    the purpose of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of sport tourists with the quality oftourism facilities (sports, accommodation and recreation) in Tehran Azadi Sport Complex. Thestatistical population of the study was all the spectators who participated in the football matchbetween the two teams Esteghlal and Persepolis in 1397 in Tehran Azadi Sport Complex. Thestatistical sample of the study consisted of 250 individuals who were selected in a sportscomplex and responded to a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability wereconfirmed by simple random sampling. Pearson was used for data analysis. The results showedthat there is a positive and significant relationship between the research variables with the levelof sport tourists' satisfaction. Health and sport facilities had the highest score and publicfacilities had the lowest level of Ragh. It is recommended to increase the quality of public andamenities to increase the satisfaction of sports tourists.

    The purpose of this research is to clarify the importance of economic equilibrium of tourismcontracts and prove the importance and relevance of public order to economic equilibrium. Theschool of law and economics is one of the most important schools of law among applied lawsystem. The primary purpose of the economic equilibrium of tourism contracts is to provide andguarantee the interests of parties efficiently and this function should lead to socio-economicefficiently for the whole society. For this purpose, a superior power must be able to guaranteethe economic equilibrium of the tourism contracts and establish a strong executive guarantee toavoid disrupting contracts. In other words, protecting the economic equilibrium of tourismcontracts is the task of an institution called public order and lawyers and economists believe thatthe task of enforcing public order is one of the duties of the state.The results of this study showthat maintaining the economic equilibrium of a ground in order to achieve exchangeable justicein its true sense as well as the main goals of community contracts (contracts in society.) As aresult, it guarantees the effectiveness of the contract in the interest of social interest, and also,the economic equilibrium of the tourism contract must be consistent with socio-economic andlegal criteria and the lack of economic equilibrium will lead to inefficiency of the contract andone of the obvious effects not doing that will be ineffectiveness of the contract and terminationof the contract.

    Geotourism is a relatively new concept in tourism industry which has considerable growth inrecent decade. The variety of geological phenomena in Iran is unique and remarkable. RagehCanyon, near Rafsanjan city in Iran, with a length of 20 km and a width of 180 meters, and adepth of 70 meters, is beautiful and majestic. This Canyon is the result of the eroding of thewater of the permanent river of Givederi, and is related to the Quaternary, and is estimated to beabout 20, 000 years old. The erosion of the water in the region has caused a very beautiful shapein the walls of the Rageh Valley, which has added to the beauty of the area. The beauty anduniqueness of this valley has made some people consider the attractiveness of this region to theShahdad Clement plain in terms of tourism potential. Now the canyon is a place for the presenceof some observation tours of the sky, valley climbing and climbing. Rafsanjan is a pistachio polein Iran, which has a single-product economy. By identifying and introducing natural phenomenasuch as Rageh Canyon as geotourism attractions, this city can be extracted from the singleeconomy.So the tourism industry in the city booms.

    Sustainable Urban Tourism Management and Planning in today's world have becomeindisputable and undeniable. In this context, given this tourism, it is a phenomenon that is partlyand in part a denominator of the whole economic, political, social and cultural system of acountry. As a result, trying to flourish it requires management and system planning. The purposeof this paper is to examine the necessity of management and systematic planning of sustainabletourism in metropolitan areas of Iran. The main question of the article is that the managementand planning of sustainable tourism system in the metropolitan areas of Iran should have whatmodel and specifications? The hypothesis we are trying to analyze in this article is to answer themain question. The systematic planning of sustainable tourism in the metropolitan areas of Iranshould bring all the institutions of the sovereignty of the country, especially the securityinstitutions, in to a workable and sustainable cycle. The method of this paper is an analyticaldescriptive study in which it will try to study the subject of the research using scientific andresearch papers as well as scientific and research articles. The results of the article showthat Sustainable tourism management and planning in the metropolis of Iran is a complex andchallenging phenomenon that it requires government administration and planning at thelegislative and executive levels and regulatory levels.

    Nowadays, the tourism branding has such importance for governments that annually they spenda lot of financial resources to building the brands although their efforts don’t reach to thedesirable results. This study aims at evaluating the phantasm and branding of tourist destinationsin the South Khorasan Province in Iran. An applied qualitative methodology was used to carryout the data foundation analysis. 100 tourists, who had visited the South Khorasan Province,were interviewed. In the interviews, the identification and assessment of tourist phantasm weredetermined for each county and accordingly it was suggested to establish the requiredinfrastructure, and services according to tourists' view. The Results showed that phantasms suchas “agricultural products, desert hiking, higher education, astronomy and mineral resources” hada high priority in the building of tourist branding in the study area. Therefore, decision-makingand planning at macro level should define the Destination brand and at the micro level Provincetourism projects should be done in accordance with these brands and priorities.

    In world economic process, tourism plays a critical role and is deemed as a main element ofdevelopment. One of mostly-used types of tourism is the urban tourism as the beginning ofdevelopment of this industry, and attracts many tourists per year. This paper studies the urbantourism importance, then the role of urban tourism planning in metropolitan Tehran. The mainpurpose of this research is the analysis and recognition of position of tourism industry ineconomic growth and income resources of Tehran. The current research is practical in goal, anddescriptive- inferential in the research performance methodology, and the data was collectedusing the documentary and questionnaire method. Statistical population of this research includesTehran inhabitants among whom the researcher- organized questionnaire was distributed andcollected. Using Cochran Formula, 384 people was chosen as sample of statistical population,and data was analyzed and the statistical tests were used by applying SPSS software. The resultsindicated that planning for attraction of more tourists and increase of their duration can beeffective on economic development of Tehran. In this research, tourism industry includes twoimportant factors, infrastructures and advertisement, which shall be considered as main priorityand seriously pursued in Tehran tourism planning
