Today, observance of "citizenship rights" is considered as one of the measures of the people's rule and also the effectiveness of political systems. In the past, such a notion of rights was not available to all citizens of a state. In fact, there were limited rights for some groups in some societies. In the history of political thought, various interpretations of the notion of citizenship have taken place, insofar as the concept of virtue-based and participatory ethics has evolved into a law-based and law-based conception. Citizenship is one of the key concepts in the history of Western political thought, which has been based on a variety of intellectual traditions, reflecting different political and social backgrounds since ancient times. The present paper responds to the question of how membership in a political community has become a criterion for enjoying certain rights under citizenship rights? Utilizing "conceptual history" as a method in the history of political thought, it reinforces the claim that the transformation of the concept of right has implications for political thought, one of which is the emergence of equitable citizenship rights.

In the current context of globalization, in which various titles impose their presence on the cultures and identities of the nations, identities, however strong they are, become fragile. In this descriptive-analytical method and library research method, we seek to answer the main question which features of Islamic identity of Iranians in the face of globalization process. In the hypothesis, we have pointed out that Iranian multidimensional identity, including ancient Iran, Islamic-Shiite and modern identity, has undergone tremendous changes in the process of globalization and faces numerous challenges and opportunities. In the meantime, the Islamic identity of Iranians after the Islamic Revolution has gained particular prominence in the form of the predominant ideological and scholarly discourse of Islamism and Shi'aism, which, in the process of globalization, must prepare itself to face it and rely on rich cultural heritage in addition to By preserving its identity, using the tools derived from global culture, it seeks to globalize it, and, with the importance of all aspects of its identity in the twenty-first century, the need for all of its diverse dimensions is felt. And Islamic identity of Iranians must be reconciled with the process of globalization and the rapid development of the present century in order to meet the needs of the new generation of Iranian people.

This is a comparative view of the role of political culture in the difficulty of consolidating democracy in South Korea and Iran. More than three decades have passed since the Republic of South Korea and the Islamic Republic of Iran have entered a transition to democracy. But in both countries, the institutionalization of democracy and its consolidation face a variety of difficulties. One of the important reasons analysts point out for this problem are barriers to the values and perspectives of traditional traditional culture among the citizens and political elites of the two countries. The question that has been considered in this article is how can the elements related to cultural beliefs and attitudes affect the path of consolidation of democracy in the two countries of South Korea and Iran? The hypothesis that has been studied in relation to this question is that there is a significant relationship between the past beliefs and attitudes of the two countries of South Korea and Iran, and the difficulties of establishing and developing the morale and democratic behavior among the people and political elites of the two countries. It can be seen that a correlation between cultural variables and inconsistent behavior with the standards of democracy in these two countries can be observed.

Owing to changes and developments happened globally in the late 20th century and changes in policy-makings, technologies and disintegration of Marxism made, the Islamic Movements experienced changes and developments too. Some Islamic movements of the past underwent changes in areas like mechanisms, behavioral methods and models or there emerged modern movements in the world that are called neo-fundamentalism and Salafi movements. In the meantime, the genuine Islamic movements which were resuscitated in challenging western anti-values and modernism and in contrast, the Takfiri and Salafi movements which are burgeoning in modern times aggravate Islam-o-phobia and anti-Islamism and consciously present a grim-like and unreal image of the conspicuous religion of Islam and Muslims should be distinguished. Rise and emergence of terrorist and Salafist movements in the Mideast in organic overlapping with vast and powerful circuits has mobilized all of its ideological capacities for controlling and weakening the ideological and geological situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Increasing intervention and operations of Salafi jihadists in the region reveals identity theories and their approaches to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
