    Introduction
    Infertility is one of the problems that can be at the individual and social level. Little research has been done on individual infertility problems among men. The purpose of this study was to investigate the emotional and psychological consequences of infertility in a group of men with more than 4 years of follow-up treatment.

    Methods
    This research was conducted in a descriptive qualitative way with the aim of extracting the emotional and psychological consequences of infertility in a sample of 16 men in Hamedan. According to the qualitative method, a semi-structured interview was used to collect information. Data were analyzed using content analysis.

    Results
    The findings of this study displayed the three following main categories as the emotional and psychological consequences of infertility in men: social self-esteem (including fears of negative evaluation, having distress in discussions about childbirth, and tendency to loneliness), negative emotions (including categories of frustration and general inefficacy) and marital inadequacy.

    Conclusion
    Infertile men, like infertile women, have emotional and psychological consequences that should be addressed in psychological training.

    Introduction
    Recently, rate of journals and published article in the medical sciences has grown, but the quality of these journals and published articles should be criticized. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of criticizing quality of published studies in the qualitative research in health sciences journal based on the CASP scale.

    Methods
    This study has been done with a cross-sectional descriptive method. In this study, the quality assessment of qualitative articles published in the Journal of Qualitative Research in Health Sciences in two steps was performed. In the first stage, the quantity of published studies by descriptive statics has been investigated. In the second stage, based on CASP scale evaluation was perform.

    Results
    The highest percentage of published articles related to content analysis with 52.9% and the lowest percentage of published articles related to ethnography and mixed method with 0.42%. In the 83.1 percentage of published articles, CASP-related indicators are also observed. The highest compliance rate of CASP scale indicators is related to the index of the clarity of the research goals, which is observed in 100% of published articles. The least observance of the indexes in the published articles is related to ethical questions which 65.5 percentage of published articles has been followed. In general

    Conclusion
    Based on findings, recently the quality and quantity of published articles in Qualitative Research in Health Sciences journal is growing, but rate of some types of published studies and their quality is low, which these items should be improved.

    Introduction

    Marital infidelity is one of the most severe problems in families and investigating the reasons for the tendency to marital infidelity can have an effective role in reducing it.

    Methods

    This study was conducted based on the grounded theory (GT). To this end, two types of sampling techniques were used: The multistage random cluster sampling was employed to interview 28 teachers (male and female) and the purposeful sampling was used to interview 14 experts.

    Results

    Based on the concepts and categories derived from the coding of the interviews, the five main individual, marital, family, spiritual, and social factors were found to be the underlying factors for the tendency to marital infidelity. Besides, 53 concepts and 14 subcategories were identified. Based on the selective coding, individual factors were identified as the central core of the study.

    Conclusion

    According to our findings, marital infidelity is an individual, marital, family, spiritual and social problem. Therefore, therapists are advised to consider personal, spiritual, and social causes in addition to examining family and marital factors in dealing with infidelity.

    Introduction
    Health master plan is a tool designed to promote health and it is essential to define strategies, policies, and directions to health system programs. Therefore, the present study aimed to find obstacles to intersectoral planning and help it to implement.

    Methods
    This was a qualitative and content analysis study (Mixed method). The study participants consisted of 12 managers and experts in planning involved in the development of the health master plan of Kerman and were selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured and were analyzed using framework analysis method. The four criteria of “Credibility, Dependability, Confirmability, and transferability” were considered to increase the validity and reliability of the research.

    Results
    Two themes are internal and external factors in the form of 8 sub-themes, including Stewardship, management commitment, Financing, training, information, policymaking, laws and regulations and intersectoral collaboration identified as obstacles to the implementation of intersectoral planning in health master plan of Kerman.

    Conclusion
    Each plan, especially long-term and intersectoral planning, needs a set of collaboration, resources, legal requirements and most importantly, commitment to achieve its ultimate goal that, if this goal is related to the health of the community, the importance of the program’s implementation is doubled.

    Introduction
    The hospital environment is recognized as one of the most stressful workplaces. The impacts of the hospital environment on the health-related quality of life of nurses necessitate the consideration of their viewpoints in the field of design and maintenance of the hospital environment. Accordingly, this study aimed to identify environmental factors affecting the promotion of nurses' health-related quality of life.

    Methods
    In this study, 10 nurses working in a selected hospital were chosen through purposeful sampling and participated in the narrative analysis. The required data were collected through narratives from semi-structured interviews with participants. The content of all narratives was evaluated by the thematic analysis.

    Results
    The environmental factors affecting the nurses' health-related quality of life were classified into four main themes: physical environment”, “functional support of the environment”, “social support of the environment”, and “psychological support of the environment. Besides, the themes related to the physical environment were classified under space configurations and air quality. Furthermore, functional support was placed under ergonomics. Communications and territory were found as subsets of the theme of social support, while interior design, tranquility, light quality, air quality, and the sense of control were classified under the main theme of psychological support. The frequency of themes repeated in the narratives indicated that psychological support and the physical environment have the highest impact on the health-related quality of life of nurses.

    Conclusion
    According to the findings of the study, policymakers, managers, and designers are recommended to try to understand nurses' perceptions of positive workplace components, and to introduce necessary environmental actions and interventions to promote the health-related quality of life of nursing staffs.

    Introduction
    The patient safety is a subset of organizational culture and is defined as a set of individual and organizational priorities, values, attitudes and behaviors which look for minimizing errors and damages arising from the process of patient treatment.  This study seeks to describe the experiences of patients and their companions about the patient safety organizational culture and medical errors management.
    Methods
    This qualitative study was conducted in the health and medical education centers affiliated with Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2017. A total of 15 patients and companions receiving health services in medical education centers were selected using purposive sampling and in-depth interviews were conducted with the participants. Conventional qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the data.
    Results
    186 initial codes, 23 sub-subcategories and 6 main themes were extracted from the data which are as follows: culture of errors acceptance vs. non-acceptance, culture of disclosing vs. hiding errors, psychological and physical consequences and financial burden of medical errors, learning from errors, the culture of patient participation and training, developing the culture of safety and all-inclusive quality improvement.
    Conclusion
    The results of the present study indicate a vast array of culture of non-acceptance vs. acceptance of errors and disclosing vs. hiding errors. Thus, it is imperative for the organization's senior managers to make corrective interventions so as to maintain and promote the culture of learning from errors and patient education and participation in the process of their treatment and ultimately the culture of safety and all-inclusive quality improvement.

    Introduction
    Seeking meaning and purpose can affect the quality of the nurses’ caring for patients. The process of this meaning seeking is rooted in the value system of nurses. The present study aims to investigate the lived experience of spirituality among nurses working in Razi psychiatric Hospital, Tehran, in 2017.

    Methods
    The present study is a qualitative study which is conducted by content analysis method. The study population consisted of the, nurses working in Razi Psychiatric Hospital. The participants were selected based on purposeful sampling... Thee sampling continued until the data were saturated (13 individuals). The data collection was conducted by in-depth semi-structured interviews which were recorded and all the contents were written down word by word. For analyzing the data, the qualitative content analysis method was used, in which similar data were organized and coded in similar categories.

    Results
    Approximately 1000 statements and sentences were obtained as meaning units, Finally, 4 main codes and 16 open codes were extracted. The main themes included: “sacred profession, worship services, humanitarian tendencies, mission and purpose (meaning) in life.

    Conclusion
    Participants of the study, e.g. nurses, considered spirituality as an inseparable part of their profession. In terms of their spiritual experience, respectively, holy profession, worship services, humanitarian tendencies, mission and purposefulness (meaning) in life,were considered as five most important experiences.

    Introduction

    The weakness of the culture of work and the tendency of people in the society to work poorly and inadequate performance of their duties and responsibilities is one of the problems of human societies.  The present study examined the life span experiences of individuals in this field.

    Methods

    This study was performed qualitatively, using phenomenological methods. Participates were selected from the staff and managers of Arak city governmental agencies and organizations. 42 participants were selected by purposeful sampling. The method of data collection was semi-structured interview which was recorded and rewritten with the consent of the participants and was analyzed by colazzi method.

    Results

    Data analysis resulted in the extraction of six main categories and several subcategories. The main categories included lack of organizational justice, change of intrinsic values of work, weakness of personality system, Weakness motivational system, Weakness socialization and poor growth of spirit of intellect.

    Conclusion

    The present study, by describing the weakness of the culture of work, provided a new understanding of individuals’ experiences of this phenomenon. It also links the origins of such an event to the individual factors in addition to structural factors, which are mutually interconnected.Therefore, it is suggested that in order to change the culture of work and to achieve an excellent and progressive culture of work, at the same time, it is necessary to modify both middle-level and large-scale community structures and mechanisms, as well as to reinforce, educate, and change its individual and personal contexts.
