    Background and Objective

Covid-19 is a newly emerged viral pandemic with a wide variety of systemic and local manifestations, radiography is a main diagnostic tool in patients with covid-19, the aim of the following systematic review study is to evaluate the radiologic findings of patients with covid-19

    Methods

In this systematic review study, electronic search was conducted on MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of knowledge and SID. The erelevant data were extracted.

    Results

22 studies including 1108 patients with main age of 50.1 ± 16.2 were included. The ost common finding was ground glass opacification (31.2%) following by consolidation (28.4%) Right lobe involvement was much higher prevalent than left lobe (29% vs 12%) and lower lobe was much higher than upper lobes (33% vs 14%).

    Conclusion

Chest radiography is a high valuable tool in viral infection detection and according to high prevalence of radiological manifestations, it can be used effectively to encounter this disease.

Many questions pertaining to the neonates born to the mothers affected by Covid19 have arisen, particularly with regard to the likelihood of vertical transmission of the virus, the association between the intensity of disease in mothers and severity of neonatal morbidities. The present systematic review and meta-analysis attempted to deliver the responses to such uncertainties. For statistical analysis, the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software was employed. Overall, 16 studies including 1192 mothers with the average age of 31 years suffering definitive diagnosis of Covid-19 and delivered successfully were assessed with respect to their clinical manifestations as well as pregnancy and neonatal outcome. The median of birth weight was 3080 gr. The pooled cesarean rate was 48.3%. Respecting neonatal outcome, neonatal respiratory distress was overall revealed in 13.1% (95%CI: 10.6% to 16.0%) and in total, 20.1% (95%CI: 17.6% to 20.3%) required NICU admission. Overall, 3.8% (95%CI: 2.6% to 5.7%) of the neonates tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 infection, while no neonatal death was reported in all the studies. The rate of vertical transmission of SARS-CoV-2 infection from mother to neonate is very low and overall outcome reported in these infants is quite favorable. Thus, encouraging immediate bonding, rooming-in and breastfeeding should be considered for all neonates born to infected mothers.

Thiohydantoins and their derivatives have attracted enormous attention from researchers worldwide. They represent an important class of compounds within pharmaceutical chemistry and exist in various pharmacologically active molecules that possess significant bioactivities and involved in therapeutic drugs. Additionally, they serve as important intermediates in organic synthesis for the preparation of biologically active compounds. Many compounds from this class were chemically synthesised and tested as potential treatments for various diseases. Herein, this review focuses on the chemical properties, synthesis, and reactions of thiohydantoins with an emphasis on their application in pharmaceutical drugs and in organic synthesis.

The aim of present systematic review and meta‐analysis was Evaluate the complications and outcomes of acute severe of pediatric anesthesia. Based on the challenge and importance of identifying complications, determining acute and severe complications in pediatric anesthesia and helping comprehensive planning, clinical guidelines and educational curricula, the aim of present systematic review and meta‐analysis was Evaluate the complications and outcomes of acute severe of pediatric anesthesia. For Data extraction, two reviewers blind and independently extracted data from abstract and full text of studies that included. Moreover, effect size with 95% confidence interval (CI), random effect model and REML method were calculated. The Meta analysis have been evaluated with the statistical software Stata/MP v.16. A total of 724 potentially relevant titles and abstracts were found during the electronic search. Finally, nine studies required for this systematic review. Prevalence of perioperative respiratory adverse event in pediatric anesthesia was 10% (ES, 0.10 95% CI 0.01, 0.19) among nine studies and heterogeneity found (I2=0%; P =0.96). The most common acute complications in children under anesthesia are related to airway and respiratory management.

The present study is a PICO review that examines crisis management strategies in the face of Covid-19. The reviewed documents were searched in Google Scholar, Sid and Mag Iran databases using the keywords management, Covid-19, control, crisis. Based on studies by many hospitals, health and care networks have planned on how to deal with and increase capacity, recruit staff, use new infrastructure, and make optimal use of resources. Accident goals and programs are also presented, especially in intensive care units, which include the establishment of an acute care surgeon, the proposed infrastructure, patient transfer, the principles of triage, convalescence, and the establishment of a full-time intensive care physician. Quality Improvement Management and Crisis Management of The Most Basic Action was to completely evacuate the hospital from the hospitalized patients and prepare the wards for the reception of Covid-19 patients and close the clinics. This strategy helped to free the beds and the ability to hospitalize patients with Covid-19 and the rapid start of treatment in patients. Countries also consider it important to follow up with families of infected people in order to break the transmission chain. The most effective prevention and control measures are to find suspicious patients and close contact, confirm patients and carriers of the virus, and block transmission through isolation, disinfection, and personal protection. Therefore, early diagnosis, isolation and treatment of patients are the basic measures to control the source of infection and reduce the rate of infection.
