During the French colonial period in Lao PDR (from 1893-1953), France integrated its architectural elements into traditional Lao architecture and modified them to suit the climate. The French colonial style continues to make a modest impact in most major towns and cities. The harmonious combination of traditional Lao architecture and French colonial influences shows the true values and wealth of a city's characteristics. These unique architectural styles and motifs are valuable to the area's heritage; many of these styles are still conserved today, especially in Luang Prabang, which was designated as a World Heritage city in 1995. Some historical buildings have been adapted according to social and economic factors. However, as elsewhere in Indochinese countries, the provincial French design was modified to suit the hot and humid tropical climate. The design of colonial villas, in turn, began to influence subtle changes in the design of Lao urban dwellings. This paper discusses the development of traditional Lao architectural styles and the effect of Nano technology in this style, that have been experienced in Lao PDR, analyzes the process of change, emphasizes the importance of compatibility between traditional house form and the French colonial house, and studies of the factors like Nano materials influencing the transformations of traditional housing.

Several problems are associated with “regrouping” the original components into a smallernumber without losing the predicting power of the equation of state. These problems include (A) Howto select the groups of pure components to be represented by one pseudo-component. (B) Whatmixing rules should be used for determining the EOS constants (pc, Tc, and ω) for the new lumpedpseudo- components? In this paper the results of the lumping methods are compared with the data forgas condensate systems to find accurate lumping method for accurate fluid characterization. For thispurpose, Whitson’s lumping scheme, Pedersen lumping scheme, Danesh et al. lumping scheme, Leeet al. lumping scheme, Behras and Stanndler lumping scheme are used as lumping scheme and Leemixing rules was used for calculation of thermodynamics properties of lumped group. To compare theImpact of each Lumping method, its effect was examined on the phase diagram. The results show thatthe Whitson lumping scheme (it is grouping the hydrocarbon from C7 to C16+ into 4 groups) can predictthe phase diagram of this gas condensate systems fluid with good approximation, the Pedersen lumpingscheme (it is grouping the hydrocarbon from C7 to C16+ into 3 groups ) can predict the phase diagramof this gas condensate systems fluid somewhat and the Pedersen lumping schemes and Danesh et al.lumping schemes (it is grouping the hydrocarbon from C7 to C16+ into 4 groups) approximately predictedthe same phase diagram and the Lee et al. lumping scheme (it is grouping the hydrocarbon from C7to C16+ into 3 groups) can predict the phase diagram of this gas condensate systems fluid exactly. Therefore, the Lee at al. lumping scheme has very good accuracy compared to the other methods. Also,All Lumping Scheme has an effect on dew point line of phase diagram.

A flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric (FAAS) method for the determination of trace Co(II) after adsorption of synthesis 2-aminopyridine/graphene oxide nano-plates has been developed. Applying a facile and accessible sample preparation method is highly important before the experimental analysis process. In the current study, a technique was introduced for preconcentration and analysis of trace amounts of Co(II) ions in water samples. The important parameters in the analytical procedure of Co(II) ions were optimized such as the pH of extraction, amount and type of elution solvent, time of extraction, and the effect of another ion. Analytical parameters such as the concentration factor, the limit of detection (LOD) of the technique, and relative standard deviation (RSD %) were achieved as 20, 8.0 μg L-1, and 2.4%, respectively.

    Background and Aim

There are many promising advances in biological detection and the use of nanostructures and multifunction devices. The Qur'an also mentions foods that undoubtedly paying attention to them and applying the instructions given about them can ensure physical and mental health. In this study, the protective effects of liver hydroathanolic extract of fig and olive in Quranic ratios of 1: 7 in the prevention of thioacetamide-induced liver damage in male mice were investigated.

    Materials and Methods

In this study, doses of 75, 150 and 300 mg/kg MgO@FO were injected into one-month-old male mice. Chemical precipitation method was used to synthesize MgO (2 to 3 nm) and MgO@FO quantum dots. Their physical properties were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), visible ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

    Results

Histological studies of liver tissue in the group treated with plant extracts and nanoparticles. The nanoparticles coated with hydroethanolic extract of fig and olive oil had the least damage and bleeding compared to the group receiving thioacetamide at a concentration of 100 kg/mg. It was shown that the obtained MgO@FO quantum dots have a high hexagonal crystal structure.

    Conclusion

The combination of hydroethanolic extract of fig and olive fruit with Quranic ratios may protect the liver tissue probably by increasing the activity of antioxidant compounds in the above extract and thus reducing oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation caused by thivastamide.

Nanotechnology deals with the manufacture and application of materials with size of up to 100 nm. They are widely used in a number of processes that include material science, agriculture, and food industry, cosmetic, medical, and diagnostic applications. Nanotechnology science can create products with enormous potential to treat all the diseases. Antibacterial substances in nanoparticles are able to fight bacteria and inhibit and slow the growth of bacteria. The aim of this study was to investigate the antibacterial properties of chitosan & ZnO nanoparticles against Escherichia coli & Staphylococcus aureus. Investigation of the antibacterial properties of chitosan& ZnO nanoparticles on Escherichia coli & Staphylococcus aureus by qualitative agar well diffusion test and microdilution was performed to the concentration of 0.032 g/ml to 0.512 g/ml. The size of chitosan & ZnO nanoparticles in this study was 100, 100 nm, and spherical in shape. The sizes of the inhibition zone were different according to the type of bacteria and the concentrations of chitosan& ZnO nanoparticles, the maximum zone diameter 24 and 22 mm in concentration 0.512 g/ml observed.

Skin cancer is the most human malignancy. There are several risk factors which play important role in skin cancer development. UV radiation is one of these risk factors which induce different types of mutation in important genes such as tumor suppressor and protooncogene and DNA-repair genes. So prevention to exposure of UV radiation play critical role in Decreasing the skin cancer incidence. On the other hand, non-invasive treatments increase the skin cancer Patients’ quality of life. Here we review the roles of the UV radiation in inducing the skin And its effects, its effects on gene mutation and the perspectives of prevention and treatment in this way. In the both fields of prevention and treatment nanotechnology plays a key role. Nanotechnology improves the photostability, skin retention, sun protection factor (SPF) and spectrum of protection of sunscreens. Nanotechnology has many advantages for skin cancer treatment which its selectivity is the most considerable one. There are also new methods for prevention and treatment of this disease including non-invasive ways, which have been reviewed in this article.
