    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of attachment-oriented couple therapy on intimacy, sexual satisfaction, empathy and marital self-disclosure of women with marital conflict in Isfahan city. The method of the current research was quasi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test with a control group and a 2-month follow-up phase. The statistical population was all married women with marital conflicts who referred to counseling centers and psychological services in Isfahan city in 2022. In the first stage, using the purposeful sampling method, 30 people had marital conflicts, they were selected and then they were replaced by a simple random method in an experimental group (15 people) and a control group (15 people) and they were asked the marital conflicts questionnaire of Sanai Zaker et al. (2008), Thompson and Walker's Marital Intimacy Scale (1983), Meston and Trapnell's Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire for Women (2005), Jolliffe and Farrington's Basic Empathy Scale (2006) and Waring et al.'s Marital Self-Disclosure Questionnaire (1998) responded. Data were also analyzed through mixed analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test using SPSS-26 software. The results showed that the mentioned treatment had a significant effect on the intimacy, sexual satisfaction, empathy and marital self-disclosure of women with marital conflict in the post-test and follow-up phase compared to the control group (P<0.05). Attachment-based couple therapy can be used as a suitable treatment method to improve intimacy, sexual satisfaction, empathy and marital self-disclosure of women with marital conflict in counseling centers and psychological services.

    Studies show that psychological protective factors play a decisive role in reducing the traumatic consequences of stressful factors and improving the quality of life in people with chronic diseases. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the structural equation model of psychological hardiness and perceived social support in psychological distress with the mediating role of body image dissatisfaction in women with breast cancer. The present research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of methodology. The statistical population of this research was all women with breast cancer referred to Imam Sajjad Hospital in Ramsar city, 200 people in the age range of 30 to 60 years were selected by purposive sampling method. Participants responded to instruments of psychological hardiness, perceived social support, psychological distress, and body image dissatisfaction. The results of the Sobel test showed that the body dissatisfaction variable was a mediator in the relationship between psychological hardiness (Z=-6.71, p<0.01) and social support (Z=-0.01, p<-4.21) with psychological distress. According to the results, knowing the factors affecting dissatisfaction with body image such as psychological hardiness and social support is important in the mental health of people with breast cancer and shows the necessity of interventions focused on factors related to dissatisfaction with body image in order to reduce psychological distress in these people.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of transactional analysis training on cognitive flexibility, resilience and anxiety in mothers of children with externalized behavioral problems. The method of the present study was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design and a control group. The statistical population of the present study included all mothers of children with externalized behavioral problems in Isfahan in 2021, 30 of whom were selected by available sampling and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 120 minutes of transactional analysis intervention (Widdowson, 2014) during two months and 8 sessions, and the control group received no training. The data which collected through the Dennis & Vander Wal cognitive flexibility inventory, the Connor and Davidson resilience Questionnaire and the Spielberger state-trait anxiety inventory, were assessed by using analysis of covariance. The results show that transactional analysis intervention leading to improved cognitive flexibility and resilience and on the other hand reduced obvious anxiety. But this intervention did not have a significant effect on reducing mothers' latent anxiety. Therefore, according to the results of the study, it can be stated that attention to psychological problems of mothers of children with externalized behavioral problems is necessary and transactional analysis intervention can be used as an effective intervention in improving the problems of mothers of children with externalized behavioral problems.

    This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on the perception of suffering, resilience and sexual self-esteem of betrayed women. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included available women who had experienced infidelity and referred to psychological clinics in the sixth regions of Tehran, from this group, thirty people were selected in a non-random way and were randomly divided into two equal groups, in the experimental and control groups. Eight treatment sessions were performed in ninety minutes and at the end, the post-test was performed in both groups. The research instruments included the Suffering Perception Scale (2010), Resilience Scale (2003) and Women's Sexual esteem Questionnaire - Short Form (1966). For data analysis, the statistical method of covariance analysis was used. The findings revealed that the acceptance and commitment therapy is significantly effective in reducing the perception of suffering and increasing resilience and sexual self-esteem of betrayed women. the results of this research can be used in the field of therapy injury caused by betrayal in women.

    The family is the most important unit of society and marriage is the primary core of establishing and expanding a family relationship. The level of marital satisfaction is one of the important factors that affect the family in general. The aim of this study was the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment based therapy on marital adjustment and boredom in women. This was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. And the statistical population was couples referring to the Welfare Counseling Center in District 9 of Mashhad, from which 30 women with marital incompatibility and boredom referred to the counseling center were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into two groups. Experiment (n = 15) and control (n = 15) were completed and completed the marital adjustment and marital boredom questionnaires before and after the intervention. The experimental group received acceptance and commitment treatment in 8 sessions of 90 minutes once a week, but the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS22 software and analysis of variance. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of marital adjustment and marital boredom in the stages before and after the intervention (p<0.01). And the intervention increased the total score of marital adjustment and decreased marital boredom.Therefore, the use of acceptance and commitment therapy as an effective approach and effective intervention in increasing marital adjustment in women and as a solution to reduce psychological, physical and emotional symptoms of boredom and in other words reduce the overall boredom.

    The aim of this study was to investigate the treatment of acceptance and commitment therapy based on grief disorder and distress among coronary heart disease nurses in the School of Nursing and Midwifery of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran. The present study was a quasi-experimental design of pre-test-post-test with a control group. The experimental sample included 30 bereaved nurses in 1399. They were selected by available sampling method and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group underwent group acceptance and commitment therapy training of Professor Steven (1986) for 8 sessions of 60 minutes. The Anxiety Scale (Educational Attendance, Social Attendance, and Cognitive Attendance), Kessler et al. (2002), and the Mourning Questionnaire (1975) were used to collect data on nurses suffering from coronary heart disease due to the spread of the coronavirus online. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance in two stages of post-test and follow-up, significance level p <0.05. The results in the post-test and follow-up stages showed that the acceptance and commitment therapy training group was significantly effective on the components of distress and long grief disorder. Based on the results of this study, it seems that by teaching acceptance and commitment therapy, the amount of distress and disorder to prolonged mourning caused by coronary artery can be reduced
