor University who had a role in university sport. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data (the validity was approved by experienced professors and its reliability was verified by Cronbach,s alpha method as α=91%).The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, average comparison test, and Friedman test. Research findings showed that Payame Noor University (population: 1 milion) participated in university sport below 1%. The collected information shows the situation of university sport in Payame Noor University in the axis in (SO) region. By the evaluation of resources and internal external information, we can present a collection of approaches and programs. Realization of the goal university sport and employment of all provincial and native capacities along with the growth and development of university sport in this university was presented.Some of important strategies include: developing privatization provincial units and delegation of authority, Formation and Development association and sports clubs, implementing program-based activities in university sport, development Cooperation provincial units of administration of Physical Education Payame Noor University, developing sport facilities entrepreneurship and volunteering movement in university sport, Development of internal competition, Construction of sports facilities, design and codify a development strategy for university sport in Payame Noor University.

    In the organizational studies, the measurement of organizational learning capabilities is an important research area. Educational institutions need more organizational learning due to their mission and goals. In this paper, the organizational learning capabilities in Iranian faculties of physical education and sport sciences have been measured. The method that applied in this research was descriptive-survey. Therefore, for data gathering the organizational learning capabilities scale of Gomez et al (2005) were completed by personnel of those faculties (n=138). Results showed that the faculties of physical education and sport sciences in 3 capabilities of managerial commitment, openness and experimentation and knowledge transfer and integration do not meet the optimum level (p0.05). Also ranking of organizational learning capabilities showed that system approach had the high score and openness and experimentation had the low score among the four capabilities. In attention to the results of this study and benefits of organizational learning, there is a suggestion for faculty administrators that have more effort on developing organizational learning capabilities.
