The emergence of the bubble phenomenon in financial markets and its possible collapse causes a kind of uncertainty, and causes capital to leave productive markets. Duo to these issues, policymakers seek to plan and implement appropriate policies to deal with the crisis and respond promptly and correctly in these situations to reduce or prevent the adverse effects are due to it. Considering that the Iranian stock market, like other financial markets in other countries, is not immune from this phenomenon, in this study by using the TVP-VAR model and extracting the impulse- response functions and using seasonal data of Iran for variables like interest rate, gross domestic product, gross domestic product deflator, consumer price index, total stock price index and dividend per share, in the period 1382: 1 to 1398: 3, the effect of the relative size of stock price bubble component on the effectiveness of monetary policy on the reduction or eliminating the stock price bubble component is simulated and the results show that when the size of the bubble component is small, compared to the fundamental component, the application of contractionary monetary policy can be effective in reducing the price bubble, but when the price bubble is large, This contractionary monetary policy causes a larger component of the price bubble and makes the situation worse. Furthermore The results show that some variables like interest rate, gross domestic product, gross domestic product deflator, dividend per share and fundamental component of price have had almost stable patterns, but the stock price response and its bubble component to the policy shock have not been stable over time and their negative response to the monetary policy shock, have been decreased over time and in recent years of sample, the stock price response and its bubble component, end up increasing from the first period.

Foreign direct investment is one of the main methods of access to capital, technology and the possibility of continued economic growth of countries and leads to solving the problem of unemployment, creating employment, increasing production and reducing inflation. In most countries, due to the high structural economic vulnerability, the implementation of multilateral trade liberalization policy will lead to the outflow of foreign direct investment. Therefore, the implementation of correct policies by governments will reduce the damage index. Structural economic acceptance and the expansion of multilateral trade liberalization will prevent the outflow of foreign direct investment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of multilateral trade liberalization in the context of structural economic vulnerability on the outflow of foreign direct investment in D8 member countries with the Generalized Torque (GMM) approach during the period 1996-2019. The results of the above study indicate that there is a positive relationship between multilateral trade liberalization and structural structural vulnerability on the outflow of foreign direct investment in D8 member countries. Among other research findings, the real GDP per capita variable has a positive effect on the outflow of foreign direct investment, while the exchange rate variable has a negative effect on the FDI outflow. Therefore, in order to positively affect multilateral trade liberalization on the outflow of foreign direct investment, it is necessary to reduce the degree of structural economic vulnerability by improving the country's infrastructure and reforming economic structures. In order to reform economic policies with the aim of reducing dependence on oil revenues, development and diversification of exports, reducing the budget deficit with financial discipline, curbing inflation by increasing productivity, basic measures should be taken and appropriate measures such as improving the country's infrastructure, stability Economic stability, political stability, increasing GDP, reducing corruption, increasing the health of the economy by creating a business environment and increasing employment can, with wise implementation, improve the country's economic situation and reduce structural economic vulnerability.

Improving the quality of life and the level of social welfare in society is one of the main goals of economic policy makers. Although macroeconomic environment has an important role in the level of social welfare, but the lack of knowledge of a model that can properly explain social welfare, has created uncertainties in common models, in addition to the multiplicity of factors affecting social welfare.Uncertainty has been modeled on the accuracy of the statement and has hindered researchers' consensus on key determinants of social welfare. For this purpose, the present study has identified and determined the factors affecting the social welfare index (Amartya Sen) in the Iranian economy and using Bayesian averaging approach based on time series data from 1996 to 2018 and in conditions of model uncertainty, which is performed by calculations From an estimate of 260,000 regressions, a number of 8 variables were identified as strong and unbreakable variables; Which includes variables (exchange rate, misery index, tax revenues, oil revenues) with a negative sign and variables (urban growth rate, degree of economic openness, health indicators and information and communication technology) with a positive sign. Other variables have lost their effect in the presence of non-fragile variables and there is no strong evidence for their effectiveness on social welfare during the period under review. According to the results, it can be concluded that in order to promote and improve social welfare in the country and in formulating welfare policies and programs, more attention should be paid to the selected variables.

One of the components of the economy of all countries is the shadow economy, given the hidden secrecy of this sector of the economy from the point of view of economic policymakers, it can lead to a distortion of the correctness of the state of the economy, the imposition of false policies, and the reduction of the impact of economic policies. Therefore, one of the concerns of policy makers is to identify the size of this sector and to use strategies to reduce the size and control the impact of this sector on overall performance and other sectors of the economy. Among the variables that the shadow economy has a significant impact on is the quality of life. The shadow economy, on the one hand, has a positive impact on increasing employment and income, and on the other hand, due to non-compliance with occupational and safety standards, has a negative impact on the quality of work life, health, safety and so on. Therefore, the main issue of this research is the impact of shadow economy on quality of life. In this research, structural modeling and multiple-cause multiple-index causes are used to estimate the amount of underground economics and its evolution and its effect on quality of life. The results suggest a positive impact of the shadow economy on the quality of life.

Maintaining financial stability has always been one of the most important economic aims. In order to achieve this goal, the factors affecting the financial stability must be identified and analyzed. Most of the researchers have examined the financial stability from the perspective of price stability and policies of Central Bank and they have considered it as a necessity for economic growth. The literature related to the financial stability show the effect of variables like financial development and financial liberalization on the financial instability. However, some conflicting results have been reported about the direction of this impact. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of various factors on the financial instability with an emphasis on the variables of the financial development and financial liberalization in developing countries. The financial instability index has been calculated based on a Principal Component Analysis (PCA) approach and annual observations from 2005 to 2019 have been extracted. The research model is estimated using the System Generalized Method of Moments (SGMM). In contrast with public beliefs, the results indicate that the financial development in developing countries has a positive effect on the financial instability and exacerbates it due to the lack of correspondence between the goals of policymakers and the realities of financial markets in these countries. Moreover, the impact of the financial liberalization on the financial instability in the countries which were under consideration has been positive and shows that following the fiscal policies implemented in the countries with developed financial markets regarding the financial liberalization is not working in developing countries. Thus, financial decision-makers in these countries must adopt stabilization policies in accordance with the characteristics of their financial markets. In addition, the results of this study confirm the negative impact of the government size on financial stability in developing countries, emphasizing the reduction of the government presence and the development of private sector in such markets.

Human capital is one of the most effective and important factors that affect economic growth. Efficient manpower makes it possible to increase production and added value, and ignoring this important factor can be one of the reasons for underdevelopment in some developing countries. Also, investing in human capital and increasing its share in the total investment of the country, causes better utilization of physical capital and is an important factor in the process of economic growth and development. Therefore, studying the effect of each of these factors on economic growth can help economists in appropriate policy-making. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of demographic change and human capital on economic growth in Iran to examine the relationship between demographic change, human capital and economic growth in Iran. The study period was (2019-2010) and ARDL technique was used to estimate the study model. According to the results of the long-term dynamic model, it was observed that there is a significant relationship between demographic change and human capital with economic growth. In other words, increasing population change through the dependence of young people and adults has a negative effect on economic growth, but population growth also has a positive effect on economic growth. However, the effect of population changes on economic growth with respect to the coefficients of population change variables reveals its negative effect on economic growth in Iran. It was also found that the life expectancy index of human capital indicators has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Iran during the study period. In other words, investing in the labor force and increasing their welfare and security in order to improve the life expectancy index, will lead to better economic growth.
