    Purpose
    This research aims to investigate the Application of Cybernetic Model Indices in the Colleges’ Management at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences.
    Methodology
    This study is practical and used a survey method. The study population was included employees with university degrees and high school diploma employees with more than 10 years of work experience.The whole societies were almost 200 members, from which 100 members were selected by means of random sampling. A valid and standard questionnaire was used to collect the data related to the seven indices of the cybernetics model; namely, control, tight & loose coupling, interaction, decision making, hierarchy, leadership, and equilibrium. For analysis the data, the descriptive and inferential statistical methods by software SPSS version 22 are used.
    Findings: the results showed that dentistry and pharmacy colleges in all Cybernetic Model Indices were found to be higher than the intermediate level. Medicine college in hierarchy and tight & loose coupling; paramedical college in control, hierarchy and leadership; Health college in the hierarchy; nursing college in control and hierarchy were found to be higher than the intermediate level. And in the other components were intermediate level.
    Conclusion
    there are differences among the Colleges’ Management of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences based on cybernetics model.

    Purpose
    This study aimed to evaluate the performance of Kerman university librarians have been carried out by degrees.
    Methodology
    The present study was conducted using analytical survey method and degree feedback was used to evaluate the performance of the community. Information related to the evaluation of their performance was compiled by questionnaires that considered their assessor's selfassessment views, manager's evaluation and evaluation of colleagues and evaluation of library users. The research community of all librarians of Kerman University libraries. The data gathering tool was Faraj Pahloo et al. ( ), which consists of questionnaires to examine the person from the perspective of the head, colleague, referral and person.
    Findings: After evaluating the performance of the subjects and comparing the results from the viewpoint of the four evaluation groups, there was a significant difference between the views of the evaluated person and the head of view in the ethical index. There is no significant difference in the performance index between librarian's assessment from the viewpoint of different groups. In the process index, there is only a significant difference between the evaluated point and the point of view.
    Conclusion
    The results of this study showed that in order to obtain more accurate results, one could establish a common language among their assessors and evaluators in terms of their indices and their terms, so that prior to any assessment, On how to evaluate others and rating evaluators so that people are more careful in evaluating their colleagues or other groups and ultimately improving the credibility of the evaluations.

    Purpose
    The main purpose this study is to investigate the effect knowledg management strategies (codification & personalization strategies) on organizational performance through role of mediator orgazniational innovation.
    Methodology
    Statistical population of this study is of emplooyes departments of national company of south oil areas, that with using table krejcie and Morgan and sampling method random, were chosen. In total, questionnaires distribute and number questionnaires were collected from the respondents. In order to measure the research variables was used of three standard questionnaires, knowledge management from Nicolas and cardan, organizational innovation from Garcia Morales et al, and organizational performance from Hsu. Data analysis on two levels: Descriptive and inferential statistics with using statistical software spss and lisrrl was done.
    Finding: Research findings show that knowledg management strategies (codification & personalization strategies) have positive and significant effect on innovation and organizational performance. Organizational innovation has positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Also organizational innovation mediates effect of knowledg management strategies on organizational performance.

    Purpose
    Nowadays, the digital libraries’ web sites act as new communication bridge between libraries and users. This study aimed to assess the structure and content of the Payame Noor University’s digital library website and determine its strengths and weaknesses in comparison with the digital libraries of the top universities in Iran.
    Methodology
    The research method is content analysis. Data gathering tool is a researcher-made checklist that contains structural and content features available in digital libraries. It was developed through studying texts and seeking experts’ viewpoint. The study population includes digital library websites of top universities in Iran. Bibliometric methodology and social network analysis are used as the research methods. The research population comprises records in the field of Rural Geography during - , which have been retrieved from Web of Science.
    Findings: Results showed that based on structural and content features, the digital library of Payame Noor University is not in a relatively good situation; it allocated a total of points in comparison with other universities’ digital libraries is located at a low rank.
    Conclusions
    According to the findings of this study, it seems that the designers of Payame Noor University’s digital library have not sufficiently paid attention to the capabilities and needs of users as well as the basic principles of user interface design. Finally, the need to redesign the user interface of Pyame Noor University’s digital library is obvious.

    Purpose
    Because according to emotional intelligence and creativity play an important role in education, it is involved in the educational system according to the nurturing and development of creativity in the mind. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity is based on personality traits.
    Methodology
    The research is descriptive and correlational study population consisted of all high schools in the region Third in Tehran who were selected by random sampling of Person. The data Schutte EI scale test (ELS), Creativity Test (CREE) and test measuring personality (FFM) is. For data analysis descriptive statistics, regression and Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results show that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity. The Features personality, extraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness and emotional intelligence were correlated. The regression results indicate that the variable duty is the greatest impact on emotional intelligence.
    Findings: The results of this study showed that in the first hypothesis of social consciousness by a factor beta ( ) and the second hypothesis extroversion factor beta ( ) have the greatest impact on creativity. The third hypothesis self-control by a factor beta ( ) among the components of emotional intelligence on personality characteristics have the greatest impact.
    Conclusion
    The findings show that emotional intelligence, creativity and personality dimensions Tehran University students, there is a significant relationship. Also there was a significant relationship between personality and creativity.

    Purpose
    the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the process and infrastructure variables knowledge management system with organizational innovation variables that representative entrepreneurship of organization. So that the effectiveness of knowledge management is determined to organizational entrepreneurship.
    Methodology
    In order to collect Data for the study, questionnaires is used. The questionnaire has items, three variables for the process aspect of knowledge management systems and variables for the infrastructure aspect and next three variables for organizational innovation. By using Cronbach's alpha internal reliability of the questionnaire of the variables were calculated . In order to test the hypothesis, and data analysis SPSS software and Spearman analysis was used.
    Findings: The results show the Level of knowledge management system components are lower than average. The relation between factors indicate a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation. In addition the knowledge management have a significant impact on production, evaluation and exploitation of ideas. Also the research conceptual model shows, strengthening the interaction of knowledge management and organizational innovation can boost entrepreneurship in the Institute and admitted to improve entrepreneurial culture in the organization to provide it.

    Purpose
    This research aims to investigate the information resources, needed tools and technologies to the special users with certain conditions in the public libraries attached to Artistic- Ccultural Oorganization of Tehran Mmunicipality.
    Methodology
    This study is an analytical survey. Statistical community consists of librarians of libraries that among them librarians were selected as sample, but questionnaires were distributed. Questionnaire reliability coefficient was.
    Findings: Correlation coefficient of Spearman test obtained between the special services in the library and information resources and technology - tools to provide services for new literates was , for the disabled , for old man and old woman , for children and adolescents . . It means that the services for new literates is lower than the other services.
    Conclusion
    Between information resources and technology, tools and special services in the public Libraries of Tehran Municipality there are positive relationship in the level of . This means that if the amount of information resources and using technology and tools would be higher, the amount of special services would be increased.

    Purpose
    The goal of performance evaluation is one of the most important strategic processes that measures the extent to which each organization,s goals and programs are realized and is one of the effective ways in which it can be used to evaluate the performance of the swot matiix payment.
    Methodology
    This applied research is a descriptive study. The statical population includes users of librarians and library, librarians of payame noor in Qom province. In this study, three questionnaires have been used for managers and librarias.
    Findings: Descriptive statistice were used to describe each of the variables used in the library,s research and function from the point of view of librarians and managers as well as the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of libraries from the disappearance of the strategy swot usage and evaluation table were analyzed.
    Results
    In general study managers believe that the libraries of this university are largly . The library users of the payame noor university of Qom are largely statisfied with the services offered. But general,users are less satisfied the performance of libraries% . The most important reason for users dissatisfaction with library libraries at Payame Noor University of Qom is the lack of proper librarianship. The result s of the study of the use of information technology in libraries of Payame Noorv University of Qom showed that the yse of information technology in this library is largely%68.
