صفحات 3-13در برخی کاربردهای کنترل فرایند آماری، کیفیت یک محصول یا فرایند را می توان به صورت رابطه ی بین یک یا چند متغیر وابسته/مستقل بیان کرد که آن را «پروفایل» می نامند. در این نوشتار به بررسی پروفایل های خطی ساده ی چندمتغیره می پردازیم که در آن چندین مشخصه ی کیفی مرتبط به صورت مجموعه یی از توابع خطی برحسب یک متغیر مستقل مدل بندی می شود. در حالی که حضور داده های دورافتاده ممکن است در برآورد پارامترهای مدل با استفاده از برآوردکننده های کلاسیک اختلال ایجاد کند. به منظور برآورد پارامترهای پروفایل دو رویکرد استوار مبتنی بر برآوردکننده ی M پیشنهاد می شود که در دو وضعیت تک مرحله یی و دومرحله یی کاربرد داشته است. عملکرد برآوردکننده های پیشنهادی از دو نقطه نظر استواری و کارایی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. نتایج نشان می دهد در فاز 1 کنترل فرایند آماری، برای مقادیر متوسط و بزرگ از آلودگی، عملکرد برآوردکننده های استوار بسیار بهتر از رویکرد کلاسیک است.کلیدواژگان: کنترل فرایند آماری، پروفایل خطی ساده چندمتغیره، برآوردکننده ی M، تابع بای اسکوئر

صفحات 15-25به منظور حفظ مزیت های رقابتی و تولید با هزینه و زمان تدارک کم تر، تولیدکنندگان باید در مراحل اولیه ی طراحی محصول جدید به طور همزمان زنجیره ی تامین آن را نیز طراحی کنند. برای این کار با توجه به فهرست مواد مناسب محصول، ساختار زنجیره یتامین طراحی شده و در هر گره از شبکه نیز تامین کنندگان، سطح موجودی اطمینان، و مکان انباشت موجودی مشخص می شود طوری که کل هزینه و همچنین زمان تدارک تولید محصول نهایی در تعامل با یکدیگر کمینه شوند. در این نوشتار یک مدل ریاضی برای طراحی زنجیره ی تامین محصول جدید و انتخاب فهرست مواد مناسب و نیز تامین کنندگان مناسب در هر گره از شبکه با توجه به معیارهای مطرح شده توسعه یافته که کاملا متناسب با شرایط بحرانی است. سپس مدل ارائه شده در شرایط واقعی پیاده سازی شده و تحلیل هایی برمبنای آن ارائه و پیشنهادهایی نیز برای بهبود شرایط ارائه شده است.کلیدواژگان: زنجیره ی تامین، تولید محصول جدید، هم راستایی، انتخاب تامین کننده، مدل سازی ریاضی، فهرست مواد

صفحات 27-33در این نوشتار یک مدل برنامه ریزی غیرخطی عدد صحیح دوهدفه برای مسئله ی مکان یابی شبکه یی با تقاضای تصادفی و خدمت دهنده های ثابت برای تسهیلات پرازدحام ارائه می شود. هدف استقرار تسهیلات با صرفه ی اقتصادی مناسب و نیز قابلیت اطمینان بالاست. بدین منظور مسئله به صورت یک مدل برنامه ریزی ریاضی دوهدفه برای بهینه سازی هزینه ی کل سیستم شامل هزینه ی ایجاد تسهیلات و هزینه ی به کارگیری خدمت دهنده ها و نیز بیشینه کردن قابلیت اطمینان سیستم، ارائه می شود. ازجمله کاربردهای متنوع در این زمینه می توان به مکان یابی شبکه های ارتباطی، ماشین های فروش خودکار و دستگاه های خودپرداز بانک ها اشاره کرد. با توجه به N P-H a r d بودن مسئله، یک الگوریتم جریان آب چندهدفه به منظور حل مدل پیشنهادی ارائه شده است. در نهایت، عملکرد روش حل ارائه شده در مسائل آزمایشی تولید شده با ابعاد مختلف مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و با رویکردهای موجود در ادبیات مورد مقایسه و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.کلیدواژگان: قابلیت اطمینان، مکان یابی شبکه، نظریه ی صف، الگوریتم جریان آب

صفحات 35-45در مسئله ی تسطیح منابع الگوی استفاده از منابع طی زمان مورد توجه قرار می گیرد و سعی می شود یک زمان بندی مبنا، که سطح استفاده از منابع در آن تا حد ممکن یکنواخت باشد، ارائه شود. این مسئله ازجمله مسائل کلاسیک در حوزه ی زمان بندی پروژه است که برای آن راه حل های کارای اندکی در ادبیات موضوع می توان یافت. در این نوشتار با استفاده از شبیه سازی تبرید اقدام به حل این مسئله می کنیم. شیوه ی نمایش جواب و تولید همسایگی براساس ویژگی هایی است که در این نوشتار بررسی و اثبات شده است. کارایی الگوریتم شبیه سازی تبرید از طریق مقایسه با سه روش ابتکاری دیگر و نیز با مقایسه با جواب های مدل ریاضی صفرٓ یک غیرخطی که با نرم افزار لینگو حل شده است، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این بررسی ها مجموعه ی متنوعی از مسائل آزمایشی مد نظر قرار داشته است. نتایج محاسباتی نشان می دهد، الگوریتم ارائه شده، نسبت به سه روش ابتکاری برتری دارد و نتایج قابل رقابتی را با جواب های مدل ریاضی به دست می دهد.کلیدواژگان: زمان بندی پروژه، مسئله ی تسطیح منابع، روش های فراابتکاری، الگوریتم شبیه سازی تبرید

صفحات 47-56در سازمان هایی که انتقال کالاهای خریداری شده به عهده ی سازمان خریدار است، یکی از معیارهایی که در انتخاب تامین کنندگان در نظر می گیرند «بعد مسافت تامین کننده» نسبت به سازمان، و نسبت به دیگر تامین کنندگان است. از سوی دیگر تامین کنندگان نیزبرای ایجاد انگیزه در خریداران و کمینه سازی هزینه ی خرید، تسهیلاتی را شامل تخفیف و تاخیر در پرداخت مبلغ به صورت دوره یی در نظر می گیرند. لذا یک مدل سه هدفه ی انتخاب تامین کنندگان ٓشامل کمینه سازی مسافت طی شده، کمینه سازی هزینه و کمینه سازی محصولات برگشتیٓ ارائه شده است. به علت پیچیدگی مسئله برای حل از سه الگوریتم فراابتکاری چندهدفه استفاده و برای یافتن کوتاه ترین مسیر در زیر مدل مسیریابی، دو الگوریتم فراابتکاری ژنتیک و شبیه سازی تبرید مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نهایتا دو الگوریتم که یکی چندهدفه و دیگری تک هدفه است برای حل این نوع مدل ها توصیه شده است.کلیدواژگان: انتخاب تامین کننده، مسیریابی، تخفیف، تاخیر در پرداخت، الگوریتم های فراابتکاری

صفحات 57-63امروزه سازمان های خدماتی دریافته اند که یکی از مهم ترین رموز ماندگاری آنها در بازار رقابت، توجه به مشتریان است. یکی از روش های مطرح و رایج اندازه گیری رضایت مشتری از کیفیت خدمات «مدل سروکوال» است. باتوجه به این که سازمان ها نیز برای تحقق خواسته های مشتریان محدودیت هایی دارند، باید به دنبال روش هایی بود که بین این خواسته ها و محدودیت های سازمان خدماتی ارتباط برقرار کند. یکی از روش های تامین خواسته های مشتریان مدل گسترش عملکرد کیفی است، اما با توجه به این که این روش راه حل بهینه یی ارائه نمی دهد، به نظر می رسد که تلفیق تکنیک های برنامه ریزی ریاضی با روش گسترش عملکرد کیفی در این زمینه، موثر واقع شود. هدف از این تحقیق، شناسایی خواسته های مشتریان، مطابق با سروکوال و یافتن راه حل بهینه با استفاده از روش گسترش عملکرد کیفی و برنامه ریزی آرمانی است.کلیدواژگان: کیفیت خدمات، بهینه سازی، مدل سروکوال، گسترش عملکرد کیفی، برنامه ریزی آرمانی صفر و 1

صفحات 65-76در نگاهی ساده، حوزه ی فعالیت بانک ها تجهیز و تخصیص منابع است مرجع{1} و یکی از مهم ترین مسائل و مشکلات مدیریت پورتفوی وام، ورشکستگی بانک هاست.\مرجع{2} بنابراین یکی از مهم ترین تکنیک های مورد توجه در بخش مالی و بانکی تکنیک «مدیریت ریسک» است.در این پژوهش پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داخلی و خارجی، عوامل موثر بر ریسک اعتباری موردی 136 مشتری حقوقی بانک آینده در فواصل سال های 1388-1390، به راهکاری موثر جهت کاهش مخاطرات ناشی از این ریسک پرداخته و با پیاده سازی آن، به بهبود تصمیم گیری در بانک کمک کرد. در این پژوهش، روش اصلی مورد استفاده دلفی\مرجع{3} است و به منظور توصیف داده ها از آمار توصیفی و نیز برای تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از آمار استنباطی، نظیر آزمون های همبستگی و رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری، استفاده شده است. سپس نتایج، با کمک نرم افزارهای S S P S و L i s r e l مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و در پایان، مدل پیشنهادی ارائه خواهد شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می دهد، تمامی معیارهای موثر بر ریسک اعتباری ٓعامل فروش، عامل وام بانکی، عامل نقدینگی و عامل سودآوریٓ رابطه ی مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری بر ریسک اعتباری دارند.کلیدواژگان: سیستم بانکی، مدیریت ریسک، مشتریان حقوقی، روش دلفی، مدل معادلات ساختاری

صفحات 77-87یکی از مسائل مهم در کسب وکار، هماهنگی میان سیاست های قیمت گذاری و بازاریابی است. همکاری در تبلیغات نیز یکی از راه های مقرون به صرفه برای رسیدن به اهداف بازاریابی است، به طوری که تولیدکننده درصدی از هزینه های تبلیغات خرده فروش را به عهده می گیرد. همچنین اثرات هیجانی بازار که به صورت نوسانات محصول خود را نشان می دهد،در رسیدن به این اهداف تاثیرگذارند. در این نوشتار با استفاده از نظریه ی بازی ها چهار استراتژی شامل بازی نش، بازی استکلبرگٓ تولیدکننده رهبر، بازی استکلبرگٓ خرده فروش رهبر و بازی همکاری مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. برای به دست آوردن مقادیر بهینه، محدب بودن توابع هدف در هر حالت اثبات، و برای هریک از حالت ها یک مثال عددی و تحلیل حساسیت ارائه می شود. براساس یافته های تحقیق مشخص شد، که اثرات هیجانی بازار با افزایش هزینه های تبلیغات همراه خواهد بود، اما موجب افزایش سود اعضای زنجیرهو درنتیجه کل سیستم نیز خواهد شد.کلیدواژگان: قیمت گذاری، بازاریابی، اثرات هیجانی، زنجیره ی تامین دوسطحی، نظریه ی بازی ها

صفحات 89-98شاخص های قابلیت فرایند، به عنوان معیارهای کمی عملکرد فرایند در راستای نیل به بهبود کیفیت، در صنعت کاربرد گسترده یی دارند. استقلال مشاهدات از متداول ترین مفروضات اغلب شاخص های قابلیت فرایند است اما در عمل، الگوهای همبستگی میان اطلاعات نمونه یی قابل کشف است که منجر به نقض فرض استقلال مشاهدات می شود. عدم تشخیص صحیح یک فرایند خودهمبسته ممکن است باعث اشتباه در تصمیم گیری و به بار آمدن خسارت های کیفی شود. به دلیل توزیع نامعلوم شاخص های مذکور در حضور خودهمبستگی میان داده ها، در این نوشتار الگوریتمی برای برآوردهای فاصله یی $C_{p m}$ و $C_{p m k}$ در فرایندهای )1(A R با بهره گیری از روش ناپارامتری بوت استرپ بلوکی حلقوی ارائه شده است. به علاوه ارزیابی این راهکار و مقایسه ی آن با سایر روش های موجود در ادبیات، به کمک مطالعات شبیه سازی مختلف نشان می دهد که عملکرد الگوریتم پیشنهادی با فواصلی به روش بوت استرپ استاندارد، نسبت به فواصل صدکی، بهتر است. همچنین روش والگرن برای برآورد فاصله یی شاخص $C_{p m}$ و روش بوت استرپ بلوکی حلقوی برای شاخص $C_{p m k}$ در حضور داده های خودهمبسته ی )1(A R برتری دارد. البته، در شرایط عدم اطلاع از سطح خودهمبستگی، همواره روش بوت استرپ بلوکی حلقوی برتری دارد.کلیدواژگان: شاخص های قابلیت فرایند، فرایند خودهمبسته)1(A R، فاصله ی اطمینان بوت استرپ، بوت استرپ بلوکی حلقوی

صفحات 99-111ورودی های یک مسئله ی تصمیم گیری اکثرا مبتنی بر قضاوت شخصی افراد است؛ در بیشتر موارد نیز نمی توان این قضاوت ها را در در قالب مقادیر عددی و قطعی بیان کرد. از این رو «عدم اطمینان» بخش اجتناب ناپذیر تصمیم گیری های گروهی تلقی می شود. با توجه به عدم تمرکز تصمیم گیرندگان در یک نقطه ی جغرافیایی، در بیشتر موارد، اجماع بر سر شکل یکسان بیانترجیحات از سوی تصمیم گیرندگان میسر نیست. همچنین با توجه به اینکه معمولا تصمیم گیرنده درباره ی تمام جوانب مسئله ی مورد بحث دانشکافی ندارد، دقت مقایسات زوجی نیز محل تردید است. در این نوشتار، روش جدیدی برای تصمیم گیری گروهی با بیان متفاوت ترجیحات در شرایطعدم اطمینان و با فرض ناقص بودن ماتریس مقایسات زوجی ارائه می شود.در این روش یک مدل برنامه ریزی ریاضی با سه تابع هدف ارائه می شود.این مدل تواما به دنبال بیشینه سازی شاخص توافق گروهی، کمینه سازیشاخص ناسازگاری های فردی و بیشینه سازی پایداری اوزان نهایی گزینه هاست.کلیدواژگان: تصمیم گیری گروهی، ماتریس مقایسات زوجی ناقص، بیان متفاوت ترجیحات، پایداری اوزان، توافق گروهی، سازگاری فردی

صفحات 113-120مسئله ی انتخاب و تخصیص سفارش به تامین کنندگان از مهم ترین فعالیت ها در مدیریت زنجیره ی تامین است. در این تحقیق یک مدل چندهدفه ی انتخاب و تخصیص سفارش به تامین کننده در حالت عدم قطعیت ارائه شده است. این اهداف کمینه سازی هزینه ی خرید، حمل و نقل و سفارش، کمینه سازی دیرکرد یا همان تاخیرات از جانب تامین کننده )که به دلیل عدم قطعیت به صورت فازی درنظر گرفته شده(، کمینه سازی ریسک در انتخاب تامین کننده و در نهایت بیشینه سازی وزن تامین کنندگان را شامل می شود. وزن تامین کنندگان با روش تاپسیس فازی به دست آمده است. در این مدل محصولات ارائه شده توسط تامین کنندگان از ویژگی «تخفیف در قیمت» برخوردارند. محدودیت های تخفیف به صورت تابع علامت در مدل اعمال شده که این عمل از به وجود آمدن یک متغیر تصمیم در مدل جلوگیری می کند. به علت پیچیدگی مدل برای حل از دو الگوریتم فراابتکاری N S G A-I I و M O P S O استفاده شده است. در نهایت، نتایج با معیارهای کمی اندازه گیری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می گیرد.کلیدواژگان: انتخاب تامین کننده، چندمحصولی، تاپسیس فازی، ریسک، تخفیف، الگوریتم های فراابتکاری

صفحات 121-130منابع استراتژیک سازمان خصوصا منابع ناملموس به عنوان منابعی که نقش موثری در تحقق استراتژی های سازمان دارند، شایسته ی توجه و سرمایه گذاری متناسب برای حفظ، بازسازی و توسعه هستند. با این وجود آیا سازمان ها متناسب با این سطح اهمیت در تقویت منابع ناملموس خود سرمایه گذاری می کنند؟ در این تحقیق مدلی متکی به دیدگاه منبع محور برای ارزیابی جایگاه واقعی و جایگاه مورد انتظار سرمایه گذاری های سازمان ها در حوزه ی منابع ملموس و ناملموس ارائه شده است. با استفاده از این مدل جایگاه منابع سازمانی در استراتژی های و سرمایه گذاری های تعدادی از شرکت های گروه خودروسازی کشور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می دهد سرمایه گذاری در منابع ناملموس به شکل معناداری از اهمیت استراتژیک این منابع کم تر است و مقدار این شکاف به ترتیب در سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه ی ساختاری و نهایتا سرمایه ی ارتباطی بیشتر است. همچنین وضعیت شکاف سرمایه گذاری در منابع سازمانی در سطح گروه های مختلف شرکت ها برحسب مالکیت، سابقه، اندازه و فعالیت مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است.کلیدواژگان: منابع، منابع ناملموس، سرمایه ی فکری، منابع استراتژیک، سرمایه گذاری

صفحات 131-138در این مطالعه هدف ارائه ی راه حلی منطقی و ساده برای فرایند تصمیم گیری در انتخاب پیمانکار با تلفیقی از رویکردهای تجربی و نظری است. با استفاده از ادبیات مروری درمورد انتخاب پیمانکار، با توجه به سادگی، دقت، و عمومیت و همچنین صرف زمان و نیاز به منابع انسانی نسبتا کم تر در بین روش ها، روش تحلیل شبکه انتخاب شد. با توجه به این نکته که تعیین قیمت پایه تنها برای ارزیابی هزینه ی پروژه نیست، مدل ارائه شده با تحلیل اختلاف بین قیمت پایه و قیمت پیشنهادی پیمانکار به سازمان کمک می کند که تاثیر معیار قیمت بر سایر معیارها را در نظر بگیرد. در این پژوهش با کمک مدل پیشنهادی، امتیاز دقیق تری برای معیار توانایی انجام کار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که تفاوت چشمگیری بین نتایج روش تحلیل شبکه با روش تلفیقی، وجود دارد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی رویکرد پیشنهادی از این مدل در مصلای اصفهان استفاده شد.کلیدواژگان: انتخاب پیمانکاران، تحلیل فرایند شبکه یی)A N P(، روش ابتکاری، پروژه های ساخت

Pages 3-13In some quality control applications, quality of a product or process can be characterized by a relationship between two or more variables that is typically referred to as profile. Research on profile monitoring commenced with studying simple linear profiles nearly fifteen years ago and then was pursued by investigating other types of profiles including multiple linear profiles, polynomial profiles, generalized linear profiles, and recently multivariate linear profiles. This paper has focused on the last case where several correlated quality characteristics can be modeled as a set of linear functions of one or more explanatory variables. Since, for the sake of simplicity, the model structure of our study consists of only one predictor, this type of profile has been referred to as multivariate simple linear profile. This paper deals with statistical process control in phase one where parameters of the model are to be estimated in order to develop a control chart for process monitoring. While outliers may hamper the expected performance of the classical regression estimators leading to erroneous interpretation of the process, this study resorts to robust regression estimators as the remedy of the estimation problem in the presence of outliers. Two robust approaches are proposed in our study to estimate parameters of multivariate simple linear profiles on the basis of robust regression M-estimates with bi-square weight function. In the first approach, the aggregation of estimates in the sample level is done by averaging while the second approach employs a second M-estimate to aggregate parameter estimates. Extensive simulation studies are conducted to investigate and compare the performance of the proposed estimators in terms of robustness and efficiency. Pages 15-25With the competition in market demand and customer's requirements fluctuations, companies have to supply productions in accordance with demand and supply time and less cost in order to be able to maintain their competitive advantages. To achieve these goals, producers must simultaneously design supply chain in the early stages of new product design. To do this according to the BOM, the
structure of supply chain is designed and in every node of the chain network, suppliers, the level of safety stock as well as the place of inventory accumulation is determined so that the total cost and also the provision time of the final product interacting with each other minimized.
In this article, the mathematical model for new product supply chain design and selection of appropriate material checklist and also the suitable suppliers in every node of network, according to the considered criteria, has been developed that is perfectly proportional with critical conditions. This is a multi-objective model that consists of 4 objective functions. The first objective is minimization of end product cost. The second minimizes supply and inventory holding cost. Third objective minimize likely to lack of materials by choosing multiple suppliers in each node of the chain. In the last objective it plans buying of materials in uniform time intervals and so that the suppliers
can recognize us as a reliable purchaser. Then, the proposed model has been implemented in actual conditions and analyses are presented base on it and to improve conditions, suggestions are presented. Pages 27-33One of the most important strategic decisions that affects the success of an organization, is to locate the facility in an appropriate place. Facilities are characterized on a continuum spectrum from manufacturing facilities at one end and service facilities at the other end. In terms of trends in enterprise turn-over and gross domestic products (GDP) of nations, service industries play an increasingly more important role than their manufacturing counterparts. This article presents a bi-objective non-linear integer mathematical model for reliable facility location problem with stochastic demand. The concentration of this article is to present a new mathematical model in reliable facility
location problem with immobile servers with congested facilities. The goal is to determine the location of both inexpensive and reliable facilities. Therefore, a bi-objective mathematical programming model is presented in which total cost and reliability of system are simultaneously optimized. There are many real life applications of the proposed model such as: automated teller machines, communication networks, vending machines, local clinics, hospitals and medical centers, relief distribution centers and reconstruction center locations, kinds of education systems, police stations, truck terminals, hotels, city logistics terminals, parks, bus stops, press delivery networks, locating post boxes, and the like. Since the proposed model is NP-Hard, a multi-objective water flow-like algorithm (MOWFLA) is presented to solve the model. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm, different test problems are first generated. Then, multi-objective genetic algorithm as best-developed algorithm in the literature and GAMS software, integrating the
objectives with LP-metric method, are applied to justify the performance of proposed MOWFLA. Pages 35-45Resource leveling problem considers resource usage pattern in the project plan during the project execution time and attempts to create a levelled baseline schedule. In this problem one aims at completing the project within its deadline with a resource usage which is as level as possible over the entire project horizon. Mostly no explicit resource considerations - like resource constrained property- are taking into account when this problem is considered.
This problem is one of the most well-known and classical problems for which one can hardly find an efficient solution procedure in the literature. Most procedures in the literature are based on repetitive time consuming forward/backward methods in which the performance are rarely studied through various comprehensive test problems.
We use Simulated Annealing meta heuristic algorithm to solve the resource leveling problem. The solution representation and neighborhood generation method in this algorithm is based on a theorem which has been proved in this article. Using our theorem and Floyd- Warshall longest path algorithm together with distance matrix with temporary precedence relations leads to an efficient new way of solution representation and neighborhood generation method.
We study the efficiency of this algorithm by comparing with the results of two other heuristic methods and also with a zero-one non-linear mathematical programming model solved with Lingo. Numerous test problems with a vast variability in parameters are generated to compare these methods. To produce the test problems we have used the Rangen software which is well-known in literature to generate project networks with resources.
The performance of different procedures are compared through different performance and computational time indicators. In our model, the net present value of the objective function value for purchaser is getting utilized. Because of the large size and complexity of the problem to be NP-Hard, to solve Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II), Non-dominated Ranking Genetic Algorithm (NRGA) and Multi objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) is proposed. In order to find the shortest path routing model, both Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Simulated Annealing algorithm (SA) to evaluate and select one of them According to the better performance of the algorithm in solved and is used in the multi objective model. As service providers have their own limitations to meet the customer's needs, they should be looking for some ways in which communicate between the limitations of service providers company and the customer's demands. One of the most powerful ways to meet customer's requirements is Quality Function Development (QFD), but this method does not provide optimal solution to select service qualitative characteristic so It would seem that compilation the mathematical programming techniques with QFD is effective in this context.The purpose of this study is to identify the customer's demands according to SERVQUAL model and to find the optimal solution by use of QFD and zero-one goal programming.
The objective function nincludes: maximize the relationship between service quality characteristics and customer's demands, minimizing the cost of service quality characteristics, maximize the extensibility and creation potential of Service and This limits includes: the limitation of overall priorities of the service quality characteristics, limitation of resources allocated by the agency and limitations are extensibility and creation potential of Service quality.
The population in this study consisted of all clients is Geno Kish Travel Agency in Bandar Abbass. 135 of them were selected and questionnaires to assess the performance of quality of service and its importance and then check the qualitative characteristics and assemble QFD house. Lastly, the issue has been modeling and is solved by zero-one goal programming.

customers in the period during 2010 to 2012 years, the effective strategy reducing of the risk, and the its implementation improve decision making in bank helped. The main method of research to describe data accomplished by ``Delphi'' method. Then, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, data analysis and hypothesis testing, including tests, correlation and regression, structural equation. The results obtained from the data of corporate customers with softwares ``SSPS'' and ``Lisrel'' at the end of the model will be presented. This model show good credit risk at each of the bank's corporate customers and more exact estimation of the weaknesses identified by the customer and the bank, s solutions for the improvement of decision-making provide. The results of this research show that great influence of the sales and customer credit risk is the same for debt and asset returns and asset sales, more than any other ratio bankruptcy of and chaos in predicting future situation are effective and the first ratio of debt to cash flow from operations in the important role, the second investment ratios, liquidity ratios after they are placed the results obtained in this research, the effect

Any member of a supply chain can have its own promotion and advertising programs. However, an interactive relationship (i.e. win-win) occurs when any member of the chain is able to convince to its partner to cover a portion of the cost of advertising. This action is named as vertical cooperative advertising also known as co-op advertising.
Generally speaking, there are two types of advertising in the relation manufacturer-retailer which are the global and local advertising.
Manufacturer is responsible of the global advertising which his purpose is to create a brand image with a nationwide' scope. On the other hand, the retailer has under its hands the local advertising that treats on promotion and prices in order to stimulate the consumer demand. In the co-op advertising the costs for locally placing advertising among a retailer or wholesaler and a manufacturer are shared by all members of the chain.
Coordination of pricing and marketing policies is one of the main problems in business. An economical way to achieve marketing objectives is cooperation advertising. So the manufacturer undertakes a percentage of the advertisingcosts of retailer. On the other hand, market noise effects are effective in achieving these goals. Using game theory, we consider four strategies including Nash game, Stackelberg-manufacturer, Stackelberg-retailer and cooperative game to optimize the cooperative advertising and pricing problem where market noise effect is considered. In this regard, to obtain optimal values, in each case the convexities of objective functions are proved and a numerical example is presented for each state. Then sensitivity analyses are presented to assess changes and their impact on the decision variables. The independency of observations over time is one of the assumptions of the most PCIs developed. However, the development of sampling technology has led to increasing the number of sampling as well as decreasing the time interval between sampling. This leads to occurrence of autocorrelation between successive observations and violation of the independency between observations.There are different point estimators and confidence intervals for the process capability indices of autocorrelated data in the literature. In this paper for the first time, confidence intervals of Cpm and Cpmk are estimated using Circular Block Bootstrap resampling technique when the data are autocorrelated and modeled by an AR(1) process.looseness=1
Estimating the PCIs sampling distribution through simulation studies showed that increasing autocorrelation coefficients leads to decreasing in sampling standard deviation and bias in the PCIs estimators. However, larger sample sizes have resulted in more accurate estimations and lower bias, skewness and kurtosis of estimators.looseness=1In addition, performance of the proposed interval estimators are compared through numerical examples. Simulations results of two different methods of confidence interval indicate that 95% standard bootstrap (SB) method often outperforms the Biased-Corrected and accelerated (BCa) Percentile Bootstrap method without considering the magnitude of autocorrelation coefficient. Moreover, the effects of various autocorrelation coefficients, sample sizes, mean values and standard deviations on the proposed confidence intervals have been appraised.looseness=1 Finally, by comparing the results of the proposed method and existing methods in the literature, some advantages of the bootstrap have been mentioned. Generally, considerable volume of available data is brought about average coverage percentage (ACP) close to a nominal confidence level and lower average interval length (AIL) with more accuracy. Pages 99-111In complex human social activities, practical problems involve more prominent uncertainty, and deterministic approaches of classical methods become powerless. Decision makers sometimes are distributed in different geographical regions and it may be difficult to reach an agreement on which unique preference relations format is used. On the other hand, decision makers usually do not have enough knowledge to express their preference relations completely.
In this research, a new method for human group decision making is presented by using heterogeneous incomplete uncertain preference relations. The uncertain multiplicative preference relations, uncertain fuzzy preference relations, uncertain linguistic preference relations, intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations and Interval preference sequence can be included in this method. Our new method consists of nine steps. In the first step, decision-makers preferences in the form of heterogeneous comparison matrixes are driven. In the second step, we change them to the homogeneous form. This homogeneous form is interval multiplicative preference relation. In the third step, a preprocessing approach using an optimization framework is presented to obtain a complete consistent interval comparison matrix respect to each decision-maker preferences. In the fourth step, flexible and simple forms are obtained to show the robustness of the final weights. In the fifth step, rank sequences for each decision maker is obtained. In the sixth step, the importance weights of decision makers are calculated. In the seventh step, importance weights of alternatives respect to each decision maker preferences are derived. In the eighth step, a multi-objective model is established and in the final step a bi-an optimization model which aims to maximize simultaneously the group consensus, the individual consistency and weights robustness of each decision maker is solved.
By solving the optimization model, the priority weights of alternatives can be obtained. Pages 121-130Strategic resources of organizations, as the most effective resources in fulfilling companie's strategies, require relevant attention and investment. In today's knowledge-based economy intangible resources are more important than traditional resources like land and capital and intellectual capital (IC) has devoted a special position in business strategy and management to itself. However do companies invest enough to preserve and improve this valuable resource? In this paper we aim to assess the actual and expected organizational investments in intellectual capital. So we need a conceptual model which enables studying resource's role in company's strategies and investments. This model should be based on a relevant firm view and takes an appropriate approach to identify and categorize organizational resources. Here we propose a conceptual model and related steps to collect required information for assessment of strategic importance of resources (as the expected level for investment) and also current investment level in different resources. Then the probable gap between these two levels is measured and analyzed. This model is applied via Iranian automotive companies. The results of applying the model shows there is a significant gap between strategic importance and current investment in all three groups of intellectual capital (human, structural and relational), while not in tangible (physical and financial) assets. The gap is bigger in human capital, structural capital and then relational capital respectively. Finally the gap between strategic importance and current investment is investigated in different sub-categories of studied companies in order to get insights of resource management issues across automotive companies. Probable differences in terms of ownership, age of company, size and service or product-oriented activity of the companies has been compared and analyzed. Pages 131-138The purpose of this study is to provide a reasonable and simple solution for the decision making process of choosing the contractor that will be used with a combination of experimental and theoretical approaches The approach of this study was to review the literature regarding the selection of the contractor. According to the methods and techniques available in the literature, ANP method was chosen. In other words , according to simplicity, comprehensiveness and universality, and also spend less time and human resources in the contractor selection the methods available in the literature contractor selection, Analytic Network Process (ANP) of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method was chosen for use in this study. Given that each method has drawbacks and deficiencies are found, the network analysis method in this case is not an exception. On the other hand, contracting projects, especially in construction projects, due to economic conditions and unstable business environment, especially in Iran, the benchmark price is of particular importance. Due to the significant effects of the standard price in the determination of contractors, observed that the ANP method will not be able to apply all these effects at the result. The traditional method combined with the classical method, but with substantial changes. In fact, these changes are related to the defined bounds for the price and type of project owners to deal with contractors who have been out of bounds, returns. Assuming Minos and plus - Here Minos plus 20% lower and 40% higher than the price at which the item was defined - for these limitations, the solution was extracted from the traditional approach. An interesting result was that there was a significant difference between the results of Analytic Network Process combined with the selected contractor. The advantages of this method over the traditional method, it can be easily understood and the acceptance of it. Limitations of this study include the use of this method in a limited geographical area, as well as certain type oforganizations (Isfahan preparedness).
