    Purpose
    The aim of present study is investigation the role of family functioning and generation gap in the relationship between parental controls style and addiction to social networks.
    Methodology
    The present study is a descriptive one. Theoretical bases of the study were collected by reputable sites, books and related articles. The information and data for hypothesis testing were gathered by standard and a researcher-made questionnaire. Statistical society was all of male and female student of the second year of high schools in district 5 of Tehran (140 persons). After data collection, data analysis was performed using SPSS and PLS. In this study, Validity and reliability of the questionnaire was approved. Validity of the questionnaire was accepted by expert opinion of university and reliability of that was calculated by Cronbach's alpha and the value of that was 0.82.
    Findings: Results showed that family functioning and generation gap have significant roles in the relationship between parental controls style and addiction to social networks.
    Discussion
    Therefore, it can be concluded that by improving family functioning and reducing the generation gap, better control of addiction to social networks can be created.

    Purpose
    Entrepreneurship culture needs to have a favorable environment for innovation and creative responsiveness to environmental needs. Entrepreneurial culture emphasizes identifying, supporting, and developing creative talents. The prevalence of this kind of culture makes universities, in their confrontation with the threats of competitors, the innovation, creativity, and risk-taking to exploit the opportunities necessary. Creativity is a complex and multidimensional phenomenon that affects a variety of factors. These factors may be a specific environmental or cultural force in an organization seeking to create value and prosperity.
    Methodology
    The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship The dimensions of entrepreneurial organizational culture and creativity are in the faculty of Tehran University. The research method used is a descriptive method from the survey branch. For this purpose, a sample of 262 faculty members from the colleges of Tehran University was selected and studied using the Cochran formula. To collect information, McGuire's Entrepreneurial Organizational Culture Dimensions Questionnaire (2003) and Islan Powell's Creativity and Innovation Scale (2006) were used. Pearson correlation test and linear regression models were used to investigate the existence of this relationship.
    Findings: The results of the research show that in women, only the effect of recreation and entertainment has been significant on the creativity of professors. And in men, the effect of recreation, hobbies, and communication on the creativity of professors has been meaningful.
    Discussion
    The impact of other areas of organizational culture on the creativity of professors in male and female teachers was not meaningful.

    Purpose
    The present study was aimed to examine the performance of social-cultural deputy of municipality in terms of the indexes of training professional citizens.
    Methodology
    Research method was descriptive (survey) in terms of data collection method; and in terms of objective, it was practical. The statistical population consisted of all citizens (379962 people) residing in Tehran's region 1. Sample size included 384 individuals selected using a Morgan Table and a cluster random sampling method. Data collection method was a made questionnaire which was designed based on a 5-point Likert scale. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved; and its reliability was calculated to be 0.79, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze data, a single-sample "t" test was used.
    Findings: Obtained results showed that the performance of social-cultural deputy of municipality was in a medium level in terms of teaching three components of wisdom, participation, and civil behavior.
    Discussion
    The result also indicated that it was in a lower than medium level in terms of teaching six components of lawfulness, identity, responsibility, ethics, self-esteem, and dependency.

    Purpose
    This study aimed to identify the dimensions and competency components of managers and their impact on organizational development.
    Methodology
    At first, the dimensions of managers 'competence were identified by reviewing the literature of the research. Then, the factors affecting organizational development by identifying the effective indicators on these structures were identified through a semi-structured interview in the qualitative section and in the form of manager's competence desirability questionnaires Sounded up.
    Findings: These questionnaires were analyzed through structural equations and partial least squares of PLS. After determining the weight of each factor and eliminating negligible factors as well as determining the weight of each index, the effect of dimensions and competency components of managers on Organizational development was studied and the proposed model of research was presented to explain the role of manager's competency in organizational development, and the degree of appropriateness of the proposed model was confirmed according to the research components.
    Discussion
    The findings indicated that manager's competence in organizational, organizational, organizational, and organizational dimensions affects organizational development.

    Purpose
    The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of Persian literature books in the first grade of high school based on the components of educational and critical knowledge from the perspective of experts and teachers.
    Methodology
    The method of this research is a type of evaluation study, which has been used to carry out the field research methodology. The statistical population includes curriculum specialists (118 people) and teachers of Persian literature in the first grade of high school in Mazandaran province (940 people). Stratified random sampling method was used to select 272 teachers and 92 curriculum specialists based on Cochran formula. A researcher-made questionnaire was developed using the nominal scale and Likert scale. The face and content validity of the questionnaire has been approved by the supervisors and counselors as well as a group of relevant curriculum specialists and relevant teachers who have sufficient expertise in the subject matter of the research. The reliability of the tool is confirmed by the Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.924. Descriptive statistics such as abundance and average percentages were used in the data analysis method and X2 test was used to test the assumptions.
    Findings: According to the findings of this research and based on the fact that the centralized educational system of Iran, where textbooks are considered to be the most basic educational resources available to teachers and students, in order to fulfill the curriculum objectives based on the components of critical and educational competence, the content of these textbooks was analyzed.
    Discussion
    to formulate curriculum, which leads to the creation of interesting questions and the creation of Interested in reading new concepts based on documentation and away from any individual biases.

    Purpose
    The present study was aimed to predict adolescent's tendency towards risk-taking behaviors based on self-efficacy and sensation seeking.
    Methodology
    Research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the present study consisted of high school second-grade students in the fifth region off Tehran. From the schools of this region, two schools were randomly selected; and from each school, 60 students were randomly selected and examined. Hence, totally 120 individuals were chosen as a sample group. The tools used in this study included Scherer's et al (1982) general self-efficacy questionnaire and Zukerman's (1996) sensation seeking scale as well as Ahmadabadi and Mohammadizadeh's (2011) risk taking scale. According to the level of data analysis and statistical hypotheses, multifold linear regression was used in order to test hypotheses.
    Findings: The results of the statistical analysis showed that factors such as excitability and adventure as well as seeking experience were significantly correlated with risk-taking behaviors in a 5% level.
    Discussion
    The positivity of these coefficients, in fact, indicates that with an increase in these factors, there will be an increase in risk-taking behaviors. In addition, self-efficacy was negatively and significantly correlated with risk-taking behaviors.

    Purpose
    Although, several studies have been conducted on the concept of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and its relationship with health promotion of the administrative system, organizational spirituality as a factor affecting organizational citizenship behavior has been less considered in organization and management literature in recent years. The study aimed to investigate the organizational citizenship behavior by health promotion of the administrative system, "issued by Supreme Leader", considering the mediating role of organizational spirituality to present a desirable pattern. Accordingly, while reviewing the theoretical literature, their respective variables and scale, the overall framework of the study was formed.
    Methodology
    This is an applied study in terms of objective and descriptive-correlational in terms of nature. The statistical population of this study were all staff of state-owned organizations of Kerman province in 2016-17. Sampling was done by two-stage cluster sampling method. Organizational citizenship behavior inventory 0.77 and organizational health 0.73 and organizational spirituality 0.90 were used to collect data. For analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation test and structural equation modeling) were used and data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS.
    Findings: The results showed that the interpersonal citizenship performance model, job citizenship performance, organizational citizenship performance, and the health promotion of the administrative system, "issued by the Supreme Leader", have a goodness of fit given the mediating role of organizational spirituality.
    Discussion
    One of the areas of management that can have a great deal of spirituality is organizational citizenship behavior management whose purpose is to help change the behavior of individuals in the organization and thereby achieve operational goals in an efficient and fast way.

    Purpose
    The aim of this study is to investigate a new dimension of prevention that is called resilience.
    Methodology
    The study seeks to find that resilient young people in similar economic conditions do not suffer from any substance or deformity. The method of this study was comparative causality and the statistical population included 18-29 year olds who were randomly assigned to 700 out of those who were overweight or delinquent and 700 healthy young people. Tools Measurement of the questionnaire (checklist) was made by the researcher and the scale of the relationship between male and female.
    Findings: The findings showed that healthy young people had a significant difference in effective factors in comparison with young people who were not healthy.
    Discussion
    Regarding the most important personal and family factors that were discussed in this study, having the ideal ideals in young people is an effective factor in resilience and should be considered in educational and social planning. Family life The presence of parents responsible for parenting skills, a positive family atmosphere and intimate relationships with children, adolescents and young people should be mentioned. In order to establish parenting skills for interacting with children and childcare, we need to correct the gap in this field. As a result, research findings provide a new dimension of prevention that can be used to educate teenagers and youth.

    Purpose
    The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of the innovative university in order to provide a model in Islamic Azad universities, East Azerbaijan. This research regarding its purpose was an applied one, which was carried out using an exploratory mixed methods approach.
    Methodology
    In the qualitative section the Delphi method and in quantitative section descriptive method was used. The statistical populations of this study, in the qualitative section of the study were the exports who were aware of the subject and in the quantitative section were faculty members of Islamic Azad University of East Azerbaijan(n=900). In the qualitative section, the purposeful sampling method, considering the saturation law (n=12) was used and in the quantitative section, using random stratified sampling method, based on the scientific rank of faculty members and based on the Cochran formula, 270 subjects were selected as the statistical sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of the dimensions of the innovative university. The reliability of the questionnaire was quantitatively determined using Cronbach's alpha method (0.891) and composite reliability (0/688). Exploratory factor analysis using SPSS software was used to analyze the data and validation used to Smart PLS.
    Findings
    Also, the results showed that the endogenous variable (Innovative University) has the ability to explain the changes exogenous variable (the five structural, strategic, research structural, environmental and educational pedagogical dimensions).
    Conclusion
    The overall value of the model was also confirmed using the GOF= (0/396) standard.

    Purpose
    What is changing today is expanding customer loyalty. In organizations such as the Melli Bank, customer relationship management is more sensitive. Because the customer is considered to be part of the service provided in the service delivery process, and the customers are the lifeblood of the banks. The Melli Bank can not only seek new customers, but also keep customers and convert them to loyal customers as one of the priorities. Customer relationship management is a multi-faceted approach to marketing, sales and customer care. The Melli Bank manages customer relationship management in order to create customer loyalty and improve organizational performance. The purpose of the present study was to identify the organizational impact on organizational performance by considering the relationship between marketing integration in the employees of the Melli Bank of Isfahan Is.
    Methodology
    This research, in terms of applied purpose and in terms of nature and method, is a descriptive survey. The statistical sample is 299 employees of the Melli Bank of the city of Isfahan.
    Findings
    The method of collecting theoretical bases, libraries and data collection tools, a researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha, 0/851 and response rate of 0/93.
    Conclusion
    The results of the analysis indicate that organizational learning is effective on the performance of communication management.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between professional Development and organizational maturity with educational productivity of educators (case study of Bushehr Province). In terms of the applied purpose, this research is descriptive in terms of descriptive strategy and in terms of the method of data collection it is a field survey that is carried out. The instrument for measuring this research was a researcher-made questionnaire for organizational maturity (13 items), a researcher-made questionnaire designed for educational productivity of teachers (34 items), and a researcher-made questionnaire developed by professional teachers of teachers (15 items) that were set in the 5-value Likert scale . From the viewpoint of the professors of counsel and counsel, as well as 11 experts, for confirmation of face validity and content of the questionnaires and confirmatory factor analysis, the validity of the questionnaire structure was used and the reliability of the questionnaire was carried out on 30 members of the community of research and calculation Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.81, 0.88 and 0.79 for organizational maturity, professional growth and teacher productivity. The statistical population consisted of all the educators of Bushehr province (N = 511) and the sample size of the study was determined using Morgan table 213 people. Sampling method was cluster random sampling. To analyze the data, at the level of descriptive statistics, frequency and frequency, mean and standard deviation of the frequency table, and the level of inferential statistics, confirmatory factor analysis for verifying the validity of the research questionnaire structure, to determine the normal distribution of variables from the Smirnov colomograph test and, finally, to test the assumptions The final model of the research was drawn from Pearson correlation tests, multiple regression and structural equation modeling using SPSS version 23 and AMOS software. The results of the study showed that between professional growth and educational productivity (r = 0.725) and its components, between organizational maturity and educational productivity (r = 0.431) and its components, and between professional growth and organizational maturity (602 / 0 = r) There is a positive and significant correlation between the education teachers of Bushehr province (Sig = 0.001). Also, educational productivity changes with the use of professional growth components (F = 170 = 879) and organizational maturity components (F = 18.627), as well as organizational maturity changes using professional growth components (24.624) = F) Predictability. The results showed that professional development has a significant positive effect on educational productivity (t = 4/131) and organizational maturity (t = 3/614/3) and organizational maturity on educational productivity (t = 3/38 = 38) in Bushehr province. (Sig = 0/001) and the developed models for these variables had a good fit.

    Purpose
    Among leadership styles, evolution leadership is the source of changes in the organization. If the organization is in a disadvantaged way in the management of employee performance, it identifies the consequences and thus, in a competitive environment, it strengthens the capabilities and competencies of the employees to compensate for the loss. will pay. One can refer to education as one of the organizations that needs to adopt transformational leadership today. Schools, as sub-systems of society, cannot survive unless they can adapt and adapt themselves to environmental changes.
    Methodology
    Since school principals play a major role in education, their accurate and well-chosen selection is the goal of the country's educational system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design and validate a transformational leadership model for primary school principals.
    Findings
    The analysis of qualitative interviews showed that the four main components of mental persuasion with the following components of encouraging problem solving, knowledge creation, creativity, creation of new ideas, questioning, inspirational motivation component with motivational motives, creating morale, creating a happy environment , Attention to goals, Inspiration, Artificial Influence component with ethics subclasses, Knowledge, Respect, Justice, Commitment, Inspirational thoughts, Participation and component of individual considerations with the following components of attention to individual differences, achievement of organizational goals, the effectiveness of the organization , Assigning the responsibility and individual goals of the interviewees to the managers. In a small section Data were also collected through a transformational leadership questionnaire collected from 500 sample managers and teachers. Finally, the findings on validation showed that the proposed model is valid .
    Conclusion
    School executives in the style of the implementation of leadership style change more dependent on the requirements of the school and the high-level, and somewhat applicable, organization, and believe that such a style, although necessary and necessary, requires its own particular circumstances.

    purpose
    The purpose of this study was to identify the perception and experience of teachers and educational managers about the implementation of the professional ranking plan of teachers in the education system of the Iran.
    Methodology
    The method of this research is a qualitative exploratory research which has been conducted in an interpretive analysis method. The data gathering tool was a semi-structured interview, with interviews with 15 experienced teachers, principals, and executives of the project. Sampling was done using purposeful snowball method. For data analysis, coding was used in both open and axial coding.
    Findings
    The results of the research showed that the teacher ranking plan has legal, scientific, professional and managerial requirements for its implementation. The main strengths of the plan include increasing teachers' motivation, improving teachers' skills, reducing teachers' livelihood issues, improving student achievement and reducing inequality. The weaknesses include lack of comprehensiveness of the plan, lack of transparency, the ability to apply personal opinion, the length of the process, high emphasis on seniority, weakness in information and lack of implementation.
    Conclusion
    The most important solutions identified for improving the design are: having a professionalism approach to teachers, paying attention to improving teachers' livelihoods, teamwork and continuous evaluation, holistic approach, and bureaucracy reduction.

    Purpose
    The purpose of this study was to develop a self-awareness education package based on the logo-therapy approach in order to improve the self-control of adolescent girls.
    Methodology
    The method of this study was a combined method. The statistical population of the study was all theologians and professors in the field of the domain of logo-therapy. Sample size was determined by referring to the saturation rule of 15 people who were selected purposefully. In order to achieve the goal of research, the establishment of the general headings of the package, the conversion of general headings to more precise titles, establishment of the purpose for each heading, the compilation of the content necessary to achieve the purposes, qualitative and quantitative review of the package to the opinion of the experts, were done.
    Findings
    The results of the content validity analysis of the package, according to the experts, showed that CVR = 0.73 and CVI = 0.83, both of them were in the optimum level and the content validity of the package was confirmed. Also, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for determining the internal consistency of experts in the component of self-communication was 0.73, in the component of communication with the others was 0.77 and for the component of communication with the universe was 0.79.
    Conclusion
    According to the findings of the study, it is suggested that psychotherapists use the self-awareness training package (based on the logo-therapy approach) in order to correct attitudes to strengthen self-control in adolescent girls.

    Purpose
    This research was done to study the status of spiritual leadership dimensions, resilience, and organizational excellence and prioritize these dimensions from the viewpoints of faculty members in Islamic Azad University of Khorasan Razavi.
    Methodology
    The research is an applied one in terms of the purpose and reference type in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population consisted of 1200 faculty members in Islamic Azad University of Khorasan Razavi. 291 ones were selected as stratified random sampling method using the Kerjeci and Morgan formula. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content validity. Also, regarding the prioritization of the dimensions of the variables, the difference among the ranks is significant, so that in the case of spiritual leadership, faith aspect has the highest rank and then there are aspects of perspective, meaningfulness, performance feedback, membership, and love for friendship.
    Findings
    In the case of resilience, the aspect of positive acceptance of change and the secure relationships have the highest rank and then, respectively, there are aspects of the dimensions of the perception of individual competence, control, trust in individual instincts, and spiritual influences.
    Discussion
    In the case of organizational excellence, the leadership dimension has the highest rank, followed by the dimensions of customer outcomes, community results, policy and strategy, key performance outcomes, processes, employees, results of employees and business partners.

    Purpose
    In this qualitative study, identifying the antecedents and the consequences of Motor skills training in University of Applied Sciences was studied..
    Methodology
    Using the qualitative content analysis method, a structured interview was conducted by professors, experts, and students at the Applied Scientific University through a targeted way. Fifteen papers and three books were reviewed in this regard and analyzes continued to saturation. The registration unit was considered as content in this research. At the end of the inductive content analysis, and with continuous comparison of the obtained codes, 6 categories and 10 sub-categories were emerged. The data analysis method was the inductive content analysis with coding at three of open, axial, and selective levels.
    Findings
    The results indicated that the most important achievements in the training of motor skills in students were: interventional conditions, pivotal phenomena, underlying conditions, causative conditions, strategies and outcomes, and the most important consequences included Student characteristics, methods and principles for training motor skills, infrastructures, The characteristics of trainers, actions and interactions and outcomes.
    Conclusion
    The obtained result from this study can be the guide for the practice of masters and motor skills training designers in college students through formal education courses and, finally, the improvement of motor skills training in these environments.

    Purpose
    This study aimed to investigate the pattern design and validation of the organizational effectiveness of Islamic Azad University in Tehran province.
    Methodology
    The research method was applied and qualitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of the experts in the field of educational management and higher education management. 30 individuals were selected as the sample size using the purposeful sampling and saturation principle methods. In this study, the Interview with the experts was valid & Reliable.
    Findings
    The content analysis method (open, axial, and selective coding) was used to analyze the research data. The findings indicated that the components of organizational effectiveness in Islamic Azad universities of Tehran province include organizational commitment, organizational health, organizational innovation, and job satisfaction. According to the identified components, a model was presented with a proper fit.
    Conclusion
    Human resource strategies should be bound to the organization's overall strategy and get to the point fruition.

    Purpose
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the ethical leadership with organizational citizenship behavior and the school principals’ performance (Case study: elementary schools in Tehran) in the academic year of 2017-2018.
    Methodology
    The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of the data collection. The population consisted of all 1353 elementary school principals in Tehran; 298 people (159 female principals and 139 male principals), were used as sample size using Morgan table and a stratified random sampling. The method of data collection was based on three questionnaires: Ethical Leadership Standard Questionnaire by De Hoogh & Den Hartog (2008), Organizational Citizenship Behavior Standard Questionnaire by Podsakoff et al. (1990), and Principals’ Performance Questionnaire by Patterson (1992; translated by Shekarshekan & Arshadi, 2007). The reliability of this questionnaire was calculated more than 0.7 using Cronbach's alpha method for all dimensions of the questionnaire, which indicates the reliability of the research instrument. Content validity and construct validity were used to calculate the validity. The results indicated the validity of the research instrument. The data analysis was performed using SPSS-22 software in a significant level of 0.05 and in two descriptive and inferential parts (Pearson correlation coefficient test and single-variable and multiple-variable regression analysis).
    Findings
    The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between ethical leadership with the organizational citizenship behavior and principals’ performance; in other words, the principals’ performance increased with the increase of organizational citizenship behavior; also, the principals’ performance increased with the increase of ethical leadership.
    Conclusion
    The predictive components of "fairness", "transparency of role" and "power sharing" have the potential to predict the organizational citizenship behavior and the principals’ performance.
