Rural settlements as units of cultural, economic, social, ecological contact and exchange are places where civilizations are rooted and then spread throughout the human life sphere. it is also important , due to the role of villages in ensuring sustainable food security and national development of countries, with regard to rural development. Therefore, in recent decades, human development and welfare, improving the quality of life, living condition and solving environmental problems in rural areas has become one of the global concerns and various governments around the world have tried to achieve rural development, to prepare policies and programs in this regard, in accordance with the situation of rural settlements in their country. In fact, in the field of rural development, since the 1970s, due to the inefficiency of classical approaches in the field of development, new approaches to rural development have been proposed as "alternative approaches" that should be new and efficient approaches to development in the policy-making process. Rural, including sustainable development and integrated development, was used to improve the quality of life, increase the self-esteem of the villagers, and the growth and development of rural settlements in various dimensions. In this regard, the evaluation and analysis of Iran's rural development policy and planning system and its comparative analogy with rural development policies of other countries is important. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of comparative analysis of alternative approaches in the rural development policy system of Iran and the world. The results showed that the use of integrated, comprehensive and sustainable development strategy through the preparation and implementation of appropriate plans at the local level can be an effective measure in the process of rural development in countries. Successful countries in rural development programs such as India and the European Union use specific strategies (sustainable rural development, integrated development) to formulate their development plans and policies, and taking into account the specific budget and responsible organizations to pursue this. Strengthening the major socio-economic infrastructure in rural areas and reducing poverty and deprivation. At the same time, our country lacks a clear strategy for integrated and sustainable rural development.

The general purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of villagers with the implementation of pilot projects in the border areas of Golestan province with emphasis on the village of Gonbad Kavous. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and the statistical population of this study is all the heads of households living in Turk village of Gonbad Kavous city (3189 households) who using Cochran's formula 380 people to نمونه As a sample, they were selected and measured by simple random sampling method. The apparent validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by relevant experts and its reliability was confirmed by performing a pre-test and calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.84). Statistical analysis of research data was performed using software package (SPSS) and tests of factor analysis and correlation analysis. In order to measure the factors affecting the satisfaction of villagers with the implementation of the master plan, using the factor-analysis model, 23 variables in the form of four components (الب physical-infrastructure, economic social and environmental) tested Were located. The results of the factor analysis test show that the physical-infrastructural dimension (with a variance of 20.94% of the specific value) as the most important factor and the economic dimension (with a variance of 18.84% of the specific value), bio Environmental (with a variance of 16.80% of the specific value) and social (with a variance of 14.53% of the specific value); In total, 71.11% of the total variance shows the level of satisfaction of villagers with the implementation of master plans in various dimensions. Also, the results of factor rotation by Varimax method show that out of 27 variables included in the exploratory factor analysis, only 23 variables that had a factor load of more than half a percent remained.

The gap between theory and profession has been the issue of researchers in multi-disciplinary fields for many years. Urban design as a practice-based discipline faces a broad challenge, that the gap of theories proposed in this field is far from the profession. Several attempts have been done to bridge the gap between theory and practice through practical strategies, but this gap still remains. This study aimed at investigating this gap in contemporary urban design based on analyzing the urban design experts and recognizing the main criteria to measure this gap in contemporary urban design. Since urban design is an interdisciplinary branch of design, the connection between theories and their continuity in practice is critical. The result of research indicates that the participation of different stakeholders of theory and practice, supporting skills, and practice-based approaches such as evidence-based practice can bridge the gap between theory and practice in contemporary urban design.

The theory of sustainable development has been considered by urban planners due to its recent effects on the physical, social and economic environment. Because housing is one of the most important issues in the world and of course Iran and According to Maslow's pyramid of needs, it is one of the basic human needs. Assessing the sustainability of housing using the criteria of sustainable development in housing to create and have sustainable housing is necessary. Jolfa neighborhood, located in District 5 of Isfahan Municipality, is one of the neighborhoods where peaceful coexistence between Muslims and Armenians is evident, and the establishment of housing for both groups has strengthened the social dimension of this neighborhood. This neighborhood has also become a destination for tourists and young people from other neighborhoods and parts of the city due to its environmental qualities and historical elements. In this study, we seek to answer the question of how residential environments or neighborhoods can be approached socially sustainable? Therefore, it can be said that the purpose of this study is to examine the social criteria of sustainable development in housing. For this purpose, after defining sustainable development and explaining its dimensions, as well as defining housing and its characteristics, the criteria of social sustainability were identified and finally tried to provide criteria based on social sustainability for housing. As a result, 5 criteria were obtained with the titles of justice, safety, security, social capital and identity and vitality. These criteria were the basis for reviewing the current situation of Jolfa neighborhood and providing suggestions for improving the situation. The research method in this study is based on the purpose of the applied type and based on the descriptive-analytical nature. In order to conduct this research, GIS and SPSS software for maps, statistical analysis and data analysis and SKECH UP software And LUMION was used to design and display 3D executive proposals. In order to collect data, two methods of library-documentary and field methods were used as a questionnaire distribution and the data were based on SWOT evaluation model and variables such as social capital, identity and vitality, security, safety and justice for housing sustainability. Is analyzed. Conclusion from receiving data and analyzing them indicates that according to the SWOT evaluation model and the results obtained from the data of internal and external factors, the average or weighted score of these factors is more than 3, which indicates that the strengths should be Strengthened to reduce threats (ST) and increased opportunities to reduce vulnerabilities to a minimum (WO) and the only effective strategy in this area can be a competitive strategy (SO), ie focus on maximum-maximum (points) Internal strength and external opportunities) that this is an active solution. By increasing strengths and opportunities, the social dimension of housing and population stability in Jolfa neighborhood in District 5 of Isfahan can be strengthened and social interactions and behavior of individuals can be linked to the identity and vitality of the neighborhood. Therefore, according to the results of SWOT analysis, strategies and policies such as: creating an open display platform, open library, material flower arranging by residents and traffic calming and other items were proposed to be implemented in Jolfa neighborhood. These policies were demonstrated using 3D design by SketchUp and Lumion software to make executive proposals more tangible.

The purpose of this study are to locate suitable areas for green space development in Gorgan by combining AHP method and fuzzy logic in GIS. In this study, the gamma function with a value of 0.9 has been used. After these steps, the final map of the proposed zones for locating green space in Gorgan has been presented. To implement fuzzy operator in GIS environment, first the effective criteria in spatial organization according to the results of library studies have been extracted and also entered into GIS environment, which are: distance from communication routes, distance from industrial centers, distance From the available green space, distance from commercial use, distance from cultural use, distance from educational use, distance from city center, distance from medical centers, distance from religious use, slope, distance from fault. After standardizing the effective criteria using the fuzzy region method in GIS environment, each of these criteria is assigned a weight based on the AHP method. Then all these criteria were combined and finally a zoning map of lands prone to urban development was produced. Using natural fracture method, the map was divided into five categories: very suitable, suitable, medium, inappropriate and very unsuitable, and it was found that about 13.79% of the study area, which is equivalent to 1895.88 hectares, which is in the very class Conveniently located. This amount is 23.74% equivalent to 3263.356 hectares of the area for the class with suitable capability. About 26.21% of the city area, which is equivalent to 3603,234 hectares, is in the middle class. Also, about 22.40% of the area of Gorgan, which is equivalent to 3080.141 hectares, is unsuitable for green space development. Finally, about 13.87% of the area of the city, which is equivalent to 1906.501 hectares, is in a floor with very unsuitable potential for the development of green space in Gorgan.
