    This paper provides a review of OTC and P&O MPPT controllers used for extracting maximum power from the wind energy systems using permanent magnet synchronous generators. Hence, the output power of wind energy system varies continually as wind speed changes, it is desirable to determine the one optimal generator speed that ensures maximum energy yield. Thus, it is important to include a controller that can track the maximum peak regardless of wind speed. After explaining the basic concepts of OTC and P&O algorithms by implementing the algorithms on MATLAB -SIMULINK platform, a comparison has been made between the performance of these two MPPT algorithms on the basis of speed responses and ability to achieve the maximum energy. The priority of OTC algorithm is validated through analyzing simulation results</em>

    In this article, new techniques and technologies have been tried and tested in the installation and commissioning of Roller Home industrial robots, in order to produce a Tiba car with a focus on cost reduction. Due to the fact that press equipment for automobile parts requires a lot of expenses, it was decided to use robots with the same function of roller to reduce costs and increase the quality and increase the product variety. The Hamming roller robot can flexure the single-layer and multi-layer sheets, according to its structure and advantages, and then with a suitable and variable pressure at any point. To reduce the cost using the Devicenet network of Hamming roller robots in The production of the TB vehicle as a carrier carrier has also been used, which has reduced the cable, connectible equipment and carrier robots.</em>

    VANETs, as a subset of the MANETs, have progressed remarkably in recent years. These networks have an important role in improving traffic, road safety and driver service. In vehicle Networks, vehicle can Communication by vehicle-to-vehicle communication. Since there are fewer vehicles in the environment, there is no vehicle-to-vehicle connection in some areas. Therefore, they use Road Side Units (RSUs) alongside vehicles to send and receive information. Roadside equipment, in addition to information dissemination, has a significant impact on communication, routing and transmission with minimal delay. The efficiency of a VANETs dramatically depends on the density, position and coverage of these units. Because of the high cost of installing and maintaining roadside units, there is no way to cover the entire environment, so we need to install them in places that will save costs and reduce the time needed to transfer information, in addition to reducing costs. The purpose of this paper is to target the minimum number of roadside units in the urban area, so that messages can be transmitted to the roadside units within the range of delayed emissions. In this research, a delay analysis is presented in urban environments, and based on this analysis, the RSU Optimization Placement problem is solved with greedy algorithm and imperialist competitive algorithm. Simulation results show that this roadside installation pattern has improved network performance and reduced cost

    In this paper, a new antenna is presented which has an application in cellular telecommunication systems. The designed antenna works at the frequency range of 1900-2600 MHz which is able to cover 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) services of the cellular telecommunication. In this paper, the micro-strip structure has been used to design the antenna. The shape of the patches is triangular where a peripheral ring has been employed around the patches. A number of slots have been used over patch to increase the antenna efficiency. The obtained bandwidth for VSWR<2 is 56%. The antenna gain has been obtained within the frequency range of above 15 dB performance. The compressed dimensions, having two orthogonal polarization and simple antenna feed are considered as the advantages of the designed antenna.

    The license plate recognition system is part of the intelligent transportation system. In the intelligent transportation system, the vehicle image is used as the system input. The first step is to improve the image, after the edge detection, a series of morphological operations are performed to identify the plaque. The main purpose of this research was to increase the importance of plate recognition in unusual conditions, such as color change of the plaque, which is used to achieve this case-based reasoning adaptive power. The results showed that the proposed method has had an accuracy level of 84.5% plaque recognition and it was more accurate than the existing systems.</em>
