Reporting delinquency as an important and effective moral behavior can be influenced by the moral values that govern the organization and personality traits of individuals. Therefore, given the importance of the role of reporting in identifying and preventing organizational delinquency, it is necessary to gain a better understanding of the factors that affect it. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-control and social desirability on the ethical reporting of banking delinquency of bank employees, with emphasis on demographic characteristics.

    Method

This descriptive-survey study was conducted and its sample size consisted of 306 employees of public and private bank branches. The research variables were measured using standard questionnaires and finally structural equations, confirmatory factor analysis method and PLS software were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses.

    Results

The findings indicate that the effect of self-control and social desirability on the ethical reporting of banking delinquency is confirmed. Social desirability also affects the relationship between self-control and ethical reporting of banking delinquency. On the other hand, work experience, type of job position and gender of employees have a direct impact on the ethical reporting of banking delinquency.

    Conclusion

The results of the study show that people with higher self-control, seek more social desirability and are more inclined to report delinquency. It also seems that bank employees, in proportion to job promotion and increasing work experience, better understand the value of reporting delinquency and with a greater sense of commitment, try to identify and report violations in order to improve the position of the bank. The community included media professionals and TV producers and programmers, from whom 30 people were selected as a sample by the method of snowball and achieving theoretical saturation. It was an in-depth interview tool. And data were analyzed using selective open-axis coding method.

    Results

The findings showed that 51 open codes in 14 central dimensions affect the branding of television talk show.

    Conclusion

Glass roof is one of the most important obstacles for women to reach the top management level of the organization and one of the important factors reducing organizational justice. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to design and develop a model for creating a glass roof for women in higher education.

    Method

The research method was mixed in terms of the nature of the data. The first part was meta-combined. The statistical population in this section was 196 articles from prestigious domestic journals from 2013 to 2020, of which 70 articles were selected by available methods. The second part was the quality of the statistical community of organizational experts in the field of higher education, 10 of whom were purposefully selected. Data were analyzed by Delphi technique. The third part was a little survey. The statistical population of the study was female faculty members in the top ten universities of the country (453 people) and the number of statistical samples was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 112 people and selected by available sampling. Finally, for data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation calculation and fuzzy expert system were used.

    Results

Since the target population confirmed the dimensions, components and extractive indicators of the research model, the results showed that if managers pay attention to the category of job conditions 34.25%, to the category of extra-organizational 21.07%, if the individual condition is 20.10%, then the model of creating a glass roof with 75.42% will be the desired combination.

    Conclusion

The most basic indicator and criterion affecting the glass ceiling of women is the working conditions, which along with individual and extra-organizational conditions provide the basis for reducing or increasing organizational justice.
