Social life and paying attention to the spirit of society is one of the most basic teachings of the Quran. The perspective that the Qur'an draws for human society and its commentary on the active factors that play a role in this society is based on a holistic approach to human beings at all levels and strata as a homogeneous and harmonious group that oversees its aspects. . In this perspective, various interpretations can be seen in the verses of the Qur'an and the works of thinkers, which express their traditions and history, social issues and call for the study of societies. Discussing the existence, nature and composition of society solves some of the problems and ambiguities in social issues. Authenticating the individual with the society will solve the task of the possibility or impossibility of including a single ideology on the whole society, the existence or non-existence of traditions on it and many theoretical and abstract issues about the society. The method used in this research is a descriptive library type method. In order to identify the role and impact of Naja in the realization of Islamic society, articles and sources related to this issue were examined and studied. Financial markets in general and currencies in particular, each as a living organism has behaviors that are caused by previous similar events and other variables. Identifying probable behaviors shows the inner nature of the behavior and provides the basis for investigating its why. Bitcoin has been one of the biggest digital currencies in the past years and has attracted a lot of capital from all over the world. In addition to this, in Iran, the Tehran Stock Exchange market has seen strong ups and downs, which has led to migration between these two markets in Iran and also in Semnan province. Examining these behaviors in the whole country as well as the positive and negative effects of entering the digital currency markets in the province will lead to more mastery in this area and facilitate future planning. In this study, by comparing the probabilistic behavior of Bitcoin digital currency with the adjusted total index of the country's stock exchange by hidden Markov chains, and by using the TOPSIS technique on the findings of library studies and interviews, we tried to identify the disadvantages and advantages of using digital currencies in Semnan province. The results show that the momentum and fluctuating behavior of the Bitcoin digital currency has higher reliability and less dangerous fluctuations than the overall stock market index, and this is one of the most important reasons for the migration of investors to this market. Currency acquisition, evasion of sanctions, increase in tax and public revenues of the province, facilitating financing of terrorism, lack of codified laws and psychological problems are among the most important advantages and disadvantages identified in this study.

Restorative justice as a model that has gained a special position in different systems, along with the traditional criminal justice model, has multiple goals, including repairing the damage suffered by the victim, reconciliation between the victim and the criminal, and restoring the fragmented cohesion in the society. As a result, he follows the crime. Achieving the goals of restorative justice requires the existence of actors who, while familiar with the foundations and goals of restorative justice, also believe in its principles. Undoubtedly, the police, as one of the most important institutions responsible for responding to criminal phenomena and as the first institution referred by children after a crime, plays an important role in the implementation of rehabilitation programs. The success of the police in this way requires changes in the structure and also a change in the attitude of the special police. Changing the strategy from violent policies to participation-oriented criminal policies and also moving in the direction of community-oriented police model governance are among these requirements. On the other hand, the implementation of restoration programs in the police organization requires children's trust in the police and respectful behavior with children. The subject of this article; The requirements of restorative justice are "with emphasis on the position of the police especially for children" and it has been carried out in a descriptive-analytical method and has used library studies as a work tool in an attempt to answer the question that the typology and prioritization of police performance How should community-oriented restorative justice be?

Accidents are one of the biggest public health problems in the world. Road safety is one of the main concerns of the country's transportation industry, and now a lot of money is being spent to curb the unbridled trend of road accidents and fatalities. In this research, various factors affecting the safety of the Damghan-Jandagh transportation axis located in Semnan province for the years 2017-2019 were investigated. With the help of Minitab statistical software, factors of geometric parameters of accidents, age of people, education of accident victims and seasons of accidents were investigated. Also, with the help of Easyfit software, the best statistical distribution of accident data in the years 2017 to 2019 was investigated. Next, with the help of MLP model, the accidents of this axis were modeled. The results showed that among the factors of geometric parameters, poor pavement is the main cause of accidents in this axis. Also, the most accidents have occurred in the April season. The highest rate of people who had an accident in this axis were those under the diploma and aged 41 to 50 years. The results of goodness of fit test showed that Generalized Pareto distribution for 2017 and 2019 and Gumbel distribution for 2018 are the best distributions. The MLP model had a relatively good performance in modeling, and in the testing stage, the values of R2, MAE and RMSE were 0.84, 1.91 and 2.65, respectively. Finally, the field visit of this axis showed that there are many problems and shortcomings that need to be fixed.

Production in any country generally includes a high percentage of the economic system in that country. One of the most important variables of production, along with other factors that are more related to the duties of law enforcement and security agencies, including economic security police, is the smuggling of goods and currency. Meanwhile, the duties of law enforcement agencies such as the economic security police have become more prominent. In this research, data such as exchange rate, inflation, unemployment, stock price index, taxes paid by production units and gross domestic product are used annually during the period of 2018-2018, as well as the self-explanatory method with extended intervals (ARDL). The obtained results indicated that the variables of stock price index, exchange rate and inflation rate have a positive and significant relationship, as well as the variables of taxes paid by production units and unemployment rate have a negative and significant effect on production in Iran. Therefore, according to the results obtained from the econometric tests as well as field investigations in the Economic Security Police, according to the obtained results, it is recommended to be innovative and using modern communication and information technologies by creating communication portals between companies in order to create synergies and create common markets and also take steps in another solution of mutual synergy with production companies. In addition, the said institution can take steps in tax issues (dealing with any direct and indirect tax evasion) and exchange rate control (defining new missions in this police unit according to the current conditions of the country) in order to remove production obstacles in the country.
