    Introduction
    Quality of life is an important issue in chronic diseases, especially in cancer. Considering the religion in quality of life is important. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the role of religious coping in predicting the quality of life dimensions in patients with breast cancer.
    Methods
    The study was a descriptive- correlation. The study population was the patients with breast cancer referred to the referral medical center of Kerman city in 2015. The sample included 121 patients who were selected by available sampling method. The variables were measured using the religious coping questionnaire and the quality of life questionnaire for breast cancer patients. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and Step-Wise Regression Test.
    Results
    The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between functional dimension with religious activities, benevolent assessment, and active religious activities. The symptoms dimension had an inverse and significant relationship with religious activities. There was also a positive and significant relationship between the general health dimension with religious activities, benevolent assessments and active religious activities. The regression analysis indicated that benevolent assessment was a predictor for functional dimension (Beta=0.26). ReIigious activities were an inverse predictor for symptoms dimension (Beta= - 0. 1 8), and active religious activities were a predictor for general health quality of life (Beta=0.31).
    Conclusion
    The dimensions of positive religious coping including religious activities, benevolent assessment, active religious activities can improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer in functional, symptoms and general health dimension.

    Introduction
    Surgery and anesthesia are the common practice for anesthetist on the one hand and very worrying for the patient and his family on the other. This fear can have potentially dangerous consequences. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the awareness and fear of patients and their companions towards anesthesia.
    Methods
    The present study employed a descriptive-analytic design. The instrument was a questionnaire with 38 items consisting of 20 items for fear of anesthesia, 13 items for awareness of anesthesia, and 3 items for the role of anesthesia personnel. The research population included patients undergoing surgery and their companions. The sample population was selected using non-random sampling. Data was analyzed using SPSS software version 16.
    Results
    In this study, 328 patients and 325 patients' companions (n = 653) were enrolled. The mean score of fear of anesthesia for patients and their companions was 77.56 ± 20.15 and 82.56 ± 20.51, respectively. The mean score of anesthesia awareness for patients and their companions was 6.27 ± 2.33, 33.6 ± 2.86, respectively. No significant correlation was found between fear and anesthesia awareness among patients.
    Conclusion
    The results of the study showed that patients and their companions had a relatively high degree of fear towards anesthesia and did not have enough awareness about anesthesia and its related factors. Therefore, it seems that provision of educational and anesthetic counseling before surgery can be very helpful in order to improve the conditions.

    Introduction
    Premenstrual syndrome as a periodic event that social adjustment and interpersonal relationships can be difficult. Regarding the prevalence of premenstrual syndrome and the harmful effect of severity of symptoms on marital satisfaction, The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between severity of symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and marital satisfaction among couples in Kerman city in 2016.
    Methods
    This cross-sectional study that randomized 240 young couples who referred to health centers in Kerman were selected in the second 6 months of 2016. The instrument used a standard questionnaire screening premenstrual symptoms, a standard questionnaire Index Of Marital Satisfaction for the satisfaction of couples. The investigators have assured that all information obtained will remain confidential Data were analyzed by SPSS 20 software using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation coefficient and frequency distribution tables.
    Results
    The mean age of men and women respectively was equal to 35.5 ± 8.2 to 32.4 ± 7.6 . The mean and standard deviation of marital satisfaction score of women and men were (114.97 ± 23.27) and (125.25 ± 26.17 ) respectively There was a significant relationship between the satisfaction of men and women in relation to premenstrual syndrome (p=0/001).Pearson correlation showed an inverse relationship between the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and couples' satisfaction. (r=-0.138 , P=0.002)..
    Conclusion
    With increasing severity of premenstrual syndrome in women, marital satisfaction decreases among couples.. so it is recommendate that women and men receive the necessary knowledge about to control the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

    Introduction
    Sexual satisfaction is an important indicator of sexual health and is strongly associated with satisfaction of interpersonal relationships. Self-awareness refers to pay attention to the thoughts, feelings, and it is the introduction of interpersonal relationships. Due to this relationship,a study was conducted to determine the impact of individual counseling based on self-awareness skills on sexual satisfaction in women of reproductive age of Gorgan, Iran.
    Methods
    An interventional study was conducted as a field trial on 76 women of reproductive age referred to Gorgan health centers in the fall of 1395. The samples were availablility selected and randomly divided into intervention and control groups. In the first step, the Hudson Sexual Satisfaction Persian Questionnaire were completed by all women. Then,the women in the intervention group were consulted with six sessions of individual counseling based on self-awareness skills intervention. One month after counseling, both post-tests were performed in both groups. Variables with T-student and Mann - Whitney using SPSS 16 software were analyzed.
    Results
    There was no statistically significant difference between mean score of sexual satisfaction before intervention between two controls (103.21 ± 10.15) and intervention groups (102.36 ± 10.00). But, there was a statistically significant difference between mean score of sexual satisfaction after intervention; 103.39 ± 10.04 for the control group and 112.1 ± 7.97 for the intervention group (P-Value<0.0001).
    Conclusion
    The results show that to increase sexual satisfaction promoting the awareness about sexual issues is not the only solution, but also promoting the self-awareness skills via recognizing their positive and negative characteristics is necessary. Hence, healthcare providers can use individual counseling based on self-awareness skills to increase sexual satisfaction.

    Background
    Adolescence is a very troublesome period involving many physical, sexual and psychological changes. Therefore, researchers naintain that adolescents need to make a good relationship with their parents and particually their mothers to adapt to the changes at this age and be compatible with them. Hence, this study aimed to determine the mothers and their teenage daughters'perspectives on the relationship between them.
    Methods
    This cross-sectional study was conducted on 168 mothers and 13-15 year-old daughters who were provided with health services by health centers in Gorgan. The samples were selected randomly and had the inclusion criteria. Data were collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire of "general discussion between mother and daughter" . Data were also analyzed using Chi-square and independent t-test at a significant level of 0.05 by SPSS 16.
    Results
    The mean score of general conversation between mother and daughter was 55.95 (74-38) from the mothers’ perspective, and 52.30 (76-25) from the daughters' viewpoint. The difference between the two perspectives was significant (p-value<0.001). In addition, no significant difference was observed between the mothers and daughters’ perspectives on the number of communications with daughters, the feeling of closness to parents, and the responsibility to educate them.
    Conclusion
    The difference in the scores assigned to the general discussion between mother and daughter of their perspectives indicates the need for interventions aiming at increasing their communication skills to maintain and improve the girls’ health.

    Background and objectives
    According to the current situation, entrepreneurship and innovation are essential for organizations seeking to survive and work. So Presentation of the Structural Model of Psychological Characteristics of Nurses' Entrepreneurship Based on the Power Resources of Managers and the Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction at Miandoab city hospitals.
    Methods
    this correlation study was conducted through a survey. The statistical population of this study included all nurses of Fateme Hospital and Abbasi Miandoab Hospital in 2017. A statistical sample of Cochran formula was selected from 152 nurses by stratified random sampling from the statistical population. Data were collected by Hinkin and shriykhm questionnaire(1989) and questionnaires measuring psychological characteristics were entrepreneurial nurses, Whose validity and reliability were confirmed by relevant tests. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling based on partial Maximum squares was used.
    Results
    The results showed that power resources of managers has a positive and negative effects on nurses entrepreneurship() and a positive influence on job satisfaction of nurses) It also was found that job satisfaction effects positively on nurses entrepreneurship). Therefore, according to the findings, the role of mediating job satisfaction on the relationship between managers' power and entrepreneurship characteristics of nurses was confirmed.
    Conclusion
    According to the results, Hospital managers can by used from the findings of this study, use of power resources and increase job satisfaction among nurses has caused and strengthen entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial spirit of its nurses And consequently guarantee the success and prosperity of the organization.

    Background and objectives
    Pieces of food or other material maybe accidentally ingested and entrapped in the alimentary tract. In rare cases, this material may be ingested by the patient purposely, and leads to some problems. In addition to ingestion of foreign body, they may perform some unusual behavior such as the insertion of wire into the bladder.
    Methods
    The patient is a 37-year-old man that referred to hospital with dysphasia and odynophagia following the ingestion of a big peach nucleus. After diagnostic interventions, he was investigated by Esophagoscopy. After that, he said that he ingested a big nail cutter. X-Ray examination showed that this nail cutter was in stool.
    Results
    Immediately he said that he chewed a Fluor cent lump and ingested some of it. In the past, he inserted an electrical wire to the bladder by himself after sometimes it is extracted frame the bladder by urologist. Finally, the patient referred to psychiatric ward for continuing the treatment.
    Conclusion
    When patient ingest foreign body unduly, evaluation of psychologic dimensions is mandatory, and for the treatment team a psychiatrist is necessary.
