Sustainable and comprehensive development of the city can be practical and tangible when the citizens have satisfaction from performance of municipality and its organization. The rate of Satisfaction of organizations, clerks depends on their perception from that organizations performance, citizens, awareness and various factors. In this study, the satisfaction of passenger of terminals and park rides in Tehran is examined. The method of article is descriptive – analytical and the information is collected by questionnaires. Data is analyzed by SPSS software. The results show that the satisfaction of the passenger of terminals and park rides is low. According to the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between citizens, awareness, duties and age. Furthermore, there is a negative and significant relationship between education and citizens, satisfaction. In other words, increasing literacy has adverse effects on satisfaction.

Bus rapid transit system is a creative and functional system than the traditional bus system and by using value engineering the value index and efficienay of this system can be improved. Line 1 of Mashhad BRT system was examined by using the three steps of value engineering (included pre-study, workshop and after study). Then 78 Ideas were selected in 14 packages. Finally, results were formed by combination of selected ideas (7 of them is technical view and 3 of them is economical view). The economical results improve the value indexes and effect on the quality.

Natural disasters are as long as the human history. Although these incidents are inevitable, we can reduce their severity by proper planning. One of the most crucial and basic principles of planning for post-earthquake incidents is people’s behavior in chaotic situations. Aid trips are considered as the most important purposes and depend on the planned aid system. Accordingly, a multi-factor aid model is devised by different aid groups (reopening group, search and rescue group, ambulance allocation, and ambulance return) and in order to reduce the number of dead people.

The priority system of traffic lights is one of the ways of increasing the rate of service of public transportation systems especially buses. In this study by defining the priority in signalized intersections, the predicted and programmed time-tables for public transportation are achieved and consequently the efficiency of the existing fleet is promoted. SCATS in Mashhad and other metropolitan cities of our country is applied to control the traffic lights. In this research by investigating the different methods of defining priority of public transportation, a sample of TSP in SCATS are designed and performed in Mashhad by the use of controlled switches. Also by the data of AVL in BRT System of Mashhad, the results of travel time, as well as the index of the percentage of success in passing, are evaluated for both the vehicles and passengers. At the end, the solutions for the optimizing and promotion of this system are suggested.

Nowadays, increasing numbers of vehicles make problems such as the lack of parking
spaces in many cities of Iran. This problem is happened in the crowded parts of cities
with inappropriate access to public transportation facilities. Control of parking spaces
is an integral principle of traffic travel demand management process. The effective
implementation of this method can reduce the pollution of heavy traffic and time
consuming. A presented method in this article leads to the parking system integration
based on the resources of the remote control. It is consisted of logical structure for
    processing and transmission of information.

Public transportation is a fundamental approach for managing urban transportation because it reduces the demand for private cars. Travel time variations usually decrease the satisfaction of passengers of public transportation. Thus, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems can help the passengers to travel with less delay. Many factors actually affect the performance of BRT, so it would be important to investigate the level of their influence on the system. In addition, evaluating the performance of BRT systems helps the managers. In this study, the performance of Tehran,s BRT is analyzed by binary logit model. The role and the effect of different factors such as average running speed and stopping time are indicated by this model. As a result, the proposed model would be a powerful tool for Tehran,s urban managers to improve the utility and make the trip for passengers more convenient.

According to the statistics, 18 thousand of individuals are killed each year by traffic accidents in Iran and main reason of accidents is drowsiness of drivers. This paper recommended a cheap and efficient software for detecting drowsiness of drivers by mobile phone. So the Abdabost algorithm is applied for extracting the conditions of eyes. The achieved positions of eyes included ECD and PERCLOSE are applied as input data for measuring drowsiness of drivers.
