The introduction of information technology in the structure of procedural legal relations contributes to the full implementation of the principles of procedural law and optimization of civil proceedings. The purpose of this study is to develop scientifically sound proposals and recommendations for the latest concept of optimization of civil justice by means of information technology. The study of the impact of information technology in civil proceedings was conducted on the basis of integrated use of general and special methods of scientific knowledge. The optimization of civil proceedings as a system of theoretical ideas and views on civil procedural activity from the standpoint of means, methods and techniques of its improvement is considered. The basic elements of the latest concept are the provisions of the general methodological basis for studying the problem of optimization, the concept and structural characteristics of optimization, civil jurisdiction in terms of optimization and ensuring the right to due process, optimization of procedures for preparation and trial of civil cases, cassation in the system of instance review of court decisions. It has proved that the search for a harmonious combination of protective and conciliatory functions of civil proceedings, as a characteristic concept of modern procedural systems, determines the main directions of optimizing the preparation of civil cases for trial. It has established that in the reform of the judiciary of Ukraine it is important not only to digitize existing processes. The most important thing is to change the approach to justice itself, making it simpler and more accessible to all with the help of information technology. In this sense, the introduction of affordable online court involves not only the introduction of innovative technologies, but also the revision and significant simplification of procedural rules.

The study of path loss propagation is of high importance in telecommunication, for optimizing the efficiency of wireless communication networks. In this paper, four path loss propagation models; free space path loss (FSPL) model, Okumura model, Okumura-Hata model, and COST 231-Hata model were compared. The models were compared using measurement data from Choba, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The data is gotten from a 4G walk test using two mobile applications. The first mobile application Network, Signal Info (version 5.68.07), was used to acquire the received signal strength in and the distance between the BTS antenna and the mobile antenna. While the second mobile application, G-NetTrack Lite (version 14.8), was used to map out the track path followed during the test. Choba, the study area, is a coastal suburban area with map coordinates 4.8941° N, 6.9263° E. The measured distance range was from 0.09 km to 0.45 km, and a path loss range of 69dB to 81dB. While the BTS and mobile antenna heights were 32 m and 1m respectively, with a carrier frequency of 800MHz. BTS transmission power of 23 dBm was assumed, based on 3GPP eNodeB recommendations. A graph comparison of the studied models showed that Okumura-Hata model and COST 231-Hata model had the closest predictions to the measured path loss. The need for better path loss models for 4G and 5G propagations was observed

The paper considers the possibilities of optimizing the search for agricultural information based on Shannon information entropy criterion. A comparison of the degree of uncertainty of information search through the Internet – search systems with similar indicators of Ukrainian agricultural websites. According to the number of hit count in Ukraine in July 2020 to the search engine, which consists of 10 sources, and to agricultural websites (43 sources) by estimating entropy, a conclusion was made about the significant degree of dispersion of agricultural information sources. It should be emphasized that the artificial division into 4 categories (AgroMedia, Agrotrade web resources, Information and advisory resources, Specialized web resources) did not improve the situation according to the degree of uncertainty compared to the search engine system. As for the entropy index, for almost all 4 categories of entropy indices (heterogeneity or diversity) is close to the case of uniform distribution, i.e., the same hit count of all possible resources (their number for all categories is approximately the same 10-11). As a result of the analysis of the potential client base of electronic consulting, it can be quantified as 4,700,000 of agricultural households and about 50,000 small and medium-sized farms. The transition to the land market is likely to lead to a substantial increase in the number of the latter. It was demonstrated that the current educational level of household owners indicates both the need to increase this indicator and the presence of a close relationship with the existing system of professional advisory in Ukraine, which operates in recent years through self-sufficiency and uncertain financial support from central and regional authorities. The existing official database of advisors should be restructured in line with the call of the times to reduce the degree of uncertainty in finding a specialist of the desired profile.

The constant evolution of technological tools and the benefit of the introduction of new technologies in the teaching and learning process in schools, suggests that the possibilities of using digital technology in the practices of the evaluation of learning inside and outside the classroom.Faced with the diversity of technical tools and methods, the teacher is called upon, before addressing his learners, to make a certain number of technical, didactic and pedagogical choices, to set his pedagogical scenario, this is all the more so. Necessary for the conduct of learning activities or to design and implement its assessment tool. In this perspective, we are entitled to ask the question relating to the attitudes and feedbacks of teachers and learners regarding the integration of ICT in assessment practices. This question is broken down into several sub-questions: "At what points, and how do teachers of Life and Earth Sciences integrate digital technology into their assessment practices?" is this integration determined by the educational pathways? What interest and what limit of the use of digital technology according to teachers and learners? " To answer our problem, we opted for export research, the recommended methodology of which is based on a multidimensional survey, in which we first questioned the teachers around the use of new technologies in the evaluation process, and secondly, to identify the degree of motivation and commitment of learners in instrumented and innovative assessment situations. Our research context is represented by 34 schools, 22 from qualifying secondary education and 12 from college education (from the provincial delegation of Taza), with a varied population of 431 students of all levels and sectors, as well as than a number of 132 teachers of life and earth sciences. Finally, confirming that despite the satisfaction of the majority of teachers and students with respect to the functional qualities and the contribution of technological tools in evaluation practices, some disparities were noted whether at the technical, spatiotemporal level or even organizational.

The teaching of SVT in general offers learners an environment that allows them to explore and explain natural phenomena, to understand different spatio-temporal scales, to understand the world around them so that they can decide and act responsibly. It is interesting to note that the scientific ecological outing (SES) is an integral part of the SVT teaching program, at both college and qualifying secondary level, and that teachers are called to organize these outings in agreement with the programs as recalled by the circulars of the MEN. However, the SES allows the real observation and the execution of experiential practices in the field, it is the opportunity to place the learner in a learning situation according to a reflective and investigative scientific approach from his confrontation with reality Cariou J (2013), (2015) Offers a didactic framework and formalizes evaluation criteria for the implementation and management of a scientific investigation process. So that he can make connections with what the learner acquires as abstract knowledge in class in order to be able to decide and act responsibly and critically on the scale of everyday situations as an Eco citizen.

To ensure the continuity of the training activity within the framework of the specific precau-tions for the Covid 19 health crisis , the regional centers for training and education profes-sions, such as universities and schools, have radically reversed their training strategy, from face-to-face training to alternating training mode known as `` hybrid training mode '', the training of which is provided remotely one week and face-to-face during the following week and vice versa. In this sense, digital platforms of social networks and videoconferencing soft-ware have been mobilized to succeed in the mission of trainers. The objective of this article is to verify the contribution of videoconferencing software '' on training practices on the one hand and on the development of trainees' skills on the other hand, in order to trace a training methodology based on technological choices aimed at guar-anteeing maximum socio-professional performance. Finally, we confirm that despite the satisfaction of the majority of trainees 87% with respect to the advantages of videoconferencing tools in the process of assessing skills, technical, spa-tiotemporal and organizational disparities were noted among trainers compared to the use of digital tools in the evaluation (only 53% agree), or also in relation to the transition from one technological choice to another.

The article explores approaches to assessing the quality of health care sites. The main components of evaluation are identified. The author's toolkit for health site evaluation is offered. It is based on the three branches of resource competitiveness (content, technical and marketing components). Twenty parameters of site quality calculation are defined, which have the scale and are supported by determining the weights of components. The scaling of the resulting indicator is proposed. It allows designation of the level of development of the particular site in the field of health. The practical approbation of the proposed method was carried out on the example of Ukrainian sites on the topic of rehabilitation and disease prevention. The diagram of the grouping of websites on a level of development of separate components is constructed to define the further directions of work with these sites to strengthen their competitive positions in the "Health" category. The author's typology of health sites depending on the calculated numerical combinations of the quality assessment level of components is given. It also describes the state of the "ideal" mix of components of the health site, which is formed based on the balance of individual elements.

Falls are a serious concern among the elderly due to being a major cause of harm to their physical and mental health. Despite their potential for harm, they can be prevented with proper care and monitoring. As such, the motivation for this research is to implement an algorithmic solution to the problem of falls that leverages the benefits of Machine Learning to detect falls in the elderly. There are various studies on fall detection that works on one dataset: wearable, environmental, or vision. Such an approach is biased against low fall detection and has a high false alarm rate. According to the literature, using two datasets can result in high accuracy and lower false alarms. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the field of Machine Learning and Fall Detection by investigating the optimal ways to apply common machine and deep learning algorithms trained on multimodal fall data. In addition, it has proposed a multimodal approach by training two separate classifiers using both Machine and Deep Learning and combining them into an overall system using sensor fusion in the form of a majority voting approach. Each trained model outputs an array comprising three percentage numbers, the average of the numbers in the same class from both arrays is then computed, and the highest percentage is the classification result. The working system achieved results were 97% accurate, with the highest being achieved by the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm. These results were higher than other state-of-the-art research conducted in the field.
