    In this paper, stabilization of the structural system against earthquake is presented. Because the conventional PD controller is popular and simple in design, our controller is based on PD controller. The main problem of such a controller is its inability to produce desired response and instability against variations in the properties of the structural system. To obviate this issue, the neural network is implemented to tune the gains of the PD controller. Not only the stability of the closed loop system in the presence of structural uncertainty is warranted but also the closed loop system has a more suitable response when it is compared with fixed gains PD controller. The simulation results show the outperformance of the closed loop system.

    To improve the primary frequency response in future low-inertia hybrid power system a fuzzylogic based frequency controller (FFC) for wind farms augmented with energy storage systems(wind-storage system) and intelligent PV farms for the frequency stabilization is proposed inthis paper. Using system frequency deviations the proposed controller provides bidirectionalreal power injection and rate of change of frequency (RoCoF). Displacement of conventionalsynchronous generators by non-inertial units such as wind or solar generators will result inreduced-system inertia affecting under-frequency response. Frequency control is important toavoid equipment damage, load shedding, and possible blackouts. To improve the frequencyresponse of low-inertia power system Wind generators along with energy storage systems canbe used. Moreover, FFC ensures optimal use of energy from wind farms and storage units byeliminating the inflexible de-loading of wind energy and minimizing the required storagecapacity. The efficacy of the proposed FFC is verified by using the simulation results on thelow-inertia hybrid power system.

    The main risks of arising from the using fossil fuels can be referred to environmental pollution, the effects of greenhouse gases, climate change and acid rain. For this reason, efficient use of energy in economic development has always been considered as an important goal of sustainable development. In this study, the effects of time-varying electricity prices in the energy storage components performance is examined for a HRES in network by settings FLC based on optimization. The modeling results indicate that the performance of energy storage devices on the network HRES strongly affected by the price of the electricity grid as well as applying the capacity of the FLC is essential for this kind of data. Optimized FLC results have shown better performance compared to non-optimized counterpart have with applied settings for both daily and weekly operating period. The findings of this study indicate that the FLC optimize is better when is used on the HRES network according to the forecast periods shorter, in other words, prediction short-term results will conducive to the best performance on more accurate prediction of the data and settings of FLC for more than one day

    Today, with the advancement of technology, the use of tools for extracting information from video are much wider in terms of both visual power and the processing power. High-speed car, perfect detection accuracy, business diversity in the fields of medical, home appliances, smart cars, humanoid robots, military systems and the commercialization makes these systems cost effective. Among the most widely used image processing tools are detection systems and investigate the faces of people. Change the brightness is one of the challenges in face recognition under complex lighting conditions. There are multiple various methods for removing lighting changes. In this study, it is used of the methods, the non-local means, non-local adaptive means; Retinex single comparative scale and the PCA method input data was provided by using calculated Eigen-face and finally, the face Detection was conducted using the PCA. It should be noted that the used image bases include Extended Yale B and CMU PIE database, which contains a variety of images along with the different lighting intensities and angles. The obtained results show the proposed method that the maximum recognition achieved in a space of 360 dimensional PCA is about 97.5 percent, and detection speed is equal to 2.55 milliseconds that is very impressive compared to the high volume of used database.

    Location Based Services (LBS) has become an important field of research with the rapid development of Internet-based Information Technology (IOT) technology and everywhere we use smartphones and social networks in our everyday lives. Although users can enjoy the flexibility, facility, facility and location-based services (LBS) with the Internet of Things, they may lose their privacy. An untrusted and malicious LBS server can track all user information by using different methods or publish personal information to a third person.In this study, we have algorithm (DLS) to select the currently constructed location, which is an efficient preservation privacy approach, as well as the DLP's privacy policy, which is used to protect the privacy of the user's location, taking into account both We analyze the computational costs and different requirements of the privacy of the various users, and further enhance the privacy level by optimizing the DLP algorithm, which continues with extensive simulations that have been performed, the privacy level And the timing of the algorithms are compared and analyzed and the simulation results indicate that the privacy level Our optimized algorithm (ODLP) has increased

    Local binary pattern (LBP) operators, which measure the local contrast within a pixel's neighborhood, successfully applied to texture analysis, visual inspection, and image retrieval. In this paper, we recommend a semi blind and informed watermarking approach. The watermark has been built from the original image using Weber Law. The approach aims is to present a high robustness and imperceptibility with perfectly tamper detection zone. In this article, innovative image has been divided into blocks and the main pixel is chosen for watermark insertion, where the embedding/extraction operate in the spatial domain. Based on the experimental results, the imperceptibility and robustness of our watermarking approach are proven and showing perfectly the detection of the image.
