    Purpose

    It seems that there are still challenges in the development of sport, and in particular supporting the protective components and prerequisites at the policy level.

    Methods

    The present study seeks to present a model of the function analysis of sport in Iran's development, which was carried out through proposing a database theory. Participants included 11 faculty members of Sport Management University and sport managers who were selected through a combination of theoretical sampling method and snowball for a semi-structured interview. Interviews continued until theoretical saturation. The credibility of the findings was achieved with knowledgeable individuals and written sources, the transferability of the research results, the maximum and non-repeated extraction of data. An open and selective coding was used to analyze the data.

    Results

    The results indicate that the most important extracted codes include sport and democracy, sports and social justice, sports and fitness, sports and development, sports and rationality, sports, civilizational phenomenon (social, cultural and political elements of sport), different dimensions of sport , Various functions of the sport were psychological, and vitality and happiness.

    Conclusion

    Generally this role has played a role through cultural development with the approach of social pluralism, political development, with the establishment of religious democracy in society and the increase in the share of sport in GDP, and ultimately lead to an increase in the vitality of Iranian.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this study is to determine the situational and stable hostility of Ardabil sports consumers and its effect on the intention to buy in the original brands and Nike copycats.

    Methods

    This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study and the statistical population consists of all athletes of different disciplines in Ardabil. The sampling method was multi-stage and to determine the sample size, the Cochran formula of unlimited community was used and the sample size was 385 people. Moradi and Zarei (2011), and Jalilvand et al (2011) questionnaires were used to assess the purchase intention and by examining the tools of Klein et al (1998), Nijsen and Douglas (2004), Atenson and Klein (2005), Hassanzadeh and Meshbaki Esfahani (2015), questions related to hostility were prepared according to the historical memory and events of Iran. SPSS24 and Smart PLS3 software were used to answer the research questions.

    Results

    The results showed that in athletes, both situational and stable hostility have a negative and significant effect on the intention to buy the main Nike brand. In the case of the copycat brand, the effect of stable hostility on the intention to buy was positive and significant, but the situational hostility of athletes had no effect on their intention to buy Nike Copycat.

    Conclusion

    Situational and stable hostility of consumers towards the United States negatively the intention to buy the original Nike brand.

    Purpose
    The Objective of the current research is to study and analyze two important variables affecting organizational success and efficacy of organizations; these variables are leadership style and organizational commitment.
    Methods
    This research is a description-correlation study and was conducted as a field survey. The research sample consists of 141 individuals including personnel and managers of the Physical Education Organization of East Azerbaijan Province. The following questionnaires were used for data collection: personal features, organizational commitment, leadership behavior description (duty-driven), and leadership style (Transformational and interactive). Deductive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient in significance level of α=0.05 were used for data analysis, and descriptive statistics were used for describing the respective variables.
    Results
    The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant correlation with organizational commitment while interactive leadership style exhibits a negative and significant relationship with organizational commitment. No significant correlation was observed between duty-driven leadership and organizational commitment. Based on the findings of the current research, the relationship of transformational leadership in most cases is stronger and firmer than those of interactive and duty-driven leadership, and, transformational leadership style contributes to greater organizational commitment for the personnel under supervision.
    Conclusion
    Taking into account the features such as observance of respect, reliance, and admiration of staff besides assigning authorization to the personnel and clarification of organizational objectives, transformational leadership style can transform its followers’ expectations and motivate them to have further committed to the objectives and the organization.

    Purpose

    Despite the positive approaches of the management of the sports system and the health system in public leisure, there are still numerous reports and documented shreds of evidence of mobility poverty and its consequences in the urban life of people in deprived provinces, which indicates a worrying social problem.

    Methods

    Therefore, the researcher conducted this study by identifying the factors affecting participation in sports by using a grounded theory approach. The statistical population of the study included the elites of physical education and the sampling of the participants was done theoretically and purposefully. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using a Strauss and Corbin coding approach method.

    Results

    In the results of code grouping, 39 components were obtained in five areas of causal, contextual, interventional, strategy, and consequence factors.

    Conclusion

    Based on the research findings, it can be said that the popularization of sports in West Azerbaijan province can be achieved through the support of environmental factors, the positive intervention of managerial factors, resource contextualization, and finally, through behavioral factors. Therefore, it is necessary that the effective policies on sports participation in this province be identified and analyzed based on the model.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of organizational succession plans based on sports organizations.

    Methods

    The methodology used in this study is a qualitative methodology and the Grounded Theory method of a systematic approach has been used as the operational method of research. The present study used purposive sampling to select the interviewees (key informed people) and theoretical sampling to distinguish the number of people and find the research path.

    Results

    In this study, with the aim of collecting the necessary data from the informed people of the field of sports organizations, various interviews were conducted and after conducting 12 in-depth and unstructured interviews, theoretical saturation was obtained, but to ensure more, interviews continued up to 15 people. After conducting the interviews, research-related sentences and concepts were extracted, resulting in 466 primary concepts, 221 secondary concepts and 33 sub-categories.

    Conclusion

    With numerous reviews and revisions and a deep look at the content and concepts of the data, it can be found that the main category in the succession of sports organizations is meritocracy.  Therefore, it can be said that the main phenomenon in this research is meritocracy that all factors and influences move to describe it, and in a sports organization, meritocracy a logical focal category.

    Purpose

    The present study aimed to identify the factors of friendship between the players of basketball teams and its effect on the performance of players.

    Methods

    The research is based on the purpose of basic research and is based on the collection of exploratory information and using the data theory of the foundation. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview about friendship between players and a questionnaire. The statistical population of the qualitative section was the coaches, referees, fans and managers of basketball clubs who were selected as snowballs for the interview. The statistical population of the quantitative part of all the players of the Iranian Basketball Premier League in 1399 was 168 people who were distributed among them by the method of the total number of researcher-made questionnaires 130 players completed the questionnaire. The questionnaire was extracted from the qualitative section. To analyze the qualitative data, the foundation data theorizing method was used and in the quantitative analysis, the collected data were analyzed using the structural equation model in AMOS24 software.

    Results

    The results showed that culture, team norms and sociability play a mediating role in the relationship between friendship and individual performance and team performance. Analysis of qualitative interviews led to the identification of components of player friendship in six.

    Conclusion

    causal conditions, pivotal phenomena, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences. Analyzes based on the structural equation model showed that the development of friendship is social skills, cognitive and emotional empathy, personality traits and good mood among players.
