Pages 395-403In the present work, occurrence of the genus Triaspis Haliday, 1835 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae, Brachistinae) is taxonomically surveyed. The study was conducted in the North of Iran during 2010−2011. Six species were collected and identified: Triaspis armeniaca Tobias, 1976; T. caudate (Nees, 1816); T. complanellae (Hartig, 1847); T. obscurella (Nees, 1816); T. pallipes (Nees, 1816); T. thoracica (Curtis, 1860), of which two species, T. armeniaca and T. caudata are recorded for the first time for the Iranian fauna. Diagnostic and geographical distribution are provided. Keywords: Braconidae, Brachistinae, Triaspis, new records, Iran

Pages 405-410During a study on fauna of the frit flies (Diptera: Chloropidae) in Khorasan Razavi province (Iran) in 2014 and 2015, nine species of six genera were collected and identified. Platycephala rugosa (Nartshuk, 1964) is recorded for the first time for Iranian fauna. Geographical distribution and biological notes are provided. Keywords: Chloropidae, Diptera, Iran, Grass flies, Khorasan Razavi

Pages 411-418The subfamily Alysiinae (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) is one of the most peculiar and diverse endoparasitoids of the family Braconidae. A sampling survey was done in different parts of Iran, mainly in South, Central and South Eastern provinces. Fifteen species are recorded for the first time from Iran. They were belonging to tribe Alysiini (Dinotrema amparoae Peris-Felipo, 2013; D. borzhomii Tobias, 2004; D. dimorpha (Fischer, 1976); D. perlustrandum (Fischer, 1973); D. sinecarinum (Fischer, 1993); D. tauricum (Telenga, 1935); Orthostigma longicorne Konigsmann, 1969; Phaenocarpa bicolor (Foerster, 1863); P. carinthiaca Fischer, 1975 and Synaldis maxima Fischer, 1972) and Dacnusini (Chorebus melanophytobiae Griffiths, 1968; C. thusa (Nixon, 1937); Dacnusa areolaris (Nees, 1811); D. aquilegiae Marshall, 1896 and D. metula (Nixon, 1954)). List of Iranian Alysiinae including 108 species is also presented. Keywords: Alysiinae, updated list, new records, Iran

Pages 419-437The Ichneumonidae fauna of Kerman province, Iran, was surveyed in April 2013 to June 2014. In total, 35 species belonging to 22 genera and eight subfamilies were collected and identified, of which Cryptus armator Fabricius, 1804; Enizemum schwarzi Diller, 1987 and Barichneumon gaullei Berthoumieu, 1903 are new records for thefauna of Iran. An updated list of Ichneumonid species for Kerman province is presented. These data can be useful for biological control programs. Keywords: Ichneumonidae, Iran, distribution, new records, catalog

Pages 439-447Braconidae (Hymenoptera) communities at high altitudes in alfalfa fields of Kerman province (Iran) were analyzed. The communities were sampled by sweep netting in 2014 and 2015. Samples were taken from three altitudinal transects: 19002300 m, 24002700 m and 28003100 m. A total of 1773 braconid specimens belonging to seven subfamilies were collected. Alpha, beta and gamma diversities were analyzed. The samples from 19002300 m and from24002700 m showed similar diversity, but from 2800-3100 m had the highest number of specimens and differed considerably in diversity. Keywords: Parasitoid wasps, Braconidae, diversity, Medicago sativa, Kerman province

Pages 449-467A checklist of Iranian Cryptinae (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) for all species recorded of Iran is given. The list is based on detailed studies of all available published data and some new collected samples. Until now 123 species in 42 genera belonging to 3 tribes of this subfamily have been known from Iran. Cryptinae is the most species-rich subfamilies of Ichneumonidae, and has a worldwide distribution. Two genera, Goryphus Holmgren, 1868 and Thaumatogelis Schwarz, 1995 were recorded for the first time for the Iranian fauna. Many parts of the country are still studied insufficiently or even not studied at all, so we suppose that the total species richness in Iran is essentially higher. Keywords: Cryptinae, parasitic wasps, new record, fauna, Iran
