    Due to people's searching for a unique new destination to pass their holidays and release for a while, the province of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari in Iran is one of the top touristic destinations in which a combination of huge natural beauty and rich history due to the nomadic lifestyle has made this province as a potential region for eco-tourism development. In this study based on the current situation of the area, four scenarios' development has been provided for the future development of ecotourism market in this region. These scenarios have been provided based on 22 indepth interviews with main stakeholders of ecotourism market of the region. International resort, nomadic resort, eco-cultural resort and exclusive resort are four different future scenarios for the region as a result of the research. Each has separate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Consequently, it has been discussed that a combination of all four scenarios and using the best future action plans of all the scenarios will be a suitable plan for the eco-tourism sustainable development of this province in future.

    Tourists are considered as foreigners from the perspective of law and in all legal systems rights and responsibilities are considered for them. In countries where almost all finical sources are produced from tourism industry, bilateral rules are considered for tourists and touristy places, in a way that the existence of this body of rules can be considered as the reason for the development of tourism industry. Under the influence of this experience, it is presumed that tourists' entrance to any country is considerably related with the rules and regulations which support their rights. So, coding rules and regulations for supporting tourists and creating security for them seems necessary. The purpose of the present article is investigating the case of causing disturbance for tourists in touristy places in Iran's penal system. In other words, the main question of the present article is how is this case dealt with in the penal system of Iran? The results of the present article have shown that in Iran's penal system the case of causing disturbance for tourists is adequately attended. Article 22 of the constitution states that: dignity, life, property, rights, house and jobs of the people shall be secured from any violation but the cases which are excepted by law. The concept of people includes both domestic and foreign people and the importance of securing and supporting their life, property and house is taken to consideration and also is their security. Except the constitution, the passport law approved in Esphand 51, the law of foreigners' entrance and residence approved in 1336 and amendment and affixation of a few articles and notes to the laws approved in 1350 and civil procedure about giving political, serving or ordinary and passing permission issued by the disciplinary forces and the ministry of foreign affairs have taken the case in to consideration. Based on the present introduction, the present article through implementing library sources and scientific and experimental articles aims at defining and analyzing the case of causing disturbance for tourists in tourist places in Iran's penal system.

    Any activity in cities requires revenue and save costs, as a result prerequisite of having a stable income and resources Versatile and balancing expenditures and sources of income. At present, about 80 percent of municipal revenues related to the construction of the source of the problem now Encountered in these conditions should be able to cart our income from foreign products from a single variety of ways to make a stable income. In the city we do not have to worry. In the present study, we tried that, referring to the mayor Ivan sources of income and expenses between the years 2010 to 2014 to express solutions to increase municipalities stable income research in this cross-sectional study based on the figures and detailed plan of the city mayor Ivan with karbas bana Consulting Engineers.

    Nowadays, second house tourism is considered as a new phenomenon which can help rural development process through structural, economical, social and cultural renovation of rural residential. Studies have shown that in Iran, second house tourism mostly includes rural areas which have pleasant climate and natural and attractive sights around cosmopolitan and big cities. A part of the present study's significance is related to the village which is one of the villages of dry and less populated areas in Iran located specifically in south-eastern high altitude mountainous region of Behabad in Yazd province. Present study aims to identify and analyze the consequences of second house expansion in rebuilding Foudije village through applying the present sources. Based on the practical aim of the study and data collection, the research method of the present study is descriptiveanalytical. Library research and document revision were also applied to produce the theoretical framework and another part of the required data of the study. Moreover, questionnaire, interview and observation were used as research instruments in field study part. The findings of the study have shown that major part of second house construction has happened during the past decade and the owners of the second houses are mainly from Behabad who belong to employee or mid-city dweller levels of society. The findings of the study are summarized as: investment development, population return to the village, physical development and renewal of the streets, infrastructural development, green sights development, environmental improvement of the village. Which in turn, have caused optimal development and renewal of the village through various investment improvement.

    Tourism is the driving force behind economic development. This industry is the most incredible and widespread service industry in the world in terms of economic, social, cultural and political affairs. The garden of Qazvin city from the historic cities and a hundered years old Iranian capital of the Safavid era as the center of the province with unique monuments (works of the Sassanid to Pahlavi periods), the cultural (calligraphic capital of Iran) and natural (Alamut area with geotouristic capabilities) Is a beautiful and tourism city in our country. The aim of this research is to evaluate the tourism sites of Qazvin city using urban tourism criteria for introducing tourism markets. The research methodology is a descriptive-analytical type that, after the preliminary studies of thirteen sites based on selected criteria, is selected through eleven tourism criteria, including distance from communication routes, hotels, urban squares, community spaces, terminals, number of tourists, The variety of attractions, the level of attractiveness, the level of advertising and services, the number of points of view and the difference of vision, was evaluated. These criteria were weighed through the AHP hierarchy method and, in combination with the information of each site, for each criterion, was determined by the Copras decision method and the final value of each site. The results of the research showed that the sites, the Chehelsotun Museum Palace, Saad al-Saltanah Palace, Head on top of the Qapo, Atiq Jamaat Mosque are the best and most prestigious sites in the planning process.

    Today, tourism is one of the most dynamic activities in the socio-economic change in the area of the world that has increasingly become important. Because Information technology, cultural, political, social and economic infrastructures that create in the twenty-first century, tourism is an inevitable phenomenon of human behavior and action which would satisfy his curiosity spirit. Tourism as one of the sources of income and job creation at the local level which could be a strategy for economic development and in other economic sectors, especially at a time when profits are falling attractive alternative for them and a strategy for development. Sari city is one of the oldest cities in northern of Iran, which in addition to historically valuable and lively nature has perfect texture. Because of underdevelopment in recent years, the central part of the city that features one of traditional cities is included in decline. The subject matter in present study is evaluating the potential of city tourism in sustainable development. From the perspective of a problem, an imbalance in space could be expressed toward intervention in Space. In this article, we describe the precise definition of sustainable development and its role in the sustainable development of tourism in the Sari city and in addition to introducing and identifying the capabilities of the Sari city, the impacts of tourism development on urban development should be considered. In this view, the development of tourism by using existing resources in such a way that we respond to the needs of economic, social, cultural and legal norms and expectations of tourists to the unity of integrity, cultural identity, environmental health, economic balance and welfare of the people. To achieve this goal, we must promote local development and improve the quality of life of host; we should promote cultural, local and historical features and coordination between mutual needs of tourists and residents.
