The present study aimed to investigate the effect of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on pre-school children’s anxiety. The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population of the study was all students with anxiety disorders in Abhar, Zanjan. The statistical sample consisted of 30 subjects (anxiety disorder) who were selected by cluster-sampling method and randomly were embedded in two experimental and two control groups. Preschool Anxiety Scale (PSA) and Conner’s Form were used for pre-test and post-test. At first, a pretest was performed on subjects in all four groups, and then the subjects received 12 sessions of 1 hour weekly two sessions of remedial education. After the intervention, the subjects in each of the four groups were evaluated by post-test. For analyzing the data, covariance analysis was used. The results showed a significant difference between the mean of post-test scores of the experiment and control groups (anxiety disorder) (P <0.05 and F = 50.33) .In other words, cognitive-behavioral therapy reduces children's anxiety.

The aim of this study was to validate and standardize Corona Anxiety Questionnaire as well as to compare Corona anxiety among non-clinical individuals with different demographic characteristics and to predict Corona anxiety based on these characteristics. The statistical population included the statistical population of the present study and included all individuals aged 18 to 70 years living in Khuzestan province who participated in the research online. Sampling was available and out of 323 people who answered the online questionnaire, all of them (133 males and 190 females) were considered as a sample and answered the corona anxiety questionnaire of Alipour et al(1398) and the demographic questionnaire. The results showed that the questionnaire had a good reputation. There was a significant difference between the two groups of men and women in terms of total score as well as the subscales of physical and psychological symptoms of corona anxiety. There was no significant difference between the two age groups and between people with and without a university degree. Among the demographic characteristics, gender was the best predictor of anxiety, so age and education were the next predictors.

The purpose of this study is to examine the life skills of the library, self-concept and perception of the competence of female budget students. Research method of quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test with budget control group. The statistical population of this study included all third grade elementary school girls in District 18 who were selected using multi-stage random sampling method and finally remained as a sample group during the fall of 32 people who were divided into two experimental groups and Controls were divided (16 in the experimental group, 16 in the control group). The experimental group performed a life skills training program for 20 sessions of 45 minutes and the control group was in a non-intervention condition. The experimental and control groups were then followed up for a period of 2 months. Data collection tools were Harter (1982) Perception of Competence and Child and Adolescent Resilience (28) and Pears-Harris (1965) Self-Concept. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance and pairwise comparison. The results showed that life skills training is effective on the perception of competence and self-concept and has caused a significant increase in them; But there is no significant difference between the mean post-test scores and resilience follow-up in the experimental group and the control group. Therefore, based on the results, it is possible to use life skills training for self-concept and perception of competence.

The main feature of Social Anxiety Disorder is a persistent and unrealistically intense fear of those social situations in which a person may be exposed to the harsh assessment of strangers, or just encounter them. The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation and quality of life in the relationship between symptoms of social anxiety and psychological well-being. The present study was a descriptive method and the statistical population included all students of East Azerbaijan in 1399 that 210 people answered the questionnaires online. Questionnaires of social anxiety, Reef psychological well-being, short scale of fear of negative evaluation and quality of life were use as research tools. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equations. Symptoms of social anxiety, fear of negative evaluation and quality of life showed a negative and significant relationship with psychological well-being. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) showed that fear of negative evaluation and quality of life can mediate the relationship between symptoms of social anxiety disorder and psychological well-being. As a result, the convergence of social anxiety symptoms, fear of negative evaluation and low quality of life affect the psychological well-being of socially anxious people.

Studies have shown that mindfulness affects many psychological variables. The purpose of this study was to mindfulness-based cognitive therapy effective in communicating beliefs and regulating the excitement of mothers with children with behavioral problems. The present research is a semi-experimental study in the form of pre-test and post-test with the experimental and control group. The statistical population of this research is mothers with children with behavioral problems in Ashtian city in 1398-1399. and 384 behavioral questionnaires of Akhenbach children were distributed among the mothers of primary school students and among the people who obtained the highest score in this questionnaire; 40 people were selected and their mothers were intervened. In this regard, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy intervention programs were intervened in 8 sessions (1 session per week). Barton and G's (1990) communication skills questionnaire and Granfsky et al.'s (2001) Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire were used to gather information. Descriptive statistics. were used to analyze the data. Also, Multivariate covariance inferential statistics were used to test the research hypotheses. The significance level in this study was determined as P ≤ 0.05. Statistical calculations were performed by SPSS statistical software (version 22). The results showed that cognitive therapy based on mindfulness on communication beliefs and emotion regulation of mothers with children with behavioral problems is effective. (P ≤ 0.05)

    Conclusions

Accordingly, it is suggested that this intervention be used as a group for mothers with children with behavioral problems in schools as family education programs.

This study aimed to predict self-esteem through attachment styles (secure, avoidant, and ambivalent) and identity styles (information, normative, confused and commitment) students was conducted. Methods This cross-sectional study , 120 students in the Master Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Tehran's Azad University to sampling were recruited and then the entire sample to self-esteem questionnaire of Eysenck , Kalynz- Reed styles attachment (1990 ) and styles identity(1992) . The results of multivariate regression analysis and Pearson correlation also indicated that secure attachment with dignity Role significant positive relationship between insecure attachment styles insecure and self-esteem and there is a significant negative relationship, as well as specific secure attachment was positively and significantly predict students ' self-esteem and ambivalent attachment style is both significant and negative self-esteem in students' works. This study also showed that between self-esteem and identity styles of information, normative commitment and significant positive correlation was negative and significant relationship with the style of confused identity is also clear that the normative identity style and identity intelligence and commitment in anticipation of the self-esteem of the students involved. Further studies to overcome the limitations of the study results can be enlightening to have more.

This research determines the effectiveness of SMPVC on the components of job burnout among medical documents personnel in the social security offices in Tehran. The method of research was semi-experimental, and the design was pretest-posttest with a control group. The study population included all of the medical documents personnel (420 peson) of the social security offices in Tehran who had earned a high score in the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Thirty people were randomly selected and assigned to two groups of 15: one represented an experimental group with an SMPVC training approach and the other was a control group. The experimental groups received eight sessions of 90 minutes of SMPVC training. Job burnout was measured after intervention. The data were analysed using covariance. The results showed that SMPVC is effective in reducing the frequency and intensity of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and in increasing the frequency and intensity of positive individual performance.
